Episode 101
Kim’s Pov:
I picked up the ball again and threw it into the basket again and again.
“Hey Kim” I heard a familiar voice behind me as I turned around and scoffed.
“What are you doing here?” I asked with a stern voice.
“Come on Kim! Why are you acting like that with me? Did we get into a fight or something?” He asked as I rolled my eyes.
“What do you want from me Lucas? Isn’t it that your friend has finally left me for that low life?” I gritted my teeth.
“He must be crazy for making such a decision Kimberly! To me you remain the best for him no matter how hard he tries to deny that” Lucas said as I smiled broadly.
“How come he is not seeing what you are seeing young man? You promised me Lucas that you will do everything within your power to see that we both get back together” I clenched my fist.
“He has just refused to listen to me Kim! You know how much I want you to get back with my friend Martin right?” he said with a soft voice.
“Just shut up! Do you really want us together or you want me to come to you?” I freaked out.
“If he doesn’t want you Kim! You know am always here for you and I love you so much” He said as I shook my head in disbelief.
“May God forbid that I have anything to do with you Lucas! I don’t feel anything for you don’t you get it?” I snorted.
“And the one you feel something for does he feel anything for you too?” He snapped as I gulped hard.
I couldn’t hold myself anymore cos anger engulfed me so I landed a dirty slap on his cheek.
He only smirked as he turned his face away.
“How dare you say something like that to me Lucas? Who the hell do you think you are?” I freaked out the more.
“Am just being honest with you Kimberly! You know that I want you to be happy at all times that was why I left you for my friend because you said you loved him” He replied.
“Of course I still love him even more! Don’t you dare talk to me in such a manner.. what makes you think he won’t fall back in love with me?” I asked as I turned away from him.
“Because he seems to love that Arya so much and he wouldn’t listen to anyone because of the love he has for her” he said as jealousy ran in me.
“Enough Lucas! You don’t tell me that to my face.. Martin is still my boyfriend that’s something am very sure about” I said trying to console myself.
Lucas laughed a little and frowned his face again.
“What is funny Lucas? Why are you showing off your teeth like someone asked for it” I said as I banged my hand on the desk.
“Well for your information.. they are together at the cafeteria like we speak taking lunch together so what more do you want to see before you confirm what am telling you” He said as I pouted my mouth.
“We can stop them Lucas! We can stop them can’t we?” My voice broke down.
“I have tried.. I have tried everything within my power and more but he wouldn’t even think of leaving that Arya girl talk more of considering it” He said as I gulped hard.
“What does that girl have that I don’t? Tell me is she prettier than I am? What does he have that makes Martin love her so much?” I broke down as I sat on the chair.
“I can’t see anything but Martin does that one thing I will assure you” He said as I sniffed hard.
“Well she has to get ready for the plans I have in store for her because she won’t be able to survive it” I said with hatred.
“What plans are you talking about?” He wrinkled his eyebrows as I smiled then tears rolled down my cheeks.
“You will know when I unleash so that you won’t be able to make me change my mind about my plans” i said.
“Oh Kim! I just hope you know exactly what you are getting yourself into because I won’t want you to get trapped in the end” He said as I scoffed.
“You don’t understand me Lucas! You don’t know how it feels for someone to love someone dearly and yet the love isn’t reciprocated because the one you love is in love with another” I shook my head.
“You got that wrong Kim! I know exactly how it feels.. I know exactly how it feels just in case you don’t know that I have an idea how bad it is” He said as I looked at him in confusion.
“What are you trying to say?” I asked him as I sniffed again.
“I know how it feels even more than you do” he replied.
“How would even know that when you are not in my shoes” i asked anxiously.
“Because that is exactly how I feel when I see you with my friend Martin back then when you both were together” He confessed as I gulped.
“What are you talking about?” I asked as I turned my face away because I didn’t want him to see the strong headed Kimberly in tears.
“Each time you were with Martin I felt so jealous and so bad but I tried to keep myself from that feeling.. if was so hard for me” He explained.
