Chapter 5
Dylan stared at him with red eyes, wondering why the heavens punished him by making him have such a father like this.
“You have two options” Chairman James paused staring back at him coldly.
“Marry her or Tristan becomes my heir instead of you”. Dylan almost peed on himself on hearing that!!!.
“Tristan?????!!!” He asked again in disbelief. “Dad, after all I’ve done for this company since your retirement, you wanna ditch me for that bastard!!!??? ” He raised his voice.
“It’s left for you to choose and mind you, Tristan isn’t a bstard, you are the bastard here” Chairman James said proceeding to leave finally.
Dylan stared at him as he twisted the door knob thinking of what to do next, an idea suddenly popped into his head and he spoke without hesitation.
“I love someone else, I have a bride I love”
Chairman James stopped on his tracks and turned back on hearing that.

Chairman James stopped on his tracks
“Wait…What?!” He scrunched up his eyes brows in disbelief..
“Yes dad and I’m willing to get married to her soon” he lied, knowing fully well that the lie would cause a lot of troubles later but for now he needs to convince his father
“There’s no way I’m getting betrothed to that drug addict when I love someone else” he said straighly
Chairman James laughed and suddenly glared
“You’re my son and I know you fully well…stop tryna fool me!!” Dylan managed to remain calm
“I’m serious dad… Just that I didn’t tell you earlier, was just waiting for the right time
“And how do I believe that” James said staring at him blankly
“Hmmph..”
“Tell me.. how do I believe that my son who’s obsessed with his late wife has fallen for another woman after six years of being single.. I’m not a fool Dylan!!”
“Dad.. I’m being sincere” Dylan said frustratingly, looking at him straight in the eyes, wishing he would just believe him without arguing..
“Then prove it..!!”
“Huh” his eyes widened on it’s own
“Bring her home on Saturday to spend the weekend with us” Chairman James said knowingly and smirked
“But dad….” Dylan was saying, Chairman James interrupted
“I’ll be expecting her but if I get to know that you’re lying, I’ll make sure you marry the Wilson’s daughter without complaints..”
Dylan was dumbfounded, he tried talking but his tongue betrayed him
“Have a nice day!” Chairman James left the office and Dylan watched him leave and then he angrily hit his clenched fists hard on the wall that it bleed..
“Damn you!!!” He breathed furiously

The Wilson’s mansion?
“Arrgh” Brinkley moan£d in pleasure as she sniffed the cocaine before gulping down the remaining content in the fifth alcohol bottle
“Momma kisss me!!’ She screamed senselessly and giggled
“This is paradise…” she smiled bending slowly to sniff again when her room door flung open revealing her brother… Mavis
“Brinkley…!!” His eyes widened and he rushed to her shifting the stool which the drugs were… Away
She was reeking of alcohol and has lost her senses already, she looked up to see him
“Dylan don’t beat me.. I’m sorry” she cried, seeing Mavis as Dylan… senselessly
“I thought you stopped this already!! He said looking at her pathetically, sitting on the bed with her
“Don’t beat me” she cried and he scoffed
“No one is beating you okay” he said patting her back and she nodded hugging him tightly
“Just stop doing this Brinkley..” he whispered
“Hmmph”
Mavis sniffed back his tears and she looked up to his face
“My love… Stop crying” she grinned
“Brinkley, Aurora is cheating on me, I caught her with my best friend when I went to pay her a surprise visit” he said hoping she would understand despite in her state
“No Dylan.. I can never leave you” she said almost crying again
She looked at him again and Dylan kept appearing in her head, she leaned in closely
Mavis couldn’t hold back, àll he’s seeing now is her…Aurora
He pulled her closer and she gasped as her chest hit his, he captured her lips and they kiss£d each other senselessly
He tasted the alcohol in her mouth but that didn’t bring back his senses… It already flew away..
Their lips moved in sync as they suck£d on each other’s lips desperately, each not willing to stop anytime soon
“I love you Aurora”
“Insanely trapped with you Dylan” they both said breaking for a few seconds
Mavis sighed impatiently before attaching his lips to hers again this time he pushed her to lie on the bed coming on top of her instantly and he removed his belts slowly still with his lips connected to hers
