Aidan’s pov :
I’ve been searching for Mason for over an hour and he’s no where to be found. I sigh frustrated
“Where could he be?” I thought
I met Ivy on the road. She’s my step sister and a friend to Princess Miranda
“Hi Aidan” she greeted
“Hi, have you seen Mason?” I asked
She Chuckled
“He’s at Mirnada’s place” she said
I groaned
I should have thought of that
“Thanks” I muttered
To get the best wine, just visit the blue maids’ palace.
That’s where he went, to drink away his sorrow
I got to the palace and met the guards
“Welcome chief” they greeted
“Have you in any way see my friend?” I asked
“Master Mason? He came in a while ago” one of the guards said
I entered and saw him drinking and chatting with Miranda
“Good day chief” she greeted bowing slightly immediately she sight me
“I knew you will come look for me” Mason said
He turned to face Miranda
“I told ya, I’m a celebrity” he said
She chuckled
I rolled my eyes and find a place to sit
“I will get you the best wine my chief” she said standing up
“Please do, he needs it” Mason said
I hit him playfully
“I’m so sorry man” I said after Miranda left
“I understand man. I really do understand” he said
“Delvan told me” I said
I picked his cup and sipped from his wine
“What do you think about it?” He asked
“Mason, I think you should stay back” I said
He chuckled
“I didn’t ask you to decide for me, I’m asking what you think about the wine?” He said
“Mason” I called
“Please stay back” I said
“Aidan, I’m your friend. I need to stay with you always no matter the circumstances so I don’t need you to think for me before I decide what i want,” he said
“What about Emily?” I asked
“She will be fine. I talked to her about it already and she agreed” he said sipping his wine
“Really?” I beamed
“Yes, Delvan also promised to visit them often” he said
“Men, how long have you guys been planning it?” I asked surprised
“Since the night you were nominated” he replied
“Thanks man” I said
“Anything for you” he said
Miranda came in with two kegs of wine. She dropped it on the floor with the cup and excused herself
“Come on man, let’s drink and merry. Tomorrow is gonna be a long day” he said
I smiled, filling my cup with wine
“Have you tell Lissa, you’re leaving?” He asked
“No. I can’t. I don’t want to hurt her” I replied
I drank all the content in my cup and filled it up
“Telling her won’t hurt her but not telling her? I can’t say what will happen. So I will advice you tell her this night” he said
I nodded in agreement
It’s better I tell her to save myself the stress and trouble
“I will tell her later this night but right now I need to enjoy just like you say” I said
He chuckled
“Don’t you think some meats will go well with this?” He asked
“Perfect!!” I said
We called one of the maids and we were served some meats
Soon, Delvan stomped in
“Really!!! This is what you guys are doing at my back??” He yelled
“Well Delvan I thought you will be busy!” Mason said
I nodded
“Come on, join us” I said
“Why should I?” He asked
“Because you’re missing a lot!!” I answered
“I bet you won’t want to miss this!” Mason said pointing a piece of meat at him
He took it from him and ate it
“Oh my. Don’t tell me Miranda made this?” He asked surprised
“She did” Mason replied
“So do you care or not?” I asked
“Of course I care” he said
I chuckled
He sat beside me and sipped from my wine
“Hey!!” I yelled
“Chill man” he said laughing
We joined him to laugh
“Delvan!!” Miranda called
“Hi” he replied
She blushed
I rolled my eyes
Miranda has been crushing on Delavn for long. But Delvan I just don’t know what is wrong with him
“Nice meat” he said sipping my wine
My wine again!!!
“And wine” he added
“Thanks” she answered still blushing
“Miranda can you please get your husband his own cup please!” I said half yelling
She smiled
“I will” she replied
“Am I missing something?” Mason asked
We looked at each other laughing
“No but just get ready we are wearing suit soon” I replied
Miranda came back with the cup. Delvan asked her to join us and she did
We really did enjoy ourselves

I told dad about accepting Mason as my assistant or should I say Vice.
Dad agreed to let him follow me. We had to get our things ready for tomorrow
“You still haven’t tell her yet?” Mason asked when we were done packing
“I plan on telling her when I’m done” i replied
“Ok. I should free you then” he said
“See you tomorrow” I said
He smiled
“See ya”
I lie down on my bed after he left
“I should tell her now” I thought
It’s now or never!!
Earth?
Lissa’s pov :
Aidan told me he will be leaving with Mason tomorrow to Ice kingdom. He said it was urgent and he will be gone for a year or so. He said he was going for peace keeping.
Now I understand why I feel strange. Why I couldn’t sleep and why I felt a part of me was moving far away.
He also said we will not be able to communicate for some time. He said Delvan will visit me often and make sure I am ok.
I cried
He said when ever I feel sad or lonely, I should think about him and he will be there.
I am going to miss him so much. We are going to miss him
“Hey you’re still crying?” Emily asked
“I will miss him” I cooed
“I know. I will miss him too. I will miss Mason too. But you know crying will not stop them from going. It’s their duty” she said
I nodded
“I’m hungry” I cried
She laughed
“Now I know why you won’t stop crying” she said
“Just get me something to eat” I said
“Ok” she said standing up
“You won’t ask me what i want?” I asked
“No, I won’t let you stress me” she replied
“But….”
“No but Lis” she said walking away

Funny girl
I know she will still prepare plenty food for me that I’m certain
MORNING
Author’s pov :
It’s morning, Aidan and Mason are already prepared to leave but they decided to have the last chit chat with the love of their lives
They talked for so long they wish they won’t stop.
Delvan entered to see them still chatting.
He smiled
He understands the feeling of not being close to the ones they love and also not being able to hear their voice
“Hey, it’s time” he said
“One more minute, please” Aidan pleaded
Delvan chuckled knowing fully well that if he gives Aidan the whole day, he won’t stop talking to Lissa
“Lis can you tell him goodbye please” Delvan pleaded
Lissa chuckled
“The portal opens in twenty minutes” he said
“What?!!!!” Aidan and Mason yelled at the same time
“Are you serious?”, Mason asked
“Are you for real?”, Aidan asked too
“Of course. Emily, Lis please say your goodbyes” Delvan said
They finally said their good byes after much plead from Delvan.
Aidan and Mason picked up their bags and soon they were on their way to the portal.
The portal opened and they hugged Delvan and few other people one after the other before entering into it.
On their way to a different planet to make a change and to make things better