“Will you stop blabbing already? What do you know? I don’t even want to talk about that aspect right now” I changed the topic immediately.
“You didn’t ask me if Martin is still in the cafeteria with that girl?” He asked as I gulped hard.
“Becyi know they must have left” I said not knowing what else to say.
“Of course they haven’t! They are still eating and chatting together” He said as I clenched my fist in jealousy.
“I want to see her! I want to see them with my two eyes before I can confirm that what you are saying is actually true” I snapped.
“Then come with me” he said as he turned around.
I quickly stood up and followed him praying within me that they aren’t together anymore.
We got to the cafeteria and my eyes went straight to them.
My heart ached immediately.
I felt like my heart was being pierced with an arrow, I couldn’t hold back the tears anymore no matter how hard I tried.
I wanted to stop myself cos the almighty Kimberly can’t be seen showing her weakness in public.
Honestly I tried but then I couldn’t seeing how happily they were chatting and eating.
The worst of them all is that Martin agreed to eat with the commoners in school in the same cafeteria so that he could be close to that girl.
“Can you see that? So do you believe me now?” He asked as I screamed so loud.
Everyone turned to me as I marched forward to meet the whore.
“Kim! Kim you have to calm down.. you can’t cause a scene” Lucas tried to stop me but I didn’t even turn behind to look at him.
I walked closer to them as Sofia grabbed her friends hand on seeing how furious I was.
“You wretch!” I screamed as I grabbed Arya by her black shiny hair.
“Ouch! You are hurting me Kim” she cried out cos I took her by surprise so she was really ready to defend herself as usual.
“How dare you? How dare you go anywhere close to what belongs to me” I kept on screaming.
I raised my hand to slap her but Martin caught my hand in the air and threw them off roughly.
I got off balance so I fell heavily on my butt as I stared at Martin in shock.
I was still on the ground when Martin walked forward to me raising my head up.
“Don’t you dare do what you did again because you will leave to regret whatever your actions are” He said with fury in his eyes.
I have never been this shocked and gobsmacked in my entire life.
I kept mute as he walked away with Arya, Sofia and Idris following him.
The students roared in laughter making fond of me and taking pictures of me.
Lucas rushed to me and helped me stand on my feet.
“Don’t you dare touch me! Get your hands off me.. stop making it look so pathetic” I shouted as I pushed his hand off as I ran off immediately.
I didn’t know what else to do or say.
Shame didn’t let me show my face till the end of the day.

Arya’s Pov;
“Here! You can have this to calm yourself down” Martin gave me the cone of ice cream as I forced a smile at him.
“Uhmm.. Idris and I would like to go check some stuff out in the cyber cafe” Sofia said as I gasped.
“Uhmm.. I will come with you Sofia” I said as I stood up to follow her but then she stopped me.
“No you can’t come with me licking that ice cream! You need to sit here and do that so you won’t be eating while we go to the cyber cafe” She said as she patted my hair.
“Are.. are you sure?” I stuttered.
“Well of course am sure! You stay here with Martin! We will be back soon before you know” She said as she ran off with Idris.
“See you later dude” Idris said before leaving.
My heartbeat increased as I was left with Martin who sat closer to me.
We were silent for some minutes and that was awkward so I decided to break the silence.
“Martin why did you do that to your girlfriend?” I managed to ask.
He smiled a little before speaking up.
“Do you think what she wanted to do is right? Do you think she was right wanting to slap you in public?” He asked as I gulped hard.
“Listen Martin even at that, she is still your girlfriend and you should be on her side at all times right?” I said.
“So I should support her even when she’s a terrible mistake of her life?” He asked again.
“Why do you choose to support me instead of her?” I throw the question at him.
“Because you don’t deserve what she was about to do to you that’s why I stood up for you and I don’t regret doing what I did” He said.
I forced a smile at him.
“Won’t this ruin in your relationship?” I mumbled.
“I don’t care if it does or do I look like someone who cares?” He said as I nodded my head.
I continued licking the ice cream and avoiding eye contact with him.
