Wilson’s mansion?
“I’m going with you mum” Brinkley insisted but Mrs Wilson said nothing so it was difficult to say if she heard her right or wrong
“Mum…??”
“Mum..!”
“Let her be..!” Mavis scolded looking at them from upstairs…Brinkley rolled her eyes
“I don’t remember mentioning your name” she said watching him descend from the stairs
“Well.. sister Cindy is returning tomorrow..she completed her internship training in Paris already and called to inform” Brinkley eyes widened immediately that she didn’t notice her friend leaving
“Seriously..?” she asked again and he nodded and she screamed happily rushing to him and jumped on him hugging him tight
Cindy is their elder sister who left for an internship program few months ago
“Heyy..I’m gonna suffocate” Mavis cautioned and instantly Brinkley remembered the incidence.. that morning!!..she gasped and pushed him away
“Get the h’ll outta here” she said with hatred in her voice as she rushed to to the stairs.. climbing it fast
Mavis sighed looked away

Two days later….?
Dylan Langford’s mansion..
Night
Andrea got discharged from the hospital already and all thanks to her sickness.. his fiancee’s meeting with his father has been postponed
Claribel shoved a spoonful of pasta in her mouth and smiled eating it as she fed Andrea too who sipped her juice after every spoon
Dylan wasn’t present with them on the dining and for the first time in history, Andrea never worried, the presence of Claribel was enough to make her feel so happy
“Why did he refuse to join us” Claribel asked after they were done with their plates of pasta and chicken and Andrea shrugged holding the chicken lap as she took a bite and ate
“I don’t know.. two of the maids went to inform him that it’s dinner time but he refused to come down”
Claribel sighed and packed the dishes to the kitchen before any of the maids even packed it
“Hey” she flashed a broad smile at Loretta, one of the maids who was busy mopping the floors
The other lady.. Dinah hissed loudly
“We are all workers here but in different levels so no one should behave like a superior” Dinah mumbled and Claribel scoffed dropping the plates on the sink before washing her hands
“You know what.. i don’t have your time okay.?” Claribel said and walked out bumping into lady Ann who was about entering
“Ignore her when next she picks on you for no reason.. she’s a psycho” Lady Ann said obviously have overheard their conversation
Claribel nodded
“Sure.. thanks”
“Boss refused to have dinner” Claribel said worriedly
“Maybe he isn’t hungry or… Or is mourning Mariana again”
Claribel heaved a deep sigh..
“I’ll go see him” she said and walked away even before lady Ann could reply
Ann smiled briefly and entered the kitchen
“Dinah.. what’s wrong with you!!” her voice could be heard
“Let’s go upstairs.. I need to check on your dad” Claribel said pulling the little girl’s hand as they both went upstairs..
She knocked on his room door repeatedly but no reply came so she opened it slowly and peeped him but he was no where to be found
“Haa.. he’s definitely in the library, he stays there often” Andrea said with her tiny voice
“He loves reading too..?”* she furrowed her brows
“I think so”
They both got to the library’s door and before they could knock nor enter
Andrea felt the urge to pee
“I need to pee” she said and ran off…into her room
“Boss..?”
“Boss..?” Claribel knocked and she heard him mutter “come in”…did she..?
Or was just imagining..?
She curled her fingers around the door knob and twisted it slowly.. the door finally opened and its creaking sound followed
She gasped at the exquisite state of the large library that consists of shelves with numerous novels and books on it
There was also a fire place which made everywhere warm.. She breathed
There he was sitting alone with his head on the table..on a picture
she took few steps closer to him
“Boss..?”
“Boss..?” she tapped him gently and he raised his head gently smiling broadly
“Mariana.. where have you been”
Claribel gasped at his red eyes
“Were you..” she didn’t finish her statement
when he stood up and grabbed her waist pulling her closer to himself.. she gasped as her bbs hit his chest and her eyes widened so wide when he started leaning in
“I missed you Mari” he mumbled and crashed his lips on hers.. Claribel’s eyes widened more in shock as he ksssed her and almost immediately the door flung open and Andrea came in and gasped seeing them in that state
“Mum..!!!”

“Mum..!!!”
Claribel eyes widened and she pushed Dylan away roughly..he staggered and fell on the chair
“Dad..?” Andrea called as Claribel walked to the door pushing her away slightly as she left hurriedly
Dylan scrunched his brows up to see Andrea and then his eyes caught Claribel’s backside as she left
“That’s definitely not Mariana” he said rubbing his eyes.. his lips was wet and the brought his fore finger to touch
His eyes widened
“What…!! I ksssed someone else” he gasped
Andrea looked at him confusedly..
“What’s Kris?” her lower lip trembled
“Dad..? what’s going on, why did you put your mouth into hers.. huh, my teacher said it’s a way bacteria could be spread.. don’t you know!” she snapped
Dylan kept looking around trying to process everything in his head
“What the hell will she see me has now..? A pe.rv£rt.. fk!!” he thought folding his fists
“Gawd..! I was out of my senses.. Mariana’s image was all that came to my mind” he said loudly running his fingers across his hair frustratingly
“Dad..?!” Andrea called again
“Dad…”
“Da..” she tried calling again
“Angel go to bed..dad isn’t in the mood to talk” Dylan interrupted and she shot a suspicious stare before finally leaving
“Damn!!” He hit his fists hard on the table as she left

Claribel’s room was now messy and she kept throwing away things without stopping.. breathing heavily
She leaned on the wall and slid to the ground… she ruffled her hair kicking away everything near her
“Dmn… I should have pvshed him away before our lips could touch”
“That was my first ksss” she mumbled touching her lips
“That bloody and bossy maniac!!!” she seethed and rushed to the bathroom.. grabbed her tooth brush and applied a lot of paste brushing her teeth..tongue and lips thoroughly
The ksss scene kept replaying in her head and she kept brushing it harder
“Arggh!!” her subconscious mind yelled as she kept brushing… and brushing till her mouth became sour
“Mum..?” she heard Andrea’s voice from the room and stopped
“Not now please..” she mumbled silently
“Mum.. are you in?” Andrea’s voice could be heard again
“Yes princess.. I’m taking a cold bath” she lied wishing she could just go
“I’ll wait then” the little girl insisted.. Claribel groaned
“She’s definitely gonna ask me questions.. I can’t put her to sleep tonight.. never” Claribel thought and she suddenly screamed
“Arrrrrgh..!!” staring into the space in anticipation
“Mum.. are you okay?” Andrea shouted worriedly from the room
“Get me another shampoo.. mine is so peppery.. my eyes!!” Claribel feigned a yelp
“Ohhhw” Andrea said and almost immediately the opening and closing sound of the door was heard… she left already
Claribel came out of the bathroom and rushed to the door.. locking it quickly
“Good night” she breathed.. walking back into the bathroom and continued brushing
“Dmn you Dylan!!” she cried..
Andrea came back few seconds later and tried entering the room… to her greatest surprise, it was locked
“Mum!!!!”
“You fooled me!!” She screamed knocking the door repeatedly
