“Why Ryan, did I do something wrong”. Cora asked in a sad one.

“No you didn’t”. Ryan manage to answer.

“Then why Ryan”.

“I don’t have to tell you my reasons Cora,,,just don’t talk to me anymore”. Ryan said and walks away.

And Cora continues looking at him, sniffing back her tears.

“Ryan don’t want to be friends with you anymore, but why Cora”. Audrey asked.

“I don’t know Audrey, we were getting along pretty well, but he just walked up to me today, and said will should stop being friends”. Cora said in a sad voice.

“And why are you so sad about it cora,,,is your feelings for Ryan finally coming Back”. Audrey asked.

Cora looks at her and slowly nods.

“When you and Clark told me before that I have a crush on Ryan, I didn’t believe it at first, because I feel I have never loved anyone before,,but now I do, I think I love Ryan Audrey,,,and it hurts that he wants to cut ties with me,,and Clark also told me he likes Cassie”.

“So what if he likes Cassie,,,,both aren’t together,,,and if you really like Ryan, go for him, you shouldn’t let Cassie be the reason for you not to go after the guy you love, and since they aren’t dating, you still have a chance with him”.

Cora looks at her.

“So does that mean you have a chance with Clark too”. She asked now smiling.

“Huh,,,what the heck are you talking about Cora”.

“You don’t have to denie it Audrey, I know you like Clark”.

“What!!!, Of course not Cora,,,Clark and I are just friends and nothing else”.

“But I always seen the way you look at him Audrey, is not the way of a Friend”.

“I don’t have feelings or whatsoever for Clark Cora,,,I only became friends with him through you, I and Clark won’t have been friends,,if i wasn’t your best friend”.

“So you don’t have feelings for Clark”. Cora asked flirting with her eyebrows.

“I don’t Cora, and will you stop doing that”. Audrey half yells and Cora giggles.

Clark sits down in the bed, waiting patiently for Ryan, and when he enters the room, he quickly approach him.

“Ryan where have you been, you weren’t in class today neither where you at the dorm”.

“And what do you care if I don’t attend class,,,are we besties now”.

“I Know we aren’t friends or enemies, but we are roomies, and roomies do look after one another”.

“Then should we stop being roomies, maybe I should just kick you out, and you know I can do it right, since my family owns half of this school”. Ryan said rudely.

“Why are you acting this way Ryan,,,did I do something wrong”. Clark asked looking confused.

Ryan looks at him and sighs.

*Why are you so mad at him,,even if he is Cora’s boyfriend now, it doesn’t matter to you right,,so why are you mad at the both of them*.. Ryan thought inwardly.

“Ryan if you are going through something, you can talk to me about it”. Clark said placing his hand on Ryan’s shoulder trying to be understanding.

Ryan looks at him and jerks his hands off.

“Am not going through anything Clark,,,I just want you to stop talking to me”.

“But Ryan I…”

“Are you deaf!!”. Ryan half yells.

And Clark looks at him speechless.

He knows Ryan to be the type who doesn’t associate with anyone,,,but he wasn’t the rude type so what change.

“Ryan are you mad at me over something, what with the attitude”.

Ryan sighs and looks at him scornfully.

“One more word from you, and you out of this room”. Ryan said rudely and leaves.

“Did I do something wrong”. Clark muttered to himself looking confused.

The following day, Arianna walks inside the junior class of Genie high, with her smile not leaving her face, she was finally a student of Genie high, thanks to Cora.

“Introduce yourself to the class”. The teacher who brought her inside the class said.

Arianna nods with a smile.

“Annyeonghaseyo”. She greeted with a bow smiling.

“My name is Arianna Lucio, am 15 years old, I love to hicking alot,,and I do hope we get along”. Arianna said with a smile.

? Welcome to our classes Arianna.

?Oh my,,,you are so pretty.

?I always like getting along with pretty girls like you.

The students continues talking about Arianna’s beauty, which made her laugh.

“That enough,,,,Arianna, go and sit with the guy at the extreme”.

Arianna nods with a smile, and went to sit with me.

“Alright classe, your Art teacher is on a leave, so behave like good students and don’t disturb the whole school with your noise”.

“Okay ma”. The students all chorus respectfully.

But immediately she left, the students began to make noise, some exchange sits and began T-chatting and laughing, other were busy with their phones and also taking sefies, while other were adding makeups to their face and talking about the latest makeups.

Arianna just look at them speechless.

“I thought they said they were going to behave”. Arianna muttered to herself.

