‘Mommy!!!’..Emily cried out in a happy squeal and i chuckled as i crouched down to her level..
‘Hey baby’..
I muttered as i placed a soft kss on her cheeks..
‘You know she’s pretty funny when she mimicks you’..Janet chipped in and i smiled.
‘Yeah my Emily is a pretty good girl’..
‘Uhhh Selena i don’t know if you’d like this but remember Mac?? My friend I told you about who lives in New York?? Well a friend of his needs a Personal assistant and i hooked you up for the job’..Janet said..
‘Personal Assistant?? For heaven’s sake i studied Business Administration’..
I groaned..
‘Well it’s a 2,000 dollar pay job’..She replied and my eyes widened..
‘2,000??? For just a PA?? But that means we have to move from Virgina to New York??
I’ve been here my whole life and now I’m moving?? Should I take the job or not??’..I asked nipping at my bottom lip..
‘Well yes of course and think of it as a redemption!! You’ve been in this dump your whole life and clearly Virginia men don’t appreciate you so let’s move!!
Let’s just go!!!’..She replied.
‘Yay!! We’re moving!!’..Emily cheered and my eyes widened..
‘I thought you love this place??’..I asked her..
‘Ohh everyone hates Virginia!’..
Alexander’s POV
‘What i need right now is a cup of…You’re fired!!!!’..
I yelled at the Maddy and she ran out of the office crying…
‘Gosh you have to chill out a little what’s your problem??’..Mac retorted as he walked into my office..
‘Chill out?? I need a personal assistant ASAP!! I can’t handle all these calls all by myself?!!’..I groaned and rubbed my temple frustratingly..
‘Well no one wants to be your PA cause you’re a bully that’s why’..He murmured and i threw a dirty glare at him..
‘i am not a bully I’m just a workaholic!! And i need a PA or else I’m gonna fire everyone here!!’….
‘Well i recommended someone,her name is is Selena Hamilton and I’ve hired her already so she’ll resume next week’..He said..
‘Who is Selena Hamilton and why on Earth would you hire her without my…. Ughh you know what i don’t care anymore just let her get here and tell James that if he doesn’t get my coffee in three seconds he’s also fired!!!’
Selena’s POV
‘Ughhh I just can’t seem to fit this in!!!’..I groaned lightly as i pushed my boxes into the white van..
‘Sometimes you need to chill girl’..Janet muttered from behind me and helped me put the box in..
‘You know it’s really hard trying to fathom this whole thing,I’m really tired to be honest with you girl,I really need this breakout’..
I sighed deeply and carried Emily up in my arms..
‘Mommy are we meeting daddy?’..She asked and Janet and i locked eyes .
Her father disappeared years ago..
Which she doesn’t know…
‘I..I..uhhh yeah we’re going to meet daddy’..I stuttered a lie..
‘Yay!! Now no one would call me fatherless Emily!’..She excitedly said.
‘Huh?? Who calls you that in the first place?? Who calls you that??’.i asked with a frown on my face..
‘Well uh Alice calls me that and it makes me sad’..She pouted her lips and I sighed deeply again..
Alice that spoilt brat who doesn’t want to get her mouth shut!! She’s lucky i don’t have to rip her mother’s hair off like i did the last time..
‘Sorry baby, let’s go Janet’..I murmured..
‘Ohhh me?? I’ll come over later I have to go to West Hampshire to get some things from my mom’s house’..She replied and I saw that nervous look in her eyes..
‘What are you up to Janet??’..I asked…
‘No.. Nothing you guys should go now it’s a long ride to New York!!’..She replied and then walked back into the house…
‘Shes a terrible liar’..Emily muttered.…
‘Yeah’..
Alexander’s POV
After a long day at the office I walked into the house and turned on the lights only for me to see Giselle on my bed wearing a sxy lingerie..
Why is she here??.
‘What do you want Giselle,what are you doing here??’..I asked..
‘Are you seriously asking me this??
So i don’t have the right to come over and be sxy for my boyfriend??’..She retorted and I sighed deeply..
Where on Earth did i even meet her??..
Ohhh i remember Mac and his useless hookups..
‘Please leave Giselle I’m tried and certainly not in the mood’..I said .
‘Leave?? What is wrong with you Alexander?? You don’t pick my calls!! You don’t return my texts?! You don’t even act in anyway romantic and now i want to be romantic you’re telling me to leave?!!’..She yelled and i frowned deeply…
‘Well then it’s over then’..
‘What?! You’re breaking up with me?!!’..
‘Yeah,since the relationship isn’t good for you let’s break up’..
