CHAPTER 68
Petal suddenly appeared in kimora’s way, preventing her from going forward
“You can’t” she said
“Why?, Ginelle is with them” she replied
“I know, but you still can’t go, this is the beginning of the war I was talking about” Petal replied
” The war is because of me right?, Then let me go mother” she replied and made to go again but Petal blocked her again
“We both can’t coexist in the human world for long!, Especially now that we’re three plus your baby… one has to die, and I don’t want that to be you, let me go instead” she said
” No mother, I’ll be the one to go, nothing will happen to me don’t you trust me?” She replied
” This is not about trust Kimora, the underworld demon has been summoned, it’ll be dangerous, let me go instead” Petal said
” No mother, I’ll be the one to go…. Jimin’s curse can only be lifted if Lioness dies right?, I’ll be the one to do that, you called me his protector right?, Then this is for me mother” she replied
” Kimora…
“Let me go…I’m losing time” she replied
” Kimora it’s dangerous…
“I know, I’ll be fine, and you must never intervene, you can never meddle” Kimora said and left
Petal let out tears from her eyes for the first time in many years.

Lioness chamber**
“She’ll be here soon, she’s stubborn so it’s the truth” Lioness said, rolling her red eyes
The de.mon is inside her already, she got possessed last night and since then, she has been having the urge to just kill and destroy
“Kill her, that’s all I want” Rachel said, looking at Ginelle who was made to sit on the ground, she wasn’t tied though since she has no strength to even walk, she was forced to write the letter earlier
She just sat there, breathing slowly
“Ginelle!” Rachel heard a voice calling outside
Lioness used her magic to make the house invincible to the eyes of humans so whoever the caller is is not seeing it right now
“The lover” Darrin said, peeping out
Lioness made it visible and Brayden rushed in
“Ginelle!” He said, rushing to her but Darrin blocked her way
“Brayden!, Please leave!” Ginelle shouted
“And who are you to barge in here” Rachel said
“our Rachel?, Your evl shouldn’t get to the innocent too, let her go!, She did nothing wrong” Brayden said and Lioness laughed
” You don’t need to do anything wrong before getting on my bad side, and too bad you got on the bad side already” Lioness said
” I don’t know who you are and I really don’t care to know….so I’ll just go for what I came for” he replied and started walking towards Ginelle but Lioness summoned her arrow
She touched the tip of the blade with her tongue, adding poi$on in the process before setting it in the bow
Ginelle saw the move and found the strength to stand up, she took just a step to Brayden, hugging him and letting the arr©w pen.etrate into her back
She gasped in agony and black bIood rushed down her lips.
Her bIood stained Brayden’s hands as he held her
“Gin…. Ginelle!!!!” He screamed in tears
“Death is the prize you get for messing with the ones I love” Kimora said from the door
No one even knew when she got there
She has tears in her pink eyes as she rushed to Lioness who gripped her by the neck, she’s so strong!
Lioness threw her away and she crashed on the wall, getting wounded
She spranged up and came to her but Lioness tore her with her nails on the arm, she fell again and stood
She rolled and leapt up before landing on Lioness, matching her head
Lioness went down but stood immediately, she sent nails and Kimora stopped them midair, they fell and she sent them back
Lioness swallowed it all and smirked before grabbing her again, she made to shove her nails into kimora’s belly but Kimora held her hand tightly
The dark energy of the de.mon is so strong, trying to drown her but she closed her eyes
Lioness threw her again and she fell on the ground, bIeeding from the mouth with several wounds on her body, her white robe is badly stained with bIood and she’s weak
Lioness super sped to her and dived her nails into kimora’s chest, trying to gouge out her heart
Kimora can feel her nails penetrating into her heart already and worse, she’s so weak, the fact that her blood is not hurting this mon$ter is shocking…
“Die!” Lioness said huskily, diving more for her heart
The necklace on kimora’s ne¢k shone brightly and Kimora got the strength to pull it, she made it face Lioness and Lioness went blind
“Aarrggghhh!!!!” She screamed loudly as the spot she’s standing on broke as if an earthquake happened, Lioness fell into the crack and kept screaming till her screams faded off
Kimora’s chest is bIeeding and she’s losing strength and breath already
She looked at Darrin and her look made him fall dead, su¢king life out of him
She looked at Rachel and flashed her pink eyes at her, she lost her sight and fell blindly
Kimora smiled when she saw Jimin entering
“Kimora!” He shouted, rushing to her
He held her to himself, her bIood is gushing out of her chest
“My heart…got wounded…by the de.mon” she cried, smiling at the same time
” What!” Jimin said shockingly, looking at her chest, her bIood is still pumping out
Kimora raised her hand to his face and rubbed his cheeks gently
“I love you” she said, smiling faintly
“I love you more, hold on ok?, You’ll be fine” he said, crying too
” I told you I’ll protect you and end your enemies right?, Lioness is gone, your curse has been lifted, Rachel is blind, she can’t do anything to harm you anymore…..” She said, still rubbing his cheek
” Kimora….my baby….” He said tearfully, crying more loudly
” I’m sorry I couldn’t fufil the third promise, I couldn’t give birth to your baby” she cried
” No, don’t say that again…. nothing is going to happen” Jimin said, touching her belly
” Min-Min I love you so much” she said
“Kitten I love you too” he replied and her eyes closed instantly
Her body fell lifelessly and her hand fell from his face
“Kimora…. open your eyes, it’s just five days left, I need to carry my baby, I want to become a father…. Kimora, Kimora please!” He cried, holding her bIoody body to himself and there’s truly no beats in her heart anymore
“Kimora no…. wake up for me!, You can’t go!, We still need to get married kitten…. Kimora!!” He cried, his tears streaming down his face …
