Why’s mum looking all surprise or should I say surprised. I thought
Yes mum,the caption says here’s Pamela Remirez the mother of Jeffrey Remirez. I said pointing at the caption.
Darling can I have a look at a photo of just Pamela… Mum requested
Sure. I said and scroll down the photos then I saw a photo of her and a very handsome guy.
Wow,I thought Jeff is the second most handsome but I think daddy and Jeff has a rival. I said smiling
Darling have you seen her photo? Mum asked impatiently
Yes mummy, here’s Pamela and I think this guy next to her is a family friend, he’s so handsome. I said and mum took the phone from me
Pame…. Mum muttered and her eyes became teary.
Mummy are you OK? I asked curiously
Yes darling,Am fine something flee into my eyes. Mum said wiping her eyes with her handkerchief

It’s three weeks and three days Joan was admitted at the hospital but luckily she’s gonna be discharged today.
We were heading out of the hospital but suddenly Emily felt nauseous,she ran to the washroom.
Emily are you alright? I asked placing the back of my palm on her forehead as she came out of the washroom.
Am fine. She replied wiping her lips with an handkerchief.
Emily are you sure you’re alright? Joan asked
Yes Joan,am fine. Emily replied
Mum you all wait for Emily and I at the waiting room while we see a doctor. I uttered and held Emily’s hand.
But Jeff, Joan just got discharged,she needs to get some rest. Emily said
No, Emily am fine and it’s important for you to see the doc. Joan said
I will join mum and pempem at the waiting room. Joan added.

I suspected I was pregnant that’s why I was refusing to see the doc. Jeff would only get stressed out because of this,his sister just got discharged and now pregnancy that would only make issues complicated.
Good day doc. Jeff greeted as we got into the doctor’s office.
Have a seat please. Mr Jeffrey how can I help? The doctor asked as we sat down
Doc she’s been throwing up lately and feeling lazy alot. Jeffrey explained
OK. We will go through some tests on her. The doctor said and took me with him.

Feeling nauseous,why do I have the feeling Emily is pregnant. I uttered and stared at me
Mum. Joan called out as she rolled her eyes in disbelief.
No offense please,am a month so I know such things more than you do. I said sarcastically just then Jeff and Emily joined us at the waiting room.
Jeff how’s Emily? Joan asked curiously
Emily’s pregnant. Jeffrey said with a smile but Emily frowned
Emily what’s wrong? You don’t look happy about this great news? I asked smiling
This is no good news. Emily said looking away.
What do you mean by that Emily? Joan asked staring at her.
Am terminating the pregnancy. Emily said as tears roll down her cheeks.
What! Emily what do you mean by that? Jeffrey asked obviously disappointed.
Jeff this pregnancy will only ruin your reputation.. you worked so hard building up your reputation and I don’t want to ruin that. Emily said still sobbing.
Who the he.ll cares about what the world says about us… You’re all that matters and there’s no way this great news would ruin my reputation. Are you forgetting the fact that we’re engaged. Ok fine you wanna put it this way. Fine we’re getting married next week. Jeffrey said seriously
But Jeff. Emily said surprised and Jeffrey hugged her.
No buts, we’re getting married. Jeffrey said smiling.

Am so happy for you Emily. I shouted excitedly and hugged her.
Congratulations to the both of you.pempem said smiling
Am glad you made such a great decision son. Mum said smiling
Of course mum. We should get going or do you wanna celebrate this great news here? Jeff asked jovially
Of course not. I shouted
When we got out of the hospital the mass media covered everywhere taking pictures of us.
“Jeffrey Remirez your sister have been admitted at this hospital for the past weeks but you kept it a secret from the public. In any way do you have any idea who did this to her? The media asked but we ignored there questions and got into Jeff’s car and drove off.

I was laying on my bed reading a novel when a call came in and it was Kelly my childhood friend.
Hello Kelly. I said over the phone.
Iris am sorry,I never knew you were sick not until today you were discharged from the hospital and you never told me you’re close to Jeffrey Remirez. She said
Huh! I wasn’t admitted at any hospital,am not sick and am in the states now. I said defiantly.
Iris don’t tell me you weren’t admitted at the hospital? She asked curiously
Of course I wasn’t and am not close to Jeffrey Remirez. Wait a minute who told you such fake rumors about me? I asked
I saw it on the news blog few minutes ago,there was a little bandage on your forehead and Jeffrey was covering you with a jacket.she said
What! I will check my phone now. We talk later,bye. I said and hung up anxiously..
