“Hey are you ready to leave?” Pete asked going close to Alice and she nodded.
“Yes, but am waiting for Wendy to change her outfits” Alice replied and he nodded staring at her beautiful face, he found his heart beating and he cleared his throats looking away from her.
He can’t fall for her, no he is not gonna do that unless he wants to hurt himself.
“Am here!” Wendy announced walking close to them holding her hand bag tightly.
“Let’s go bestie” Alice winked and Wendy opened her mouth in confusion.
“I thought you were mad at me?” Wendy muttered as they walked out of the restaurant together.
“Of course not, I can’t be mad at my Best friend for no reason” Alice shrugged and Wendy smiled linking her hands with Alice.
“Did you guys get into a fight?” Pete asked walking beside them.
“Of course not, we are best friends right?” Alice asked Wendy and she nodded.
Pete chuckled and walked slowly with them.
“Why don’t we eat grilled beef and pork with bottles of Soju and beer at your place?” Pete suggested and Wendy eyes widened.
“Oh my God! I would love that!” She screamed, Alice just smiled shaking her head.
“That would be fun” Alice said.
“Meats on me” Pete said.
“Soju and beer on me!” Wendy raised her hands.
“Then I will just get the charcoals ready” Alice mumbled.
“I guess Javier would also love it” Wendy grinned and covered her mouth immediately, Alice was glaring at her already and Pete raised his brows.
“Ooh sorry” Wendy said and Alice breathed out.
“Who is Javier?” Pete asked.
“He is nobody” Alice replied and Wendy twisted her lips.
Alice rolled her eyes remembering how he had entered her room last night when she was half nked. so embarrassing.

ALICE’S PLACE
Javier groaned throwing his head at the chair, he was so fucking bored, by now he would have been in the office and taking wine.
“I just wished all these never happened” he mumbled touching his bandaged forehead.
just then the door opened revealing Wendy first then Alice after her.
“Javier!” Wendy called rushing to him.
“You are back” Javier smiled, He stared at Alice who just rolled her eyes and walked upstairs.
Javier smiled and Faced Wendy.
“How was the work?” Javier asked and she shrugged.
“It was kind off stressful as always” Wendy said.
“have you eaten dinner?” Wendy asked.
“No am not a glutton”
“Well am grateful you have not, I need to shower see ya” Wendy said and rushed upstairs.
Javier shook his head and stood, he Also walked upstairs and was about to enter his room but paused, he stared at Alice door and knocked on it.
“Hey Alice” he called, the door opened revealing her and she raised her brows.
“What do you want?” She snapped and he touched his hair slightly.
“Can I come in?” He asked and she shook her head.
“No I hate it when people get into my room” she replied sharply and he laughed.
“Not like your room his heaven” he scoffed and walked Away from her door.
“iya! (Hey!)” She yelled stomping her feet on the floor as she watched him go into his room.
“annoying!” She yelled and shut her door angrily.
“Aisssh!” she hissed and touched her forehead.

The three were all seated at the living room quietly.
The door bell rang and Wendy stood.
“I will take that you can seat” Javier said standing too and Wendy nodded sitting back.
“How are you coping with that dude” Alice muttered as Javier went to the door.
“He is nice seriously”
“Nice my a$s”
Javier opened the door and saw a man standing at the footstep with wrapped paper bag with him.
Pete also stood staring with a raised brow.
“Who are you?” They both asked at the same time and Pete scoffed staring at him.
“I should be asking you that” Pete said.
“I am In that position cause I stay here”
“Wait what! Are you Javier?” Pete asked remembering what Wendy said earlier.
“Yes and so?”
“Excuse me I need to go in”
“umm Javier let him in!” Wendy yelled from inside and Javier glared at Pete who also glared back at him before moving away from the door.
Pete pushed his way in and Javier followed behind.
“You are here!” Wendy said and Pete smiled.
“Sure, ” He said and sat beside Alice who was quiet and just staring into her phone.
“Alice Pete is here” Wendy said taking the bag from Pete.
“I know” Alice said bluntly.
Javier rolled his eyes and sat,
“Wendy who the h’ll is these dude? And how come he is staying here?” Pete asked pointing at Javier.
“Ooh that’s Javier, and Javier meet Pete our next door neighbor” Wendy said.
“Do you have to do introduction?” Javier asked.
“Of course, now we need to start now, I will go get the drinks, why don’t you both Go get a table Pete?” Wendy asked.
“My arms” Javier complained.
“Don’t worry the table isn’t heavy at all”
Javier stood immediately and Pete also stood, they both started walking to the storage.
“Do you even know where it is kept?” Javier asked and Pete rolled his eyes.
“I thought you claim to stay here”
“just asking”
“Am curious you know” Pete said stopping by the door of the storage and Javier faced him.
“curious about what?” Javier asked.
“How did you end up staying here?” Pete asked and Javier twisted his mouth.
“Well , I think I was ambushed and almost Dead in the woods but Wendy saved me” Javier said quickly.
“hmm, what do you mean you think?”
“Forget it” Javier said and pushed the door opened, Pete sighed and also walked in.
Alice brought out the packaged meats while Wendy went to bring the drinks.
Soon the two men came back with the table and placed it in the middle of the room, they sat around the table as Alice grilled the meat.
Javier stared at her as she focused on the meat, that was when he noticed she was putting on something different.
A bum shot and singlets, her shapes was all revealing and he started wondering if she was really human.
Wendy fixed her gaze on Javier whose attention was somewhere else, she followed his eyes and noticed he was staring at Alice who seemed busy.
She suddenly felt a pang from nowhere.
“Um Javier?” Wendy called and he faced her immediately.
“Yes”
“why don’t you check the hospital about your memory lost?” Wendy asked and he shook his head immediately.
“There is no need for that, I will recover them” Javier said and she nodded.
“He lost his memories?” Pete asked.
“Yes he did” Wendy replied and Pete stared at him before staring at the meet which Alice was grilling.

About 20 minutes later they started eating the meat with their chopsticks each.
“Hmm nice” Pete complimented, Alice just ate quietly same as Wendy.
Javier wasn’t used to eating such food, so he just made sure to act along.
“I will take the beer first” Javier said opening the Beer and started drinking.
Pete opened a soju , Alice took a beer and Wendy eyes widened.
“You won’t want to drink that Alice” Wendy said , Javier stared at her immediately.
“Am good” Alice muttered drinking from the bottle.
“Why did you stop her from drinking?” Javier asked.
“she is a light drinker,”
“Common am not, i am a heavy drinker dude!” Alice scoffed and Javier and he chuckled focusing on his drink.
Pete also joined in and they all started drinking leaving the remaining meat.
