As soon as I heard the last person leave the room, I opened my eyes slowly and winced in pain. Ouch! My whole body aches. Brian is really a mon$ter. It’s because of that bch that he sent his men to beat me up like this. What he did to me has literally killed any affection I ever had for him.
That’s it. I quit. I don’t care what dad says or do, I’m not chasing after that lovestruck fool anymore. Then I looked around the room and suddenly remembered I’m in Louis house. I smiled, unlike Brian he sent his men to rescue me. He even ordered them to bring me to his mansion. I heard he doesn’t bring his women to his mansion.
That means I’m actually the first woman he has brought here. I smiled again and touched my stomach. Remembering what the doctor said earlier, a frown wiped off the smile on my face. The baby in me is three months old. That means it’s actually for Tj and Louis already knows.
God why do I have such bad luck? I glared at my stomach. Why isn’t this ba$tard for Louis? Why does it have to be for Tj? Louis is the second richest after Brian and I would have made quite a fortune if this baby was actually for him.
But it’s for Tj. Tj that only feeds on the money he gets from hacking and the one I also give him. No! I won’t accept this. Louis wants a baby mama and I’ll be his baby mama. I don’t care if this baby belongs to him or not. He has to accept it.
But first I’ll have to find a way to stop his men from sending me back to Australia. Then I’ll need something to blackmail Louis with. I laughed softly. Once I do that, he’ll be mine and father won’t even feel disappointed that I didn’t win Brian’s heart. Brian is not the only jackpot. I’ve got another pot of gold.
He’s Louis. Louis Lincoln. I stroked my tummy lightly. I don’t know what to call this baby? Is it a good news or bad news? I’ll have to call Tj as soon as possible to help me.

I can’t stop thinking of what my PI said on the phone. How could she have done this to kitty? To my poor Kitty. What wrong did kitty or my baby do to deserve this from her? I already called the police but it’s too late to go there now.
I have to go tomorrow. And I can’t let kitty know about it. I was few steps away from my room when I remembered that Zara didn’t have any dinner. So I turned around and went to her room.
When I got there the door was locked. I tried opening it but to no avail. I slowly knocked on the door. It’s either she’s asleep or she is just ignoring me. I knocked many times but no answer.
“Zara… Honey can we talk? Just give your favorite cousin two minutes. I only need two minutes,” I said loud enough to make sure she can hear. But still no answer.
“Zara I…,” I couldn’t finish because she interrupted me. “ Go away!! Just leave!!,” she shouted. I sighed, okay maybe I was too harsh on her earlier.
“I just want to talk to you honey. Don’t be mad at me,” I said softly. “No! I don’t want to talk to you! Just leave!,” she answered back shouting. Yep, she’s still mad at me. I’ll apologise when she’s no longer angry.
I’ll just go and talk to Brad first. I have to tell him about the call. As I turned around to leave, I didn’t notice the light reflection from my pocket. It blinked couple of times before finally stopping.

Did I do or say something wrong? I’ve sent over a hundred messages to her but no reply and she’s online. I sighed looking around my luxurious room. Thanks to Brian for being a good boss, all because of him I can afford all these luxury.
I called her again but no answer. Jeez! Why does this always happen to me? I’ve never had a single luck with love before. Just when I thought I found her and this happens. Why is she ignoring my messages? I switched off my phone and faced my workload with a heavy heart. Maybe she’s not the one for me.

“Aunt please you can’t do this to me. I’ll do any work you want me to do except this,” I knelt down pleading profusely. My aunt sneered and looked down at me.
“ You and your brother has been a liability to me since your parents died. I’ve done enough. I can’t do anymore than this. You should have stayed at that job and at least brought some money home for me,” she retorted.
I silently cry looking at the two hefty men in our room. “ Aunt I promise I’ll go out there and find another job right now. Mary has promised to help me. Please don’t do this to me. Alec has only me,” I pleaded again.
“Even if you find a job, they’ll just pay you peanuts. And these men here has given me enough money just for a vrgin. Think of it Maya. You can get to work at their club and earn instant money every day. You can even take care of Alec hospital bills,” she said smiling.
“No! I don’t want to do this. I’ve been paying for Alec bills all alone and I’ll find another way to do it. Not through this way,” I answered.
“Maya, you can even be a rich man’s mistress if luck shines on you. I actually don’t care cause the club will save me the stress of accommodating you and providing meals for you,” she replied. Does she even have a heart?
I grabbed her leg and pleaded again,“ No, please don’t do this to me. I will pay for the accommodation and meals everyday. Please!!”
“Take her away!,” aunt shouted.
“No!!! Please don’t do this to me!!! Please I beg of you!!! Please!!!,” I screamed and shouted as one of the men carried me over his shoulder. Aunt even hurried to open the door for them. I still begged as they put me in the van. I think the men got tired of my shouts so they hit something on my head. Cause the last thing… The last I saw was darkness. Total darkness.

“Mom you have been behaving strangely lately. Tell me what’s wrong mom? Why does your face look you haven’t been sleeping?,” Marie asked Tonia worriedly. They are both in the sitting room.
Tonia only shook her head not saying anything but she was speaking in her mind,“ I’m so scared… So scared.” Last night Kelvin came to her room and tried to have sx with her. She doesn’t know how he got into the room because it was locked.
But when she refused causehe starts to hit her. That was the first time he ever raised his hands on her. Her whole body filled with bruises that why she’s wearing long cloth. He was like an entirely different person last night.
“Mom tell me honestly what is wrong?,” Marie probed knowing there’s something wrong with her mother. Ever since that strange man dad calls his brother came into their house, her mother has been acting strangely.
Tonia looked around and was about to talk when Kelvin came out of the kitchen. He smiled at her shocked expression and did a shut-your-mouth sign followed by a killing sign? Tonia hurriedly shut her mouth again.
Not quite long, the doorbell sounded and when a maid opened the door, it turned out to be a very angry looking Brian and few police force. Tonia shook with fear silently gasping. But Brian said,“ Call Mr Tony and Mrs Helen right now!”
Immediately they came down, Mrs Helen wondering what’s going on. One of the police came forward and said,“ Mrs Helen, you are under arrest for the murder of Mr and Mrs Faye unborn baby.”
Everyone was shocked most especially Mrs Helen. Kelvin smiled observing Brian while Tonia breathe in relief. “It was only your baby. Very soon your wife will follow,” Kelvin thought viciously.
