CHAPTER 149
COPS STATION, MINUTES LATER**
“Lina is dead? What!” Jemima spranged up at the news.
“What’s that… supposed to mean?” Maxwell muttered.
“She got klled by her twin, she confessed on the spot” the cop replied.
“Lina is a twin?” Jemima said shockingly.
“Turns out her twin works in my former store, they really look alike” Cypress said.
Jemima covered her mouth with her palm, crying again as she fell back on her chair.
“How did you find out about Williams plan though?” Maxwell asked chairman.
“I’ve been expecting that question” he replied, sighing before turning to them.
“I never left Williams for once since he went to jail. He was sent there for messing with my daughter, and I know how dangerous he is, so I payed a warder to keep an eye on him in jail and report his daily routine to me, I got to know that Lina works with him from there, but to save Jemima from the pain of betrayal, I decided to save the news till the right time.
Yesterday, the warder called and told me about Williams plan with Lina, and I’ve been guarding the mansion since then.
I spent the night in front of the mansion just to stay watch in my car, and when I saw the plumber go in back then, I knew it was her” he explained.
“That’s why you came in as a visitor” granny said, and he nodded.
“You could have stopped her from planting the explosives” Sloane said.
“That wouldn’t be as interesting as this” he replied, and Warren smiled.
“What’d happen to Williams now? Jail doesn’t befit him anymore” Cypress said.
“Yeah, he’d be taken to the solitary jail today, and I’ll make sure he spends the rest of his life over there without breathing in fresh air ever again”
“What about his men? I’m sure he has his hideout” Maxwell asked.
“The cops found out, and they’re raiding the location right now”

WAI JAILHOUSE**
Williams was led out by four strong cops, handcuffed as he was led to the waiting bus.
“Where the fk am I going!!!” He barked loudly, and one of the cops smirked.
“You have no right to say a word anymore, there’ll be no one to talk to at the solitary anyways” he replied, and Williams eyes widened.
“What the fk are y’all talking about! I only tried getting what’s mine! What’s so wrong about it!
This ain’t making any sense!!! Darn it! Hey y’all!!! Hey!!!! This ain’t over!!! This definitely ain’t over!!!!!!!!”
He went on struggling till he was pushed into the bus which screeched away.

HIDEOUT**
Darrell was still tied to the chair, releasing deep breaths from time to time as three of the guys paraded the room, watching over him.
If Williams gets out of jail and meets him, then he’s definitely dying, no arguments, so he really needs to figure out a way, but it’s not forthcoming.
He was still pondering when the fourth guy rushed in.
“Guys! The cops are here! They located this place!” He shouted, and their eyes widened.
They scattered immediately, trying to run out of the place, but only one was able to do that before the entry of the cops.
“Hands up! Don’t move!” Their orders came, and the remaining three stopped immediately, raising their hands up.
They were handcuffed and taken out, but when they saw Darrell…
“The wanted? Darrell?” One of them said, and he sighed.
“Larry Williams is the right name”

BEVERLY’S HIDING PLACE**
Beverly spranged up from the couch immediately she saw the news of Larry’s arrest.
Her eyes were so wide as she stared unbelievably at the TV till Brandy joined her.
“What’s up?”
“Look! Larry! He’s my brother!” She shouted, and he creased his brows
“Darell the criminal? Turned out to be your bro?”
Beverly didn’t reply, instead she ran out of the house, and he rushed after her.
