it’s been weeks already and Alexander keep disturbing Mrs. Brown about the one next night stand, she kept giving him excuses, she was trying to make out time and tell her husband but she has many cases to handle and mostly some of them are mvrder and rappe
She didn’t want to think much about the threat instead she put all her mind on the case so that she won’t lose and as always she win in the end
She always goes to work as early as possible but she will sometimes come back in the after to arrange the house and cook, then she will go back to work, it has been tough dealing with so many cases
“Hey,” Her husband said as he went into her office
“You came?”Mrs. Brown said
“You said we have to talk so am here,” he replied and sits down
“Can’t it wait till am back?” She asked
“Nope, always tired after work and always leaving very early in the morning, so you see it can’t wait, so tell me now besides am traveling tomorrow,” he said
“Wait…..what? And you’re just telling me now,” she quickly said
“You’re always busy and tired,” he added
“How long will you stay there?” She asked
“Like some months,” he replied
“Some months, it’s too much, can’t someone else go in your place? she replied
“Baby what’s wrong? You’re acting as if you’re Afraid of something and there is sadness in your eyes, is there something you’re not telling me?” Mr. Brown said
“I guess am overreacting, gosh what’s wrong with me,” she said holding her head
“Baby look at me, look at me,” he said holding her face
She stared at him
“Baby there is sadness in your eyes, I don’t wanna say goodbye to you,” he said still holding her face

“That’s it,” she said after telling him the whole story
“You’re the one that started it now you’re the one to make him stop, am the one to take down the video if he posted it and you can then sue him, it’s enough evidence,” Mr. Brown said
“You’re not angry?” She asked
“Should I?” He asked
“I mean I waited for a long time before telling you, and you’re not mad?” she replied
“I love you scarlet that’s what matters, and I won’t let anyone take my wife from me, never! don’t worry I will take care of him,” he replied
“So what now?” She asked
“Something fun,” he replied
“Not in my office,” she said Instantly
Mr. Brown started laughing
Not long after he received a phone call and left, Mrs. Brown was still in her office when Alexander called again
“Today is the final day, should I upload the video or book a room,” he asked
“Go to h’ll,” she replied instantly
“I see you have got some nerves but one thing I will promise you is that I will have you one way or the other,” he said and ended the call
“Shameless f.ool,” Mrs. Brown said and put her phone aside

ALEXANDER HOUSE*
He get his computer and uploaded the video but it didn’t go, he tried different websites but they keep telling him the same thing

“Dmnit,” he yelled angrily and throw his PC away
Mr. Brown is a computer programmer, only he knows how he did it
“Scarlet, I will have you one way or the other, if IS didn’t go WAS will go,” he said to himself

“Hey cvrsed boy,” Joy called
Adam didn’t even bother to look her way
“You have to eat or you will die, you haven’t eaten for 7 days now, try and eat something,” she said slowly
“Get out,” he said almost yelling
She flinched
Turns out the king didn’t spare him, he was flogged till he stopped breathing like the king ordered and he was locked up without anyone to treat him
“Cvrsed boy,” Joy called again
“I said go away, the only person I want to see now is River,” he replied
“He’s de.ad and never coming back, father said anyone that falls that clif will not survive cos the clif is so high and below it is a lot of rock and ocean,” she replied
“Then I want to d!e,” he replied
“Did you eat people?” She asked
He was silent
“Cvrsed boy,” he called
“I have a name and it’s Adam,” he replied
“Father said I can’t call you by your name or I will d!e, I don’t want to d!e,” she replied
“What exactly are you doing here? I thought you hate me, why then are you here?” He asked
“I just want to give you food so that you will not die,” she replied
“Go away, I don’t want to receive more punishment than the one I have already received,” he replied
“Why not beg your mother to rescue you? Like she’s your mother and every mother loves their children but your is different,” she said
“She hates me just like everyone else, same as you,” she replied
“Am only doing what father said, he said I shouldn’t go near you that you’re cvrsed and your mother said you’re a bI.ood-scking dmon and my mother said you’re a dmon too, so you see am scared I don’t want to die” she replied
“Then why are you here now? Are you no longer scared of the cvrsed boy?” He asked
“I’m but you have to eat that’s why I brought some, don’t thank me and I will be going now” she replied
Adam just stared at her as she left, he rushed to the food and eat it like a hungry tiger, he haven’t eaten in days and he was starving
“She forgets to bring water,” he mumbled
“Hey, cvrsed boy, here is what……. Where is the food?” She asked looking around
“Just give me the water and go, and don’t come back,” Adam said and snatch the water from her
“I would have pity you small but I don’t want to die, I will go now I might come back later,” she said and left.
