?Dian’s POV?
I got to school and park my car at the parking lot, I was wearing a hoodie which disguised me a lot.
I bring out my second phone and texted Aurora.
I followed and went to the top floor, my personal place.
I don’t even know why I told her to come here of all places.
I sat down on the stair and wait patiently for her to get here.
I can’t believe that I’m doing this.
“Bobby? I heard her voiced out. I stood up from where I was sitting and turned to face her.
She was surprised as her jaw dropped.
“What the fk? She muttered.
I cleared my throat and she composed herself.
“Oh am sorry, I didn’t mean to trespass I thought someone sent me a message to come here and I thought it was Bobby.” She said and face palmed herself.
“I’m so silly.” She murmured while I tried not to crack because she’s acting all cute right now.
Such a cute kitten.
Wait i gave her a nickname already?
This is cr@zy, no I am going cr@zy.
“I texted you.” I said and her head snapped up.
“What? She asked.
“I want to talk.”i said and sat back she walk quietly to my front and stood there watching me intently.
“Am all ears Sir.” She said. She is not even working for me anymore so why still address me like that?
I brought out an envelope from my pocket and hand it over to her, she opened it and gasp.
“Sir, this..this.”
“Yea, I heard from Bobby that you need help so….” I cut her off.
“Oh my God! Thank you so much sir, gosh I appreciate this so much but how am I going to cash this money? I don’t know how.” She said and bite on her nails nervously.
“You can ask manager Kim for help or anyone.” I said and she nodded before putting the check in her backpack.
She look so happy.
“Okay then, I’ll leave now.” I said and stood up to leave.
“Sir.” She called and I look at her. She open her mouth and close it.
“I’m sorry.” She said and lowered her head.
“Why? I asked. I know why she’s apologizing but I want her to say it out.
She kept quiet for awhile before speaking up.
“For lying to you, to everybody. I shouldn’t have done that, I’m so sorry but also not sorry because everything I did worth it.” She said and I furrowed my brow in confusion.
What does she mean by that?
“What do you mean by sorry but not sorry? I asked.
“I..I.. lo.” She was about to say something when my phone ranged.
?Yes?
? Yes? Oh whatever, where are you Dian, I’m waiting at the mansion and you’re no where to be found.” Mabel said and I sigh.
I looks over at Aurora who was staring at me.
? I’ll be there in ten minutes.” I said and hanged up and look over at Aurora.
“So you’re about to say? I asked and she shook her head.
“Okay then.” I said and hurried towards the elevator before stopping abruptly.
“If you still want to be our assistant then you can come back.” I said before I could hold myself.
I didn’t plan to say that and I don’t even know where the idea came from but I felt my mind rest as I said it.
I enter the elevator leaving her stunned rooted on her spot.
I got to the parking lot and enter my car before driving out of the school.
My mind went off to my discussion with Aurora and I smiled to myself.
She looks cute while nervous wrecked.
I place my earphone on and quickly dialed Bobby’s number.
?Where are you? I asked.
?In school, what’s up? He asked back.
?Nothing, gotta go.” I said and remove my earphone.
I drove inside the mansion and park the car inside the parking lot before going inside the house.
I met Asher and Barley talking as they sat on the couch.
“Where is Mabel? I asked when they saw me.
“She’s inside the kitchen with Mrs Russell.” Barley said and I nodded before heading to the kitchen.
“Hey Mrs Russell.” I greeted and peck her cheek as she smiled.
“Welcome Dian, Mabel has been waiting for long now.” She said and I nods.
I look over to Mabel and smile a little at her.
“Let’s go.” I said and she followed me out of the kitchen.
We got up to my room and she sat down on the bed.
“Why are you here? You just came back and be asking me where I’m sht, what did you went to do in Manchester? Fk don’t even tryna boss me around.” I sneered.
“I’m not bossing you around,I’m your fiance and deserve to know your Whereabouts. And I went to Manchester to meet your mom I heard she has a campaign for the white house election so I went.” She said and I keep holding myself not to react.
Who gave her the right to meet my mom? My fking mom who doesn’t give a fk I wonder what she fed her with.
“Who gave you right to meet my mom Mabel? I asked staring at her.
“What do you mean?
“Just answer the fking question!
