Alice closed her eyes remembering the stunt she had pulled last night in front of Javier, she hopes she never get drunk again.
“I know he must be feeling himself by now, this is annoying!” Alice groaned.
“Umm Alice this is the orders” The Chef behind the counter said and Alice smiled apologetically taking the big tray from her, it was really big and filled up of foods.
“I hope I don’t throw all these” Alice muttered and started walking slowly back to the table.
She struggled so much with the tray until she reached there ,
“Ooh thanks Alice” the man said and Alice slowly dropped the tray and her fingers slipped making the food contents pour on the lady.
“Arrgghhh!” The lady yelled standing up, The people eating turned to them immediately.
“I..I am so sorry” Alice apologize wiping her off.
“Get your poor wretched hands off me! You boyfriend snatcher!” The lady yelled and sI.apped Alice so hard.
“Baby stop these you are causing a scene” The man said holding the lady.
“leave me alone! She likes you that is why she did these!” She yelled, Alice held her cheeks glaring at her angrily and her hands started shaking.
“Did you just sI.ap me?” Alice requested with red eyes.
“You still have the guts to talk after burning me ?” She fired.
“What is happening here?” Madam Cassy asked walking towards them.
Pete also rushed towards and held Alice shaking hands but she took her hands away in anger.
“She wants to burn me simply because she is htting on my boyfriend and I cut her off!” The lady yelled.
“Sorry, don’t mind I will take her out” The man said wanting to drag her out.
“We are really sorry ma” Madam Cassy said.
“I want her fired!” She said, Alice turned her neck and stormed from the scene.
Pete sighed rubbing his head.
“We are off” the man said and succeeded in dragging her out of the restaurants.
Madam Cassy turned and saw other customers staring at them, she bent slightly.
“We are sorry for inconvenience” she muttered.
“What really happened? And where is Alice?” Madam Cassy asked Pete.
“I also don’t know I just knew she sI.apped Alice” He replied.
“Tell her to meet me at the office” she said strictly and walked away from him going to her office.
Pete sighed and started making his way to the restroom.
Wendy scoffed from where she was standing, she really wished the food actually poured on Alice maybe on her face to disfigure her.
She stared at Javier bangles on her wrists and smiled, she had actually asked Javier to give it to her and he did, she licked her lips and stared at the place which Alice had took again.
“She acts perfect when she is not even close to perfect” Wendy murmured and someone joined her immediately.
“Hey are you talking about your best friend?” Blair asked joining her, Wendy glared at her immediately and walked away.
“hmm who is she talking about?” Blair wondered.

Alice poured more water on her face and held the sink angrily, her shaking hands already calmed.
“She sI.apped me, funny that she left freely” Alice chuckled touching her left cheeks angrily.
Alice sighed and threw her head backwards, why is it that when ever she tends to get better things often come her way. She sighed and arranged her clothes before walking out of the restroom and met Pete waiting.
“Hey” Alice said and Pete rushed to her touching her cheeks.
“Does it hurts that much?” Pete asked worriedly and she smiled taking his hands off.
“Am good seriously” She said and he nodded, although he had a great worried looks on his face.
“Madam Cassy said you should meet her at her office” Pete said and she nodded.
“I know she was going to do that anyways” She said as they walked away from the restroom.
“I was glad you didn’t h!t that woman back” Pete said.
“Well she was lucky Madam Cassy showed up real fast or I would have disfigured her and then get fired.”
Pete chuckled and stopped walking when they got to the front of Cassy’s office.
“Alright see ya” Alice said.
“Don’t get scolded okay” Pete grinned touching her hair and she nodded and knocked before going into the office.
“Seat” Madam Cassy said gesturing to the seat across her table.
“OK” Alice said and sat.
“What happened Earlier? And what did she mean by you htting on her boyfriend?” She asked and Alice chuckled unbelievably.
“H!t on her boyfriend? Did you really think I have a dmn time for that?” Alice asked and Cassy sighed dropping her pen.
“Alice you have to be careful so you won’t get fired, did you know how many customers requested you should be fired?”
Alice bite her inner lips and smiled.
“But I don’t see what I did wrong here. She ordered much food than anyone could carry just to get at me, she said no one should help me, neither should I use a pusher, and on getting there the tray slipped and I apologized so what did I do wrong? Instead she sI.apped me and calling me a boyfriend snatcher!” Alice rasped angrily.
“Alice just be careful, you can leave” Madam Cassy said and Alice sighed standing, she bowed before walking out of the office.
“Why does she seems to be having false blames when she always has her rights, I pity the poor girl” Madam Cassy muttered staring at the door.

