?Pearl’s Room?
Her eyelashes blinked as someone pulled the curtains opened, her face turned to a frown as her peaceful rest was disturbed.
“Evieee…, she called sitting up with her frowny face.
“Wake up sleepy head, Evie, her personal maid smiled pushing her forehead slightly with a finger.
“I hate Mornings, Pearl pout while Evie chuckled at her funny baby face.
“Boss told me to come get you up from bed, Evie said and her heart flinched.
“D… did he also ask you to tell me to come to his room?” she stuttered with fear written on her face.
“Yes, that’s after you’re done freshing up” she replied and Pearl swallowed hard.
“Okay” she signed out with a dejected look.
“The more you stay here with that look on, then more you get yourself into trouble” Evie said touching her face.
“Now get up lazy bones, she chuckled pulling her up.
“I wish I could have the day off” Pearl muttered walking into to the bathroom.
“You mean the day dead” Evie replied loudly, heading to her wardrobe to pick out a dress for her.
“Minutes later, she was done dressing up but Evie was styling her hair.
“There’s no need for all these Evie” Pearl said dryly as Evie kept styling her hair.
“Yes there is, you need to always look your best, you don’t want that pretty face to go to waste” She winked through the mirror.
“A caged beauty, is not a beauty anymore” she scoffed, seeing her appearance in the mirror.
“It doesn’t matter, so long as you do what makes you happy” Evie replied with a smile.
“All done swerry, you’re now good to go”.
“Thanks” Pearl responded with a dry smile.
“You’re welcome cutie, happy to serve you any time my lady” she said and bowed like a lady accepting a ball dance and Pearl chuckled.
Without Evie she always wondered how boring and not worth living life would have been to her.
In this abandoned life of hers, she has become her only best friend and family.

?Draco’s Room?
After the guards mentioned Pearl’s presence to him, he let her in.
Each step she took into his room, dreaded the life out of her. Her fears now walked ahead of her, no doubt she was terrified in his presence.
“G.. Go…Good morning sir” she greeted with stutters in her tiny voice and head bent.
“I prefer being greeted in a clear and loud voice” Draco said hoarsely, sitting on his couch with legs crossed.
“Am sorry” she muttered still with her head bent in fright.
“Again with that word I despise” he growled and she took in her lower lip.
“I will try not to say anymore annoying words again” she said.
“Not like I care” he scoffed, getting up.
“Let’s have breakfast, he muttered dryly and she quickly raised her head up.
She wasn’t surprised cause this wasn’t the first time, but she was stunned to hear him say that again after sending her out last time.
“Should I assume you were cast a spell of deafness?” he said with a glare as he got to the table where the food was kept.
She walked slowly but trying not to drag her feet. When she got to the table, she pulled the only seat which was at the other end, facing directly to his.
The maids were ordered in to open the meals and left hurriedly after doing so.
Draco was the first to start eating, while Pearl got her head slightly bent, feeling uncomfortable.
“Starving all day sounds like a nice option don’t you think?” Draco said coldly and she quickly grabbed a spoon and started eating trying not to choke on her food from how uncomfortable she was feeling.
“You should know you’re working now, and that means you should learn to get up early” He said after some minutes of silence.
“Okay” she replied with a nod.
