She held my neck and Finn rushed in.
He stood in shock.
“Why are you standing?, Knock her out you hell of a vampire” l cussed as l gasped for air.
Finn used his super speed and Knocked her out in a second.
She slumped to the ground and her hair turned black again.
We rushed to master quickly.
“He is still breathing!”I exclaimed.
We lifted his limp body and made him sit up.
Finn and l transfer energy to him.
“Quickly,we need to take him to the emperor, l wish Lonrenzo is here, he has strong internal energy and would be able to save him.”
“What about the empress?” Finn asked and we stared at the unconscious empress and the young man who lay lifeless.
“He must be the empress bodyguard” l said and Finn nodded in agreement..
“What’s more important is to save master, tell a maid to take care of the empress and call a physician for her, she just fell unconscious and will wake up soon, l know the empress came on her own the emperor wouldn’t have permitted her” l said and Finn nodded.
“One more thing, l don’t know when Clarissa will regain consciousness, tie her up” l said and he left immediately.
I carried master and l teleported.
I rushed into the court.
On seeing me, The emperor got up immediately and everyone got up as well.
“What happened to him?” The emperor asked.
“Your majesty, he became like this after he saved the prince” l said the half truth and lie.
“Bring him to my Chambers,hurry” the emperor added.
We got to the Emperor’s manor and l made master to sit up, the Emperor sat behind him, closed his eyes as he transferred energy to him.
Mintues later the emperor coughed out blood.
“Your majesty” l called and rushed to meet him.
“Am okay” he said.
“How is my son?”
“Master managed to save him but he is still unconscious” l said.
“Azeez almost lost his life because of Lonrenzo’s stubbornness and disobedience, am going to descpline him when he wakes up.”
“Take him to firmament and take care of him, you are a witch aren’t you, give him herbs that will help him recover fast and help the energy to settle fully in him.”
“Yes your majesty, thank you your majesty” l added.
“Make sure to report to me on how my son is fairing, Azeez will wake up in few days time, all his energy was extracted from him, what could have happened?”
“Well l will ask him when he wakes up, you may leave.”
“Yes! your majesty” l said carried master and teleported to my house, l kept master in one of the guest rooms and ordered a maid to take care of him.
On getting to my room,l couldn’t find Lonrenzo.
“What the heck!”
I ran out of the room and called the maids.
“Where is the crown prince?”l asked.
“He went out” a maid said.
“He went out?” I asked perplexed.
“Yes, the crown prince is awake” she said.

“Skylar!”
“Yes uncle” l answered.
“Are you crying again?”he asked.
“No uncle, am not” l said and faked a smile.
“These food has been here since morning, why have you not eaten?” Oh! I almost forgot, l will eat now” l said and took the spoon.
“Skylar, you are becoming depressed by the day, the headmaid is complaining about how clumsy you have become” uncle said.
“What am l supposed to do uncle, does it not bother you? Maya left and Clarissa gone missing, am the only one left,they left me all to myself” l said and sniffed.
“But am here Skylar, have told you times without number that they will be fine” uncle Noah said.
“How do you know?”
“I know Skylar, l know, cheer up okay, stop over thinking, if you continue this way we will be thrown out of the palace.”
“Am sorry uncle, l have to work hard now that Maya and Clarissa are no longer here, am sorry” l apologized.
“You don’t have to be sorry my dear, now enjoy your meal” he said and left.
“Maya, Clarissa,wherever you both her please be safe for me” l prayed.

“Mom, what should l do now,l can’t believe Lindon could stoop so low, eloping with a slave girl? This is silly, really silly.
“They are still here in our clan, it will take them at least three days to leave, don’t worry your father’s soilders will find them soon, the prime minister’s soilders are still searching for them.”
“I instructed the soilders to kill her immediately they find them, and pretend that it was a mistake, don’t worry my dear.” Mom said.
“I have an idea” l said.
“Say it” mom said.
“I think her sisters and uncle will know there were about, how about you send some soilders to arrest them, lock them up and torture them to tell us the truth, it will be quicker to find them before they leave the clan.”
“That’s a good idea, but they leave in the prince manor, we can’t arrest them without telling the crown prince” mom said.
“Oh! Really, then there is another way” l said and grinned wickedly.
“What way Aries?” Mom asked keenly.
“Abduct them” l said.
“You are so wise Aries” mom praised.
“I learnt from you mother.”
