Episode 25

Rissa’s pov:
Lucas and I left the school In his red advanced sports car. I’m glad no one saw us leaving before more rumors pops up about me dating him.
I’m still surprised I haven’t been thinking much about Lucas lately. It has all been Mykel or pretty much other things.
I don’t find him so god like anymore. I’d conclude that there was nothing special about him before. He was just simple, rich and quiet.
Could it be because of Mykel?
What if he never got to live with us…
Would I have felt this way about Lucas??
Suddenly, a song came up and the beat got me hooked. I’m sure I’ve heard the song before.
Lucas increased the volume and I smiled.
“So, where are we heading to?” I asked looking at him.
“You’ll see” He replied and hit on the speed paddle.
It was a short ride to the so called destination and I couldn’t wait to see how the outing would go.
We stepped out of the car together and I looked up to see we were at the cinema.
Woah…I haven’t been here in ages.
Lucas walked from the other side and took my hand.
We strolled in and VIP tickets were given to us.
We were to see a high school movie – Lucas’s favorite.
He probably didn’t want to watch it alone.
We got settled inside and the movie began playing. A giant bucket of popcorn was kept for us and some sodas.

The movie ended and we took our leave.
It’s an hour movie so we didn’t take much time.
“Did you like it?” He asked as we returned to the car.
“Yes!! It was amazing. I’ve never laughed so hard” I chipped recalling how loud I laughed at a particular scene.
He chuckled and started the car.
“Next stop, the amusement park” He announced and drove off.
As we moved smoothly along the road, I kept thinking about the movie. It was a romantic film with more of comedy.
So perfect.
I can’t wait to know how it feels to love someone so bad and the person feels the same and is always there.

Lucas and I sat on the bare green grass licking our ice creams. We talked like we’ve known each other for years.
I’m starting to see the cool side of him, not the other weird sign that bought me a necklace when I least expected it.
“It’s too high, Lucas!” I whined like a child.
“I know but I’m challenging you to go on the ride” He said smirking.
“You want me to get a heart attack???”.
“Just admit it, you’re scared” He said sardonically.
“I’m not! I’m just concerned about my health” I remarked.
“Seriously? So, what about me that did it twice. Am I dead?? Did I loose my hands or my legs???” He queried waving his hands in the air.
“Lucas…You’re mad annoying. Fine!! I’m scared. I admit” I groused and he laughed.
So adorable..
He chuckled and drew closer to me.
“I’m sure you’re wondering why I’m suddenly into you – why I gave you a necklace and invited you out today” He paused and smiled.
“The truth is…I like you, Rissa. I really like you alot but I wanted to keep It cool because of my friends. But right now, I just want you to be mine” He professed and i couldn’t move for a second.
I can’t believe what I heard!!
I was starting to get hot inside.
What’s this??
I like Lucas but I’m not sure I wanted him to like me back..
What sort of problem is this?…
“Lucas” I called perplexed.
I had no idea of what I should say.
Instantly, he cupped my right cheek and placed his lips on mine. He kssed me slowly and I blinked rapidly trying to wake up from this dream.
I couldn’t do anything at the moment.
I couldn’t think!!
I remained numb as he stole my first kss.
Mykel’s pov:
“Okay Mykel, The doctor at the hospital ran multiple tests on you to make sure that you didn’t loose any part of your memory and they all came out negative – every part of your brain is intact and wasn’t hurt during the injury. I’ll run another easier basic test to make sure you’re okay, now” Selena said with her hands clasped together.
I sighed and slumped back on the sofa.
“I’m fine, I can feel it. I just want to be alone” I muttered.
“Com’on Mykel, This is very important. I just need to ask you four questions” She said bringing out a paper from her bag.
My phone beeped as a message popped in. It’s from Austin.
Shouldn’t he be In school??
I checked the message and scanned through it.
I sighed and dropped the phone.
Rissa again…
“So, Mykel. Do you remember who Min Ah and Caleb Hyung are?” Selena’s voice came up beside me.
I scoffed.
“My parents” I replied and she smiled.
“That’s very good! Next question…Do you remember where you were for the past three years?” She asked reading from the paper.
I looked past her at the glass wall and saw Rissa coming in with her books In her hand.
Perfect timing.
“Selena, sit on my laps” I ordered and she flinched.
“What?!!”.
I pulled her arm and made her sit on my thighs. I dropped my hand on hers and acted like I was kssing her neck.
Rissa entered the house and gasped. Her books fell to the floor immediately.
I held onto Selena when I noticed she wanted to get up.
Rissa’s hands were shaking as she picked up her books from the floor.
