A knock resounded at the door before it was pushed open and Ryan stepped inside, the sight he saw made him tremble within and all his d.emon urged him to do was go back to that dungeon and kll Anabella but he knew that he was getting her retribution now.

Louise was currently resting her head on Velvet’s shoulder while Velvet stroked her hair repeatedly as they both sat on the bed

“Louise?
He softly called out her name, making both ladies to look up at him at once

Louise raised her head from her younger sister’s shoulder and stared at Ryan with inexplicable emotions

Velvet gently detached herself from Louise and held her hands

“Sis, I’ll leave you now, I need to get back to school as I sneaked out, but I’ll sure come to visit once school is over for today, okay?
She uttered

Louise nodded
“Okay, now you take care too alright?

“Alright”
Hugging her again, Velvet got up and walked towards the door were Ryan stood unmoving

She bowed slightly to acknowledge him and mouthed thanks to him before leaving.

Ryan stood rooted in a spot, too nervous and anxious to get close to him

He knew that Louise had seen the real him and how his life was

All the playfulness he portrays were just a facade for people to believe but hia real him was a mafia and had many blood in his hands

He was scared, she would reject him, after all she is a sweet cute innocent lady that deserves someone clean and safer, who would give her a life without threats

It actually pained Ryan to think he couldn’t give her all those

“Ryan!
Louise half yelled his name and he was drawn out of his thoughts

Looking up at her, he saw the anger in her eyes

Was she going to break up with him and blame him for everything that had happened?

She wouldn’t be wrong though, after all, it’s because of him she was in this state

Her eyes teared up
“Come here and hug me you idiot!

Ryan’s eyes widened and he immediately rushed to her bed and engulfed her in a tight heart warming hug that left her breathless

The ringing of a phone woke Dylan up, releasing a heavy sigh, he picked up the phone

“Dylan?

“Hey mom, what’s wrong?
He asked softly and at the other end, Madam Viola smiled and her eyes became teary

She would never get used to Dylan calling her mom with so much gentleness in his voice

“Umm I wanted to know if you’re alright, I heard what happened, you did great”
She commented
Her son no longer have a threat to his position as the CEO

“Thanks mom”

“And one more thing son…..I umm really want to see the young miss of the Sterling someday, Georgia right?

Dylan was surprised,
“You really want to meet her?
He asked to be sure

“Yes I am, she’s the one you love and if she makes you happy then I’m willing to accept her”

Dylan looked sideways and smiled at Georgia’s sleeping face beside him on the bed

She was really a big sleeper

“Alright mom, I’ll let her know about it, we’ll set up a date and let you know”
