‘You don’t have to fall in love with her,just pick a bride already’..My father said and I smirked…
‘Your highness,father I am working on it’..I replied..
‘Well you better work on it fast because the Ita festival is in two months and you know what that means’…he added…
I ignored him and left his personal chambers for mine…
I don’t know why picking a bride is such an important custom…
I’m not even ready yet,I still have a lot of things to explore and not marry someone??….

Madison’s POV?
‘You’re going to Egypt?!!’..My mom screamed and I sighed…
Here we go again…
‘Yes mom,I am exploring the tombs of Gaza and Cleopatra’s tomb this time’..I replied packing my bags…
‘B..but isn’t it too early for that??,you just got back from Switzerland!!’..she protested….
‘Yeah I know,you know I’m not an indoor person mom I like to move around’…
‘Yeah and that’s why you haven’t gotten married or secure yourself a good boyfriend!!!’..she interjected….
My mother has always been talking about marriage ever since Rebecca,my elder sister got married…
I’m just twenty five and it’s not like I’m almost thirty or something…
Maybe my trip to Egypt will be a great chance to find my prince charming….
‘My bags are packed already mom,I’m off to the airport’…I said as I slung my backpack over my shoulders…

Maybe if i like Egypt I might get settled there and it would save me the stress of Mother’s constant nagging….

‘She’s too chubby,too thin,talks too much’..i said as Nita scrolled through the potential bride profile my dad sent to me….
‘i don’t like any of these ladies Nita,they’re not my type’..i said obviously bored..
‘Ok PK (short for Prince Khalid)’..she replied and I waved for her to leave….
Staying at the palace with nothing to do is so so boring…
‘Hey PK’..Nita came in again…

‘Your father said you should go pick up Lai from the airport’…she said and i smirked…
‘Okay Nita’…
Going to pick up my younger brother Lai is the perfect opportunity to leave this place….

‘is it your first time in Egypt?’..a middle aged woman with an Egyptian accent asked and i nodded…
‘Yeah,I’m Madison’..
‘I’m Marika,nice to meet you,let me show you around’…she said..
I walked briskly behind the red haired lady and all of a sudden I bumped into someone…
‘Yabhs!!!’…he muttered as we both picked our phones from the ground….
‘What did he just call me?’..I asked Marika as the masked guy walked away…
‘He called you an idi0t’..she laughed and I scoffed…
I came out from the airport and entered a cab with her…
Maybe I should call Mom…
I grabbed my phone and when i turned it on….
‘Oh sh!t sh!t sh!t!!!!’…I cried out…
‘What’s the problem?’…
