Marriage? Is…is..is.Henry married?” Mary blurted out with shocked written all over her face.
Why? You don’t want him to move on?” Old White Snapped at her angrily and she bended her head in embarrassment.
Yvonne stood up from the dinning chair, and went to sit in the living room.
Mary faced Henry as soon as Yvonne left them.
I.. I thought you still love me.” Mary said as tears welled up in her eyes.
Love you say?” He laughed mockingly.
I stopped loving you the moment you left me for a producer. ” he said giving her a weird smile.
I…I am sorry I tried to kill her, I…I thought she was a nobody to you.” She kneeled meekly and pleaded for forgiveness.
Henry scoffed and looked at her intently.” And you think I would forgive you for trying to harm my wife?” He said sharply and stood up to leave.
Sit my boy.” Old White ordered, Henry looked at him sharply but sat back hesitantly.
Have you forgotten her brother was your childhood friend? And you already made a promise to always protect her.” Old White said protectively.
But grandpa. Why are you supporting her? She tried to harm your grand daughter.” He said angrily, pointing at the Mary who was already crying on her kneels. Old White gave him a disgusted look and he stopped talking.
I heard Henry has already blacklisted you from the entertainment industry. Is that true?” He said directly to Mary.
I know this trick will work. Just continue with this act Mary, Old White will help you, Henry can’t refused his word, after this, Yvonne will pay for letting me become a laughing stock.” She thought and smiled inwardly before she answered.” Y..yes.. Grandpa.
Hmmmm… That’s good Henry but I am not satisfied, she has to suffer more for trying to harm my daughter in law.” Old White said and Mary almost fainted in shock.
What!.” She shouted and Henry gave her “you are done” look.
What is what? Don’t tell me you are expecting me to tell him to reverse his punishment back?” Old White asked and bursted into laughter before he continued.” This is the last crime you will ever commit. He snapped his fingers, the door opened and some men in blacks walked in.
Mary saw them and she shivered greatly.
No..no..no Grandpa, Nooo…no Henry… You can’t do this to me, I don’t want to go back to the underground.” She shook her head as tears rolled down. It was fake tears before but it turns to real tears immediately she saw the men in blacks.
Actually, The White family were known for their notorious life. They can also control all the underground world. Since old White is still alive, Henry refused to take over the underground world. Anybody that is taken there will become a sex doll or a slave.
You know that was were you belong, it was your brother’s attitude that made the White family took pity on you too.” Henry said coldly.
No… I.. Promise to change for good, I won’t cause trouble ever again… I can even apologise to Yvonne.. Pls… Henry, I don’t want to go back pls.” Mary pleaded but it all fell on deaf ears, the men carried her and was about to carry her up when a voice shouted Stop!!!.
Yvonne’s POV
When I set my eyes on Mary, I felt strange, I know there is a connection between me and this girl but I didn’t remember her.
I decided to leave the table for them so they could talk and I went to Henry’s room in the Old Mansion.
I got to the bedroom and wanted to jump on the bed, my leg slipped and I fell back to the floor with my head hitting the hard floor.
Ouch…” I groaned in pain and those blurry image became clear this time around.
Henry, thanks for coming to my life.. Are you a father? Loveth? Tony?” Those voices were calling out on my head and I held my head as I tried to calm my nerves.
After many trials, I was able to gather my thought and I stood up to GI and confront the woman who tried to kill me.
I heard her screaming and shouting when I got to the downstairs, it was when I moved closer that I understood what is happening.
Stop!!!.” I shouted and the men dropped the girl.
What are you doing babe?” Henry asked looking shocked and surprised, I smiled beautifully at him and replied.” What I am supposed to do of course.”
Let her go grandpa.” I blurted out sharply. I was even surprised with the sudden aura that I was emitting too. I look like the great White Family Missus.
You can go.” Old White said to the men and they left. Mary looked at me with a teary eyes and her eyes was full of regrets.
Are you letting her go?” Henry asked looking speechless.
Why would I let her go?” Yvonne smiled wickedly making Mary trembled.
Wh..wh..what are you trying to do to me Yvonne? You…you can’t do this.” Mary stammered as tears rolled down in fright.
Why? Are you the only one who can be evil? Don’t you like this side of Yvonne?” Yvonne said mockingly and was taking a step towards her.
No…. Henry… Pls tell her to stop… No.. Pls…” She pleaded but Henry only laughed while Old White was watching with great interest.
