“Hubby see, mom gave me bird nest snack. I’ve tasted it and it’s really okay. Doesn’t make me feel nauseous,” I looked up as kitty walked towards me. She’s holding a medium sized snack bucket.

She brought one of the snack out and munched happily. I smiled, that’s the only food she has taken today and didn’t throw up. I was so focused on Kitty that I didn’t notice the sly smile on her stepmother’s face.

“Here,try one,” she brought one out to give me. My lips were just about to touch it when Mrs Helen stopped her. “No Ivy, I gave the bird nest snack to you not Brian. You need it most importantly at this stage,” she said.

Kitty didn’t give me again instead ate the snack herself. I glared at her playfully and she pouted,“What? Kitty is hungry. Hubby shouldn’t blame her for eating the snack.”

I smiled and pulled her closer then I turned to say goodbye. They all followed us to the garage. As we got into the car, Kitty waved at Mrs Helen.

We were just few meters away from home when Kitty fell asleep. At first I panicked thinking something is wrong with her but then I remembered pregnancy hormones.

Yes, it must be the hormones. When we got home, she didn’t even stir as I carried her up. She slept for hours and finally woke up when I was beginning to worry that something is wrong with her.

She sat up on the bed and rubbed her eyes like a kitty. She’s been doing this alot lately. I quickly carried over the plate of crackers and bird nest snack in case she’s hungry.

“Kitty how do you feel? I was worried because you slept for a very long time which is so unusual,” I asked and she gave me one of her sweet smiles.

“I feel refreshed after that long sleep so you shouldn’t worry about anything,” she said taking some of bird nest snack on the tray. She totally ignored the crackers. She’s got a new favorite snack.

“Let’s go shopping for our baby. I want a cute little hubby like you.”
I frowned when she said that. I thought of a mini version of me running around after causing a mischief.
“No, I don’t want a little devil. I want a little kitty,” I argued.
“Don’t call the baby a little devil. He’s going to be my cute little hubby.”

I glared at her stomach and prayed that the baby doesn’t come out as a boy. Cause I can clearly imagine what would happen. Since I was also crafty when I was young, if my son turns out to be like him. Kitty’s attention would be divided between the two of us.

“It’s a little kitty. I’m going to buy clothes for a little kitty,” I said picking up my wallet.
“I don’t care. I know the baby will be a tiny little hubby so I’m going to buy clothes for him,” she said standing up from bed.
“I can’t wait to see who would finally win. God nine months is such a long time to wait,” I said and she giggled.

As she undressed slowly to change clothes, I walked behind her and put my hands around her waist. “Kitty I’m in the mood right now. Let’s have a qui¢kie before we go for shopping,” I said pecking her neck.

She hurriedly shrugged off my hands from her waist and answered,“Hubby didn’t you know? The doctor said no sx for four months. It can cause miscarriage.”

“What!!! Four… Four… Good months. Kitty I’m going to die before then. Can’t we just do it gently? I won’t be able to survive,” I said and she chuckled.

“No, you have to follow the doctor’s order,” she replied. I bent down and put my ear next to her stomach.

Craftily I said,“ Kitty can you hear what little kitty is saying. She wants to meet her dad directly. We have to discuss privately.”

She hit my head and laughed,“Liar… Do you want to use your dk to talk to the baby? Little hubby doesn’t want to see your tiny size.”

I glared at her. Little hubby again and what tiny size. “Come to bed and let me show you what the tiny size can do.”

“Let me go. We have to go for shopping before it’s too late,” she answered escaping from the room. I groaned. That doctor isn’t qualified to be a doctor. How can she say no sx for four months? I should sue her.

I looked up as I heard footsteps from the stairs. I’m in the sitting room with Brad who’s playing video games as usual. I looked at cousin in-law. It’s been days since I saw her.

She looks different to me. “Hi sister in-law, you didn’t tell us what you did to that bitch,” Brad said and I looked at him. Cousin smirked and cousin in-law was hitting him trying to stop him from saying something.

What bch are they talking about? “Well your sister in-law sent her to the hospital with a battered head,” cousin said as his wife glared at him.

Brad dropped the video game excitedly,“Woah! That’s so cool. You are the best sister in-law. Muah” Cousin glared at him as he blew the kss.

“I’m lost. What bch are you guys talking about,” I asked.
“Well a lady dressed in skimpy cloth took lunch to brother, made a mistake of taking a picture of them and uploading it online. I saw it and immediately showed sister in-law.”
“Oh! So that’s where she was rushing to that day,” I said and he nodded.

“Hubby let’s go for the shopping or we are gonna be late,” I heard sister in-law say.
“What shopping? Is it for brother’s birthday that’s coming up next month,” Brad asked.

“Jeez I totally forgot about that. And we are going for shopping because very soon a little kitty will be running around calling you two aunt and uncle,” cousin said.
“It’s not kitty. It’s a little hubby,” cousin in-law argued.

But we were too shocked to care about their argument. “Oh! My! Gosh! Cousin in-law you are pregnant! You are really pregnant,” I jumped up in excitement.

“I also want to shop for my little future nephew,” Brad said.
“The baby won’t be a boy. It’s a little kitty,” cousin argued.
“No, I’m supporting sister in-law. She’s always right. It’s a tiny little cute boy,” Brad answered and Ivy giggled doing high-five with Brad.

I looked at cousin crestfallen expression,“Cousin don’t worry. They will be so shocked when the baby turns out to be a tiny little cute kitty. I’m on your team.”

“Then let’s go to the shopping mall
TeamKitty will go to the girls section.” I said.

“ TeamHubby is going to the boys section… Goodluck in advance”

I frowned as I checked the reports Tj sent to me. So they were forced to get married. Poor Brian must be trapped in a loveless marriage.

I’ll show him how much I love him by saving him from the sham marriage. I’ll have to ask Tj to help me take away that bitch from his life forever.

As soon as she’s gone, I’ll finally have a chance to express my love and save myself from dad. I opened the next page and felt puzzled.

Why is her medical reports blank? She must be hiding something really terrible. I’ll have to find out what it is. Maybe I could use that to save Brian from her. I brought out my phone and called Tj. But no answer. I quickly checked the time.

They must be asleep by now. I ordered plates of dessert from the hotel and kissed the credit card Brian gave me. All thanks to him, I can spend money anyway I like due to the unlimited funds in the card. This is also one of the many reasons I should make him mine.

Mine alone.

I pushed the cart nearly filled with clothes and toys for little boys. I smiled and went to pick a small video game toy. Perfect, I can teach him how to play video games. If it’s a little kitty, how would I play video games with her?

She will want to play tea parties instead and might even ask me to dress up like a princess. I shudder at that thought. I’ve had enough experience with Zara’s sister when I was young, I don’t need anymore torture of dressing up like a girl. So I vote for a tiny little hubby.

I looked at sister in-law and saw her looking at me with a guilty look. “Sister in-law what’s wrong?,” I asked worried. She moved closer to me and whispered,“I just stole a toy. It’s in my bag. I only realized it after I’ve done it. I feel so ashamed and scared. My kleptomania is surfacing slowly.”

“Don’t worry sister in-law. Just drop the toy in the trolley and I’ll pay for it. It won’t be classified as stealing anymore. It must be your pregnancy hormones that’s making you steal. I heard kleptomania has to do with mood swings,” I answered smiling.

She nodded and gently dropped the toy.

“Zara what do you think about this cute little princess gown? Little kitty can play tea parties with it,” I asked showing her the gown.

She smiled and replied,“It’s superb. I can be the wicked queen and you’ll be her poor father when we play princess game. Gosh! I can’t wait for her to finally come.”
