?Okay, thank you.
After I cut the call, I checked the sitting room for kitty. Seeing she’s not there, I walked to her room. Before I could reach there Zara and Brad came out of their rooms.
They were glaring at me. “She’s mad at me, isn’t she?,” I asked noticing how upset they looked.
“What do you think bro? What did you even do to my sister in-law?,” Brad asked me.
Before I could reply, Zara also asked,“She wouldn’t say anything. She was just crying seriously. Cousin, don’t tell me she caught you cheating on her. Are you still seeing your sluts?”
I looked at her like she had grown two heads. How could she think like that? Isn’t it evident enough how much I love kitty? I haven’t seen any slut since our marriage. Well except Kim.
“Shut up, why would I do such a thing?,” I asked.
“Then tell us what you did to sister in-law?,” Brad asked looking at me curiously.
“I promise to tell you tomorrow. Let me go and appease the queen first. If I stay too long, she would get even more angrier than she is,” I replied. They were blocking my way before. But when they heard what they said, they immediately made way.
Brad did that I’M-WATCHING-YOU sign to me. I simply ignored him. When I got to the room, kitty was already asleep. She’s already changed out of her dress.
I sighed thinking of how our first date was disrupted. We will surely go on another date soon. I began undressing slowly calling her gently,“Kitty”
Cause if she was really crying hard, she wouldn’t be that asleep by now. She must still be awake. I called her many times but she didn’t answer.
I thought she was really sleeping until I saw her fingers move. Meaning she’s ignoring me. I chuckled softly. Why is she even mad at me?
“Kitty are you still mad at hubby? I’m sorry,” I said as I advanced towards her on the bed. When I got to her, I slowly pat her.
“Kitty, hubby is saying he’s sorry. Won’t you answer?,” I asked again. She slowly turned and when I saw her face, I noticed traces of tears that have dried on it. Whoever tried to kill my kitty is gonna pay for making her cry like this?
“You are disturbing my sleep. I have lectures tomorrow and I’m so tired,” she said and I looked her. “I said I’m sorry,” I said again.
“Please go to bed. Let me sleep. I’m begging you,” she replied. She’s ignoring my apologies again. I sighed finally pissed off. I don’t get why she’s angry at me.
I did what I did for her safety. I went to the other side of the bed to sleep. I turned my back towards hoping to feel her touch. Maybe she’ll finally touch me and talk to me.
But all I heard was her light snore indicating she’s asleep. I gritted my teeth. How could she just fall asleep like that? My arms feel so empty not holding her.
We always sleep in a spooning position that I’m already so used to it. But tonight we are sleeping apart and she doesn’t even feel anything like she’s missing me or something.
I closed my eyes since she doesn’t care then I won’t care too.
Few minutes later, I sat up touching my hair in frustration. I give up, I can’t sleep peacefully knowing she’s right beside me and I can’t touch her.
I’ll just keep on tossing and turning on the bed all night. I sighed and looked at kitty sleeping peacefully. She’s so unfair. Remind me never to offend her again even if I don’t know what I did this time.

**Morning
Ivy?
As I dress up for college, I wondered where Brian is. I didn’t meet him in bed when I woke up. I wouldn’t even care if he was there cause right now I’m on supreme ignoring mode.
He did this to me when the matter of the shredding machine occured now it’s my turn. As I did finishing touches to my dressing, the door opened and Brian walked in carrying a tray.
He smiled and walked towards me. “See I cooked this myself. I’m saying sorry once again,” he said bringing over the tray to me.
It’s toast bread and coffee. I love coffee very much. When I saw how burnt the toast bread looks, I knew he really cooked it himself. I struggled to keep my laughter in seeing how messed his appearance is.
He must have had a great battle in the kitchen. I looked at him with a cold look struggling not to burst into laughter. “I’m not hungry,” I said and he looked a little pissed off. He dropped the tray on the bedside drawer and looked at me.
“That’s it. I’m not apologising anymore. Yunno kitty, I’ve never apologised to anyone as much as I’ve apologised to you,” he uttered.
He’s calling four times many… I hid the smile on my face. “Please do the honours of trashing the food as you go to college,” he said and walked into the bathroom slamming the door angrily.
I carried the tray to the kitchen and stared at the food. This is the first time hubby is actually cooking for me. Why would I throw it in a trash can?
I hurriedly packed the food. I’ll eat it when I get to college. Then I went out with Zara and Brad.
As we left, Brad asked,“Are you okay now? Did you settle your fight with brother? What did he do to you?”
“Yes, I’m okay. No,we didn’t settle our fight and I’m not telling you what caused it because it’s our own personal problem,” I said haughtily.
Zara giggled,“He didn’t cheat on you, did he?” I looked at her and made a killing sign,“ I would have killed him and the bch by now. He won’t dare to do that.”
Brad and Zara laughed cause they know I’m joking. Besides, Brian wouldn’t even dare to do such a thing.

