Louise sensed something wasn’t right because the entire place changed
It became tensed.
“Let’s go Louise”
Ryan said out of the blue to the confused Louise
“L-Leave? Now?
She asked puzzled but nevertheless stood up carefully seeing that Ryan had already got up on his feet
“Ryan, can I just talk to you please don’t leave”
The girl named Anabelle pleaded
Ryan scoffed but didn’t say a word, instead, he patiently guided Louise out of the restaurant making Anabelle to clench her fist tightly
Who is this girl?
Why is Ryan getting so intimate with her?
Anabelle thought bitterly
When she realized that Ryan had walked past her , she quickly followed him and got to him just as he was about getting into his car
“Ryan wait! Please I-I know you’re mad at me and you’re heartbroken but I can explain everything, just let us have a talk”
Ryan paused halfway entering the car, he turned around and walked close to Annabelle. Louise’s heart thumped anxiously and she felt an emptiness within her
Annabelle’s eyes got misty and her face became pitiful, inwardly, she was elated that he was walking over to her
I know he wouldn’t bear to abandon me, he loved me so much in the past and I know he still does
Anabelle thought proudly
Getting close to her, Ryan leaned over to her ear making her heart beat erratically, she even felt butterflies in her stomach
So easy, I just apologized and he’s going to take me back.
These thoughts made Anabelle smile discreetly
But it wasn’t the same for Louise in the car
From her view, Ryan looked as if he was kssing Anabelle
She turned her head to the left side of the car window, she wouldn’t want to watch the public display of warmth
Gosh Leah, guard your heart already
If anything happens, just know it’s entirely your fault
You know too well he’s a playboy and never gives his heart to one person
So get over it
Louise kept assuring and reassuring herself
“You ain’t mad at me anymore?
Anabelle asked coquettishly
Ryan brought his face an inch to her ear and chuckled
“I am not mad at you nor angry nor sad, you know why?, He paused and continued “Because you ain’t in my heart anymore, I’ve moved on just like you so don’t bother asking for forgiveness”
With that being said, Ryan stood straight and without delay, he walked straight to the car and got in
“She’s pretty”
Louise said
“Who? He asked then realized something and smirked
“Oh yes, her? She is stunning”
Louise clenched her fist beside her which didn’t go unnoticed by Ryan
Louise jolted when her Palm was enclosed with his warm palm
“Don’t think too much, I’m all yours”
Ryan said making Louise blush hard.
She quickly withdrew her hand from his
“I’m not thinking about anything, you must be dreaming”
She said hurriedly as she tucked her baby hairs backwards
Ryan laughed at her flustered expression, he started the car and drove off
