? Annalisa ?
Whatever happened in the morning scared the heck out of me. Daniel was not supposed to eat that food except Ethan but that stupid boy did and look where he ended up at.
I cur$e Ethan’s Mother for this . I can’t believe she gave me poison instead of the real love potion. The McKenzie family is fked up.
I nervously stood up from the sofa in the waiting room and motioned for Ethan’s Mother to follow me .
” Excuse me . I’m going to accompany Annalisa to the cafeteria of the hospital !” She said and Ethan and his father just nodded in understanding .
Ethan’s Mother followed me quickly ” What’s wrong with you ? Do you want my family to suspect us ?” Ethan’s Mother questioned .
” Shut up and follow me stupid !” I whispered furiously.
We have been waiting to hear from the doctor about Daniel the whole day. It’s almost seven and I haven’t eaten nothing because im so fucking nervous that everything will turn on me that I may have poisoned Daniel .
Ethan hasn’t said a word to me since we left the house and he keeps giving me this dead looks as if I’m dangerous or something . I may be a spoiled brat but I would never kill a person intentionally.
” You got me in this mess . So what’s your solution ?” I scowled ” I can’t believe you wanted to poison your own child .”
” How dare you say that ? I would never do such a thing to my dear Ethan . !” She took a sit beside me ” what really happened Anna?”
I just laughed , she has the guts to shorten my name after what she did ” I’m Annalisa and right now I feel like an idi©t for believing you about that stupid love potion !” I poked her shoulder .
” Don’t touch me Annalisa and please , talk to me politely like an adult. Tell me what really happened because the witch doctor who gave me that thing said it was a love potion !”
” What ? Are you saying that Daniel ate the real love potion ?” I covered my mouth in shock and at the same time in Anger. The only person I was praying to be with was Hayden not Daniel .
” Yes Annalisa . You have given the love potion to Daniel . I can’t believe you were this dumb . I thought you were smarter than this !”
” Then why was he reacting like that ? He looked like he was dying or something while those stuff were coming out of his mouth ”
” Im surprised too . We have to wait in order to confirm if its more than a love potion . !” She stood up and looked over me ” You are totally screwed young lady ” then she walked out of the cafeteria .
I just sat on the chair with tears in my eyes. Who would want to date Daniel out of so many people . I hate that guy’s personality . He is too nerdy for me and its hard Imagining a life with him .
When I was done crying . I quickly went in to the waiting room and impatiently counted the minutes until the doctors informed us of Daniel’s health .
Daniel’s parents were not told about this because they are in another country so they will have to fly here. Ethan thought it was a good idea if we kept this under our noise for now since it doesn’t seem that big if a problem .
When the ambulance arrived to pick up Daniel . Hayden was already awake and he privately called Ethan aside which is something I’m surprised off . Those two never talk privately . They kept staring at me as they said somethings to each other . I just looked away in shame because they are obviously blaming me for everything .
” Daniel Jarrett ” A young man said out loud wearing the appropriate clothes of a doctor ” Daniel Jarrett’s family please !” He called out once again then we all stood up .
Ethan was the first to hover over the doctors face ” What happened ? Is he alright ?”
” Calm Down Sir . Daniel is doing perfectly fine. It was an allergic reaction due to what he ate that made his stomach upset . I’m still running some tests on what could have caused it . ” The doctor looked around ” Is there Annalisa here . My patient , Daniel have been screaming her name since he woke up ” everyone stared at me in confusion .
” I’m Annalisa doctor . ” I mumbled and Ethan’s Mother gave me a dead look as she mouthed for me to deal with it .
” Follow me and for the rest of you , go home Daniel doesn’t want to see you all ” the doctor pointed for everyone to leave ” Come back tomorrow to sign the release forms ”
Ethan just nodded with a pained face as his father patted him on the back . Daniel always calls put for his Buddies when he is in trouble or in anything but today he wanted me instead of Ethan . His best buddy ,I’m not surprised because I know what I did .
When I walked in the room Daniel instantly dropped his glass of water ” My beautiful angel from heaven !” He mouthed excitedly ” You came for me . Nurse please excuse us . My darling Annalisa needs to feed me with lots of love !” Daniel pushed the nurse off his bed .
The nurse gave me a relief look as she passed me ” Good luck !” She whispered .
Daniel suddenly started singing telling me how much he loves and cares about me. I just sat on the couch as I listened to his h©rrible voice. I have messed up and I don’t know how I’m going to get out of this. Daniel is Cassandra’s boyfriend and they have been in love since college so I feel rather dead than alive right now .

I don’t know what really happened In the morning but the second Hayden unlocked the door I knew he was hiding something from me.
I haven’t seen Ethan the whole day and I’m even scared to ask Hayden because he has been looking at me in a strange way and he is so rude towards me .
The only thing he told me was his name and I assume that he is Ethan’s Friend because I saw many photos of them in his bedroom and some guy .
” So you are now done asking about Ethan ?” Hayden asked after he gave me a cup of coffee .
I accepted it with open hands wondering why he suddenly Being nice ” Thank you Hayden ” I said with a smile on my face.
” Ethan told me that you are his cousin from another country . I’m surprised that he never mentioned you ” he pointed out as he sat beside me on the couch.
” Ooh ..He said that ? Well..I just came here for a visit . I will be going back home soon !” I lied because I know that Ethan told whoever met me that I’m his lost long cousin.
” Actually I never knew that the McKenzie family has a family from another country ” he stared at me ” You are too beautiful to be part of the McKenzie family ”
By hearing that I became so annoyed . I just sat back on the couch without saying anything to him. Hayden may seem a little attractive with his messy blonde hair and blue eyes but he is not getting between my legs.
” Don’t you like being complimented ?” Hayden asked while he stared ahead ” I know right . Many women are insecure in their own skin and you are one of them ”
” I’m not insecure. I just don’t like hearing compliments from anyone except myself ”
” How would you know if you are beautiful if no one never compliments you ?”
” I don’t need people especially men to tell me I’m beautiful because I
already know I’m beautiful. ”
” You are indeed a strange girl . And I like that you are confident and open-minded.”
” Whatever just change the channel . I hate reality shows ” I yacked the remote from his hand .
Hayden kept stealing glances over me and sometimes I felt a little uncomfortable . He scared me the Minute he brushed my hand to stand up and I almost punched him but he sincerely apologized and announced that he is going to bed .
I just pushed every negative thing aside as I thought of Ethan and why he is late . It’s already 10 PM and he hasn’t arrived home. He is obviously the only person I can bully here without feeling uncomfortable or scared . I’m praying that he is not doing anything stupid even though he locked me inside that room .
I think I might have overslept because the next minute I heard the door being slammed . I quickly got up and ran through the hallway to the door only to find Ethan .
” Where were you ? You made me go crazy by locking the door in that scary room Ethan ” I pointed out furiously .
” Not tonight Isabella . I’m tired okay so save your shit for another day . ” He murmured as he took off his coat .
” No Ethan ! You went out without informing me . …” Before I could say anything Ethan covered my mouth with his cold hand .
” You are draining all of my energy right now and I don’t feel like talking so shut the fuck up and go to sleep Isabella !” Then he pushed me aside and walked away .
I stood at the same spot shocked by Ethan’s behavior and mostly his expression . What made him this depressed and angry ? I kept asking myself the same question as I lied down on the sofa with a blanket Hayden gave to me . I can’t go to any of the guy’s room so sleeping here is my only option to avoid history repeating itself .