**Later at college during the lunch break…
Brad?
I, Zara and Ivy are all sitting in the college park having our lunch. We decided not to go to the cafeteria today. We were all having our lunch peacefully until Liam came by.
He walked towards Ivy and diverted her attention from us. I narrowed my eyes at him when he said,“Sorry I forgot to check up on you after that incident. How do you feel now?”
Ivy smiled,“I’m okay now. Thank you for the other day.” He nodded and looked at the vacant space beside her cause Zara already scooted towards me giving them space to talk.
“Do you mind if I sit here for lunch?,” he asked. “Not at all,” Ivy nodded. I looked at the both of them. Liam better not try anything funny. Just then, a call came in. It’s brother calling.
He’s even video calling me. Perfect, let me show him what’s going on here? Immediately I picked up, he asked
? How’s kitty? Has she eaten? Cause she was in a bad mood this morning. I even gave myself a day off from work today so I can make plans for her.
Zara giggled.
? Not even a hello you are only concerned about your kitty. Well, if you must know your kitty is perfectly fine- I answered
? She’s eating right now. She’s even having fun with a college hunk. Brad quickly show cousin- Zara cut in our conversation and I glared at her. She’s such a gossip queen.
I shifted the phone direction so he can see Ivy and Liam eating while chatting happily. I think Ivy heard our conversation. Cause immediately I shifted the phone to her side she starts touching Liam laughing happily.
I looked at brother. He looked pretty upset. Mhmm! That’s his jealous look signature. He didn’t even say anything as he cut the call.

The college students chattered as Brian walked out of his Bugatti. He frowned wondering why they are so noisy. Cause he never attended college due to his many enemies. He had to be home-schooled.
Brian’s bodyguards also came in with their own car. The students gasped in excitement seeing so many expensive cars and security. One of his bodyguards stopped a female students and asked for directions.
“The freshers are having general class with their seniors,” the lady said excitedly giving them directions. Then the bodyguard gave her a card to say thank you.
As soon as the lady checked it, she screamed excitedly. It’s a diamond shopping card. Anyone that owns it has vip benefits and 95% discount. Literally you pay almost nothing for whatever you buy. It’s pretty limited in the country.
It’s like the second of a platinum card.
? Maybe he’s here to see his brother.
??He just gave her a diamond card free of charge.
? She’s so lucky.
But when Brad walked in the direction of the department. The college gossip queens and Kings said,
?Wait, Brad is not in that department.
?? He’s here to meet his cousin then.
? Yeah Zara, she’s in that department.
When Brian finally walked into the class, he was relieved to leave that noisy area. He reminded himself not to come to the college again. But first he has to teach a stubborn kitty a very good lesson.
All the students quietened as he walked. They began to look at Zara. Zara rolled her eyes knowing he came for his wife but the students are thinking of something else.
Brian talked to the female lecturer in the room. After sometime the teacher nodded smiling and blushing. Brian winked at her. Zara rolled her eyes again thinking her cousin’s flirty behavior is still there.
When Brian looked around, he frowned. Kitty hadn’t even noticed him cause she was too engrossed in the guy beside her. A different guy from the one he saw during the video call. She and this one are both smiling at each other while checking something in a book.
He walked over there and Ivy finally noticed him. She looked shocked but he doesn’t care. He pulled her up and took her out of the room not after winking at the lecturer again.
All the students were shocked as they thought he came for Zara…
?What just happened!!!?
“She’s really a bch. Se.ducing the younger and older brother together,” Raine said to her friends.