“Hi”. The boy next to her said.

And Arianna turns to him.

“Hi”.

“Am Rooney”.

“Nice meeting you Rooney”. Arianna replies with a smile.

“So you love hicking”.

And Arianna nods smiling.

“I also do love hicking too”.

“Really”. She asked smiling.

“Yes I do,,,am just happy that I have seen someone who also has the same hobby as me”.

“My best friend Isla, also like hicking too, during the long summer breaks we go hicking together”.

“Is okay if I join you both the next time you go on hicking”.

“Of course you can Rooney”.

And Rooney smiles.

Arianna looks at her classmates and back to Rooney.

“Is this how noisy the students always are”.

“Don’t mind them Arianna, the students in our class are all psychiatric patients”. Rooney said.

And both of them laugh.

Immediately the teacher left the class, Cora covers her book and went to meet Ryan where he was sitting.

“Ryan”. She calls smiling.

Ryan looks at her, that smile of hers almost made him smile back, but he stood to his ground.

“What”. He asked frowning.

Cora took in her lips and said.

“We are going to the cafeteria,,,will you tag along with us”. Cora asked smiling.

Ryan looks at Clark who was looking at him, and back to Cora.

“Where you deaf yesterday when I told you I no longer want you as a friend”.

“Ryan,,,did I do something wrong, if i have wronged in you anyway, tell me, so I can fixed it, you must have a reason, why you no longer want me as a friend, so tell me the reason Ryan, so I can know what I did wrong, I don’t want to stop being your friend, please”. Cora said with a sad.

Ryan looks at her, he was about Falling for her words, but when he remembered Clark kissed her, he frowns and stood up.

“I don’t have anything to say to you Cora, so get lost”. Ryan said and walks away, hitting shoulders with her.

Cora watch him as he leaves the class, and her face were so sad.

Clark and Audrey look at each other and walks up to her.

“Cora”. Both called at once.

Cora cleans her and looks at them.

“Are you okay”. Clark asked.

Cora nods.

“Yes am fine, let go to the cafeteria”. She said and walks out of the class.

Audrey sighs and follows suit.

? CAFETERIA ?

Audrey and Clark were already eating, but Cora wasn’t, she keeps turning her food, without taking any inside her mouth.

“Did you do something to Ryan for him to keep his distance”. Clark asked after noticing Cora’s mood.

Cora looks at him and shakes her head sadly.

“Then what the problem, is not as if you are bullying Cassie, or being the Jezebel like you used to”. Audrey ranted.

“He is also avoiding me too, and he threaten to kick me out of the room, if I try to talk to him”. Clark said.

“That Ryan is surly going crazy,,,I don’t know why you like that annoying boy Cora”.

Cora sighs.

“Does he really like Cassie”. Cora asked sadly.

“I guess he does since he is always protecting her”.

And Cora nods sadly.

Clark sighs, he stood up from where he was standing, and went to sit beside Cora.

He made her faces him, and place his two hands on her cheeks.

“Don’t be sad Cora, Ryan will surely come around, I know it hurts, but am sure you are going to get through it,,, just like how I did, towards my feelings for you”.

Cora looks at him and pouted out her lips.

Audrey looks at the both of them, and stylishly removes Clark’s hands from Cora’s face.

“Clark is right Cora, so Don’t be sad okay”. Audrey added with a smile.

Cora looks at both of them and nods.

“Cora!!!”. Arianna calls as she walks up to her, and Rooney followed from behind.

And on seeing Arianna, Cora brighten up.

“Arianna, you already transferred to Genie high, but mom didn’t tell me about it”.

“Well, that because I choose to surprise you, and here I am”. Arianna said demotrating with her hands.

And Cora smiles, and then she sees Rooney standing beside Arianna.

“Who is he Arianna”.

“Oh,,,his name is Rooney, he is my classmates, he is just showing me around school”.

“Good afternoon senior Cora”. Rooney greeted.

And Cora nods with a smile.

“We will go ahead now Cora, can I come over to your room later”. Arianna asked smiling.

“Sure you can”.

“Okay Cora bye”. Arianna waves at her smiling, and leaves with Rooney.

“You didn’t tell me the Almighty Queen Cora is your sister”. Rooney said after they made their way out of the cafeteria.

“Actually she is my step siste, and that why we don’t bear the same surname”.

“Oh I see”.. Rooney muttered.

“So you are Arianna are close now,,,and she even attends Genie high”. Audrey said looking surprised.

“That because I allowed her too”. Cora replies with a smile.
