CHAPTER 59
•••CAESAR’S ROOM??
~That was so mean,and unnecessary,Caesar. You’re always hurting that girl,and don’t even feel bad about it ~
That was Caesar’s subconscious mind,as he walked into his room. He was literally thinking about what happened few minutes ago,and what he actually said to Georgia.
“I am just so frustrated!” He replied his subconscious self raspily,and roughening his hair. He began to move from one side of the room to the other,aimlessly.
Why does he feel this way now?
Why does he feel like what he did might have actually hurt Georgia?
This is really weird!
He was still pacing around when his phone came ringing,jolting him out of the deep thought he had gotten himself into.
He sighed before going to his table to get the phone.
A little smile was formed on his face when he saw who the caller was.
It’s actually Cindy that called.
“How are you,baby?” He asked,cooly.
“I’d be fine if you called to know how I am doing.
“You couldn’t even call to know if I landed safely,and you still didn’t call up till now that I decided to call you” Cindy queried unhappily.
Caesar shut his eyes,and let out a short breath.
He totally forgot that he did not call Cindy again yesterday,after he tried earlier,but her line was switched off.
How would he have remembered though,after what he went through last night in the hands of Alvira?
Plus the work that popped in out of nowhere,the very hour he came back from the airport.
He hasn’t even slept to regain that strength.
Right now he still feels weak,and sleepy.
So,now Cindy wants to add to his already frustrated life?
“I am so sorry,baby. You won’t believe what my life has been like,since the very hour you left.
“I don’t even know how to explain myself for you to understand,and believe me.
“I’m sorry,okay? You know I won’t intentionally do that to you. Sorry,baby” Caesar apologized again.
“And all that had to happen the very day I left.
Why do I feel like you’re saying that just to cover up whatever you’re trying to hide from me?
“Yunno,I’ve thought about this whole relationship thing,and…
Cindy paused for a moment,leaving Caesar dumbstruck.
What the h’ll is she saying right now?
What exactly is that supposed to mean?
“Do you still love me,Caesar?” Cindy asked bluntly,and Caesar furrowed in confusion.
“Okay,where is this actually coming from,baby? What are you saying?” Caesar asked,taking the phone off his ear to look at it again,to be sure it is Cindy he’s really speaking with,or this is totally a different person he’s speaking with on the phone.
“Why are you asking me that kind of question,huh?” Caesar’s voice raised a little.
“Just answer the question! Because I seriously don’t know where this relationship is heading,anymore.
“You totally changed,since you agreed to marry that bch! She insulted,and made my stay in my own boyfriend’s house,a living h’ll!
“You know what battles me most is the fact that you never did anything about that,and you’ve refused to Divorce her” Cindy spoke senselessly.
“Cindy,do not start,please” Caesar said calmly,as he tries to keep cool.
Because,he’s boiling hotly inside already.
With all the stress he has gone through just yesterday,she’s here to nag,and stress him more like she always does?
“Of course you’ll say that,what else was I expecting you to say? And you couldn’t even answer the simple darn….
“Just shut the fk up,Cindy! Shut it,and let me breathe. You’re driving me the h’ll nuts! Argh!” Caesar growled,disconnecting the call instantly,before his head explodes.
What is all this,why is everyone around him always trying to frustrate his life.
He could just díe right now,due to the hard bangs in his head.
Reasons why he went to the pool to cool off his head,but it didn’t quite end well,and now this?
“I am frustrated!” He said it the second time,laying again on the bed,face down.
He hasn’t even taken off what he wore to swim….so that,plus the towel on,actually wet his bed.
