“Mom, you’re not saying anything,” Karan said
“Is Ben forcing you to have sx with him?” She asked instead
“No,” she replied
“Then why the rush?” She asked
“It’s just….. I emm… It’s…” She runs out of words
Mrs. Brown went closer
“Sweetie I told you that we are now friends so tell me,” Mrs. Brown said
Karan was silent
“Did you want me to tell you about my teenage life?” Mrs. Brown asked
Her face lit up immediately
“Yes tell me,” Karan replied
“Okay, I was popular in school like one of the most popular girls and I was dating this guy, he was so hot and he was also a captain of the baseball team,” she replied
“Wow, Ben is also a captain and he’s dmn hot, you need to see him, mom, all the girls are jealous of me but am popular and I don’t care,” Karan said immediately
“I see,” Mrs. Brown replied
“Did you have sx with him?” Karan asked
Her mother smiles lightly
“Am curious, tell me already,” she added
“Promise not to tell daddy,” Mrs. Brown said
“Promise, Pinky promise,” Karan replied
“Alright, his name is Alexander McDonald’s, and I didn’t have sx with him,” Mrs. Brown replied
Karan frown
“But why?” She asked
“That’s why I asked if Ben was forcing you to have sx with him,” she said
“No, I just want to do it, all the other girls in my team have done it except me, it’s as if am left out and they won’t stop teasing me” she replied sadly
“You don’t do things because others are doing it, sx is like a connection between two people, if you have sx with someone that person has taken something from you and you have also taken something from the person. Now what if you don’t later end up with that person?” She asked
“I dunno,” Karan replied
“That means you will find another boyfriend and have sx with him, and if it doesn’t end well you will still find another person. You don’t just have sx with someone for the fun but it’s like a memory, a connection between two people, it should be with someone special because you’re special,” Mrs. Brown explains
“Oh? but what about you, how many men did you have sx with?” Karan asked
“Don’t tell daddy,” Mrs. Brown said
“Trust me, mom, you said that we are friends so am not telling anyone,” Karan replied
“Just one, your Dad,” she replied
“Wow, that’s cool, Was dad hot back then,” she asked
“Nope, he was a transferred nerd with cheap big glasses,” Mrs. Brown replied
Karan burst out laughing
“Did you just say cheap big glasses?” Olivia said by the door
“For how long have you been standing there?” Mrs. Brown asked
“Just now and I heard that Dad use to wear cheap big glasses,” She replied
“Olivia and her big mouth,” Karan mumbled
“Am telling him,” Olivia said going out
“Olivia come back here,” Mrs. Brown shouted going after her
“Dad, mom said you used to wear cheap big glasses,” she said immediately she entered her father’s study
“Cheap glasses?” Eddy asked and start laughing
He was with his father
“Not just any type of glasses but big cheap glasses, like cheap and big,” Olivia added laughing
Mr. Brown was surprised and started laughing not long after, Mrs brown entered with Karan
“You rat me out?” Her husband asked
“We were only discussing,” she replied trying not to laugh
“I see, okay your mother use to…..” His wife quickly covered his mouth
He removed it with his other hand
“No lemme tell them,” he said but she covered his mouth again
Everyone started laughing
“Mom you’re cheating, daddy I want to hear it please,” Olivia said still laughing
“She… She used to…..” His wife covered his mouth again
The kids started laughing as they watch their parents
“Mom am suspecting you, were you a weirdo?” Eddy asked
“No she was hot, but she……she used to…” His wife covered his mouth
He removed her hands from his mouth, now holding her two hands
“She used to……..”
She kssed him immediately
“I change my mind,” Mr. Brown said
“Huh, daddy that’s not cool,” Olivia said instantly
“you have to say something about her too,” Eddy added
“She was popular and fall for a nerd, so that’s it,” he replied
“Daddy?” Eddy called with that look that says you’re lying
“Is she your wife? Young man live my wife alone,” Mr. Brown said joking
“I can’t wait to have a wife,” Eddy pouted
“Not in my house,” Mr. Brown added
The family was still laughing when Mrs. Brown’s phone rang. She went for it and it happened to be an unknown number
“Hi, this is Mrs scarlet Brown, who am I speaking with,” she asked
“What decision did you make?” The person asked
“Alexander,” she called surprised, like how did he get her number.