“So how did it go?” Pete asked as Alice walked out.
“Nothing serious, just be careful that was all” Alice shrugged and Pete sighed out Relieve.
“That is a relieve then, I should get back to work” he said and winked before walking away.
Alice turned and saw Wendy staring at her strangely, Wendy broke into a smile immediately their eyes met and Alice smiled back.

SMITH’S MANSION
“What do you mean my son is missing?” Matt fired shakily at Landon who bowed his head.
“Yes sir, he is missing for more than two days now, he did not come back from his journey from here” Landon said.
Rosie (Javier mom) stood from where she was sitting immediately and held Landon shirt dragging it.
“Find my son! Find him! Oh God!” Rosie cried as her husband took her away from Landon.
“He is d.ead” Drake said walking in and all eyes turned to him immediately,
“What are you saying?” Matt asked and Drake fell on the couch sadly.
“I noticed he has been missing so i went in search of him and found out he was no longer alive” Drake said , his eyes were red and puffy, Rosie found herself slumping immediately and Matt caught her.
“Rosie! Rosie!!” Matt yelled shaking her but she was unconscious.
“Mom!” Drake yelled.
“Landon get me Fred!” Matt yelled, Drake carried her and rushed her to her room.
Matt followed behind his hands shaking, oh no, Javier is his only hope, he can’t loose his son just like that, not when the share holders need someone to take over.
Drake slowly dropped Rosie on the bed and Matt walked in.
“Where the h’ll did you get the information of his decease?” Matt asked and Drake turned to him.
“His d.ead body Is at the hospital, he was into a fatal car accident which got him burnt” Drake sobbed and Matt phone which was in his hands fell immediately , his body was shaking.
“What..what did you just say?” He whispered , his tears were pouring slightly already , just then the door pushed opened and Fred ran in with Landon.
“Mr Smith!” Fred bowed but Matt was In his own world, his hands were shaking.
“Attend to her” Landon quickly said.
Landon stared at Drake to see his head was down , and tears was running down Matt cheeks, is his Boss really d.ead or it is a prank?.
Landon stared at them and walked out of the room.
Drake Smirked inwardly and also walked out of the room, he brought out his phone and walked to a discreet area in the mansion.
*uncle it is done, I broke the news to them* Drake said quietly looking around.
*OK uncle, I will send one of the boys to go to the hospital now, bye* Drake said and ended the call.
He cleared his throats and arranged his clothing before walking back into the mansion.

“How Is she faring now?” Matt asked weakly, his eyes was damn red.
“She just need some rest, she suffered from shock” Fred replied and Matt nodded sadly sitting beside his wife and held her hands.
“OK”
“I heard about what happened Mr Smith am sorry for the lost” Fred said and Matt found himself smiling.
“thanks Fred”
“I will get going now” Fred said and bowed before walking out.
“Is Javier really de.ad? Or It is all lies? It can’t be true right?” Matt whispered and burst out into another tears again holding his wife hands tightly.
Drake walked in and Matt turned to him.
“I want to see his body for me to believe my son is really de.ad” Matt said.
“Yes dad” Drake replied., although he was angered, he was never cared for like Javier, to the extend a hole huge company will be passed to his younger brother right under his nose, he can’t let that work, so he was happy his uncle really did what he did…
