Chapter 10
Next morning..?
“She hasn’t woken up yet.. it’s unusual” Claribel thought as she peeped through the key hole on Andrea’s door… she sighed and entered fully
“Pretty.. you need to wake up, you’ll keep your dad waiting” she said and sat on her bed… She stared at her for a while before removing the duvet covering her face
“Baby..”
“Andrea..??” she called repeatedly and tapped her slightly but no reply came..
“Andrea… com’on you would definitely be late for school” she pouted but Andrea made no move not even with the smallest finger which made her wonder
“What’s going on” her heart raced as different thoughts ran through her mind
She stared at her more closely and then…
she noticed she wasn’t breathing…
“Ohhhw godmother!” she said fearfully as she bent to her chest to confirm if she was really breathing but she wasn’t breathing..not even once… Her eyes widened
“Andrea!!!!” she screamed shaking her body but her body temperature was already getting cold and was limp
“Andrea!!” she called again with glassy eyes as her tears were threatening to fall
“Andrea, it’s your nanny.. stop if it’s a prank okay..” she said wishing she could jump out of bed and peck her on both cheeks like she always do as a way of saying “good morning”
“Andrea..?”
“You scaring me!” No reply came still and instantly she carried her in a bridal style and ran out of the room to the sitting room almost missing her step on the staircase
“Boss!!”.she shouted and Dylan who was knotting his tie gasped on seeing his daughter lifeless in her hands
Lady Ann threw away the tray of apples and the other maids doing one thing or the other was shocked
Dylan rushed to her..
“What happened to my daughter!!” He asked with red eyes as he rushed to her taking her away from Claribel’s arms
“I don’t know.. I found her like this on the bed” her threatening tears finally fell as she breathed heavily
“You are the one who puts her to bed as her nanny…what happened to her” he yelled shaking her limp body in his arms
“Andrea!!”
“If anything happens to my daughter.. you’ll spend the rest of your life in jail!!” He yelled
“Boss..! You should take her to the hospital .. you’re wasting much time” Ann reprimanded and Dylan rushed out with his daughter
Claribel and Ann followed instantly
“I don’t know what happened to her” she cried hoping to convince him but he paid her no listening ear

Wilson’s mansion?
“At least listen to me for once Brinkley…” Mavis said frustratingly as he watched his sister fully engrossed in pressing her phone
Brinkley scoffed
“I said I don’t want your explanation Mavis.. just stay away” she shouted looking at him in disgust
“Kiddo” he called like he always did to tease her but she only ignored
Their dad left for work and his wife..to her store, they were alone in the house with the maids and butlers
“It was a mistake and trust me Brinkley, I regret it also, I was out of my mind!”
“And I was out of my senses!!” Brinkley yelled back throwing away her phone roughly.. the screen cracked immediately as its landed on the black tiles
“Hmmph”
“Tell me who would hear that I slept with my brother.. I hat£ you Mavis!!” She yelled again
“You caused it Brinkley… I’ve always warned you against taking those drugs.. it made you lose consciousness of what was happening!” Mavis yelled back
“And you who wasn’t high took advantage of the situation and of me..!!” Brinkley shouted
They both continued arguing and yelling that the maids who were coming and going performing their duties kept looking at then suspiciously
“It’s best we keep it a secret and assumed it never happened!” Mavis suddenly said calmly and Brinkley ruffled her hair
“Damn you!!!!!”she screamed and ran upstairs in to her room in tears… Mavis sighed frustratingly

Long life hospitals..
The three of them were in the reception praying nothing happens to the poor girl..
Dylan kept moving to and fro hoping and wishing his daughter survives it
“Just pray nothing happens to my daughter else you spending the rest of your life in jail” Dylan said and Claribel sniffed
“Boss…we need to hope for a positive result” Ann reprimanded
Lady Ann sat with her head bowed as she hoped for a good news
Claribel’s tears dried off already though it left white obvious traces on her face….
“Ohh heavens.. she was still fine last night” she thought as Dylan’s threat rang in her ears

Few minutes later… A doctor came out looking stressed… The trio rushed him staring at him blankly and hoping for a good medical comments
“She needs bI.ood transfusion before its too late..we don’t have much time” the doctor explained and Claribel sighed silently..
“Doctor.. she’s my daughter, I’m donating my blood for her.. Dylan said with seriousness
“Okay then, i need to run some check ups on you” the doctor said adjusting his glasses
“This way please..” they both left and almost immediately..
A man dressed in all black and face mask came out from nowhere and swerved into a corner leaving hurriedly… Claribel noticed footsteps behind her and she saw the man’s back from the corner of her eyes.. before she could turn
He had left already
“Who was that…?” She thought curiously having a weird feeling immediately
“I feel something isn’t right”

The test was conducted and Unfortunately, Dylan’s blood type was totally different from his daughter’s… Andrea..

“You must do something doctor, what do you mean I can’t donate bood to my daughter” Anita said looking at the doctor directly in the eyes
“I’m afraid but that’s the truth, you really can’t cuz your blood doesn’t match with hers” the yellowed-teeth doctor explained
“So what happens now” Claribel asked desperately wishing for a miracle

Dylan’s ears itched him immediately on hearing that.. Claribel’s emotion was unexplainable
