“Stop talking in my head” l screamed and broke the vase in our room.
“Maya” uncle called as he came running in.
He gasped in surprise as he saw the damages on the floor.
“What’s happening here?” He asked with knitted brow.
“It’s nothing uncle, l kicked the table by mistake and broke the vase.”
“Be careful next time so you don’t get injured.”
“I will uncle,now be fast you have to go to school.”
“Yes uncle” l said and he left the room.
“Get me her blood” the voice screamed in my head.
I used my hands to cover my ears.
Something dropped on my uniform, l touched it quickly and screamed.
“Blood! Blood!” I screamed.
Blood was dropping from my ears.
“Please Clarissa is not back yet, leave me alone please l beg you” l said as tears flowed freely from my eyes.
“Stop it please l beg you, Clarissa isn’t back yet, stop torturing me” l pleaded hoping he could hear me.
I can’t go to school when my ears are bleeding.
And l can’t be absent either.
I have already been absent the other day l went looking for Skylar.
What should l do?
I think l should tell Uncle Noah about it.
Am scared l can’t give him Clarissa’s blood.
What If he kills her with it?
“Don’t dare” a voice screamed in my head.
“Am watching you” it added.
This is black magic, l have never seen something like this before.
My ear kept bleeding, l had to take off my uniform.
I locked the door quickly.
Uncle Noah came banging the door.
“Maya where are you ? You are almost late for school.”
“Am coming uncle, l have a running stomach” l lied.
“Be fast about it” he said and l signed in relief.
How do l stop this bleeding.
“Please let me go to school, l promise to get her blood immediately l see her” l said hoping he hears me.
Immediately two maidens appeared in the room.
I shifted back in surprise.
Each of them held my both hands and disappeared.
I found myself in front of the state perspector.
“Am going to stop the bleeding on one condition” the state perspector began.
“Please stop the bleeding l beg you, l need to go to school and my uncle can’t see me like this, please.”
“You were supposed to ask what condition little one” he said.
“What condition?”l asked.
“You are going to make a blood oath with me, if you don’t get me her blood in three days, you will become my puppet.”
“Am going to get her blood, but l can’t make a blood oath, it’s too risky” l said hoping he believes me.
“Do you think you can fool me little one, l know you are lying, making you bleed and making you my puppet won’t cost you anything but can you bear to watch your uncle die.”
“No! No! No! Please l beg you leave my uncle out of this please okay l will do anything but please don’t do anything to my uncle please l beg you am ready to make the oath just please leave my uncle out of this please” l said and sobbed terribly.
“Good girl” he said.
“Take it” he said and three a knife at me.
“Cut your finger” he said.
I took the knife and used it to prick my finger.
He brought a bowl and my blood dropped in it.
He took the knife and pricked his finger and the blood dropped in it too.
“Now drink” he said.

?Miss Chloe (principal)?
“It’s almost two hours none of them have came out” the martial art teacher said.
“Let’s wait, they will come out soon, they still have few minutes, two hours in the treasure hunt is two days here, they still have some time left.”
“Clarissa was absent for three days are you going to let her off, that’s against our princples miss Chloe” the martial arts teacher said.
“Why don’t you wait till she comes out of the treasure hunt alive, l never said or did l plan to let her off, l feel for her even if she survives the treasure hunt, l doubt if she will come out from the dragon fire illusion” miss Chloe explained.
“Two days ago, something surprising happened” The martial arts teacher said.
“What happened?” Miss Chloe asked.
“The entrance to the treasure hunt opened” she replied.
“What? How is that possible?” It doesn’t open for just anyone, unless is the crown prince” miss Chloe explained.
“That’s what l heard also, that the gate only opens for special people and the is only the crown prince that it have opened up for but two days ago it opened up for Clarissa and l was overly surprised.”
“I don’t believe this! miss Chloe exclaimed.
“Me that saw it with my own eyes an still doubting it, does that mean she is powerful?”
“She only has few traits of a supernaturals but no powers, l doubt if she is the one you saw, maybe you were hallucinating” miss Chloe said.
“I wasn’t, it keeps surprising me” the martial arts teacher said.”
“They are here!” Miss Chloe said.
As usual it was the witches that came first and few were injured.
Followed by the werewolves who were severely injured.
“Witches, take the injured witches and the werewolves to the school clinic”miss Chloe said.
“Witches don’t try anything silly or you will be suspended, even if it’s your mate that was injured let the school take care of them” the martial arts teacher said.
“Yes ma’am” they chorused.
The va..mpires came out afterwards.
Few of them were injured.
“Please take the injured ones to the school clinic” miss Chloe told the vampires.
“Where is Clarissa?” I and the martial arts teacher said in unison.
“It’s just three minutes left”miss Chloe said worriedly.
“2 mintues left.”
“Miss Chloe said some incantations and we saw the entrance to the treasure hunt.”
“Why is Clarissa not coming out, just few seconds remaining” miss Chloe said worriedly.
Suddenly everything went blank, the entrance gate has disappeared.
“It’s two hours already, the entrance has disappeared” miss Chloe said as a tear fell from her eyes.
