“What god?” Lonrenzo asked perplexed as he stared at him.
“I can’t tell you Lonrenzo! He will soon arrive,ask him” l replied.
“Greetings crown prince” he said and his voice echoed.
Isn’t he the same person that was acting like a beggar a while ago.
Why did he stoop so low? I kept thinking.
I knew he was powerful but didn’t except he was a diety.
“Come in” Lonrenzo said and led him in.
He stared at Clarissa and hissed out in annoyance.
“Why did you let her stay unconscious this long?” He asked.
“What should we have done? We have tried but she isn’t waking up” Lonrenzo said.
“Leave” he ordered.
“What?” I and Lonrenzo asked.
“Leave” uncle Noah said and concentrated on Clarissa.
“I can’t leave” Lonrenzo said and he looked up at Lonrenzo.
“Don’t disrespect me crown prince” uncle Noah said.
“I can’t leave not without knowing who you really are, you were once a slave, then a beggar and suddenly became a diety? I need explanations” Lonrenzo said.
“Clarissa have just an hour to survive, if it exceeds an hour, her third seal will have to be broken, and you wouldn’t want that crown prince” he said.
“Whatever! Whatever!” Lonrenzo said pissed and took my hands.
“We will leave now, nothing should happen to her, l don’t care what diety you are, if do anything funny, l will behead you” Lonrenzo said and l gasped.
“Shut up Lonrenzo” l said and dragged him out of there.
“He is a diety Lonrenzo respect him”l scolded.
“I don’t care, l hate pretenders” he replied.
“There must have been a reason for it Lonrenzo, he has been taking care of Clarissa and the twins since they were little,he couldn’t have done so without stooping low.”
“But he could have at least helped Clarissa when she got into trouble” Lonrenzo said.
“Yes, he should have but let’s hear from him before we judge him” l said.
“She just have one hour to leave” am scared” Lonrenzo said.
“He is a diety Lonrenzo, don’t underestimate him” l said.
“I just can’t think straight, this problems are becoming overwhelming.”
“I can’t wait to expose the state perspector, am going to put him in an underground prison with no food or water.”
“Aaaaaaaaah! We heard someone scream.
“That must be Clarissa’s voice” Lonrenzo said and rushed in before l could stop him.
I followed behind him and saw Clarissa shivering and screaming.
“Don’t come close” uncle Noah yelled.
“Get out” he added.
“Maya! Maya! Save my sister” Skylar murmured.
“She is waking up” l exclaimed and rushed to meet Skylar.
“Get out” uncle Noah yelled and Clarissa screamed as blood gushed out from hand.
“He gave Skylar Clarissa’s blood already”Lonrenzo said as he stared at the cut in Clarissa’s hand.
I carried Skylar in bridal style and we rushed out.
“My sister save my sister” she kept murmuring.
“Skylar! Skylar wake up” l said and tapped her slightly.
“Dreyfus” she called as she opened her eyes slowly.
“Where am l?” She asked.
“You are safe now!” I said.
“Where is my sister?” She asked.
“She is safe, don’t worry” l assured.
Suddenly we heard fighting sounds and there was lightening.
“I took Skylar to a nearby room quickly and placed a barrier on it before leaving.
“What’s happening? l asked and Lonrenzo rushed in.
“Hera, leave l don’t have any business with you” uncle Noah said to the diety that faked Maya.
“What’s she doing here?” Lonrenzo asked in surprise.
“Hand her over Zeus, she is ours you can’t interfere in her destiny, you were only sent to watch over her” she said.
“Zeus!” This means uncle Noah is the god of fate and destiny.
“Hera! is the evil goddess of destruction.”
“Now l get it” Lonrenzo said.
“Heal her wound quickly crown prince her blood must not touch the ground else her third seal will be broken” uncle Noah said.
“Never! Give her to me, she belongs to me” Hera screamed and her eyes were bloodshot.
“She raised her hands and moved the vase in the room and threw it at Lonrenzo, it hits Lonrenzo on the head, as it was an unexpected attack and blood gushed out.
“Fk” Lonrenzo cussed and squirmed in pain.
“Don’t stop heal up her wound quickly” uncle Noah said.
“You decieved me crown prince” Hera yelled.
“No you decieved them, that kid would have been dead before 24hours and you knew it, if not that l transferred a little amount of Clarissa’s blood to her on time, she would have been long dead” uncle Noah said and l gasped.
“So the diety lied to us.”
Lonrenzo helped Clarissa heal as blood kept gushing out from his wound.
“Why isn’t it healing up?” I asked Lonrenzo.
You are supposed to heal up.
“I don’t know the injury isn’t healing” Lonrenzo replied.
“We have to bound her Dreyfus, focus and forget about my injury” he said as we watched the two dieties fighting fiercely.
“Give me your hands Dreyfus” Lonrenzo said and l gave him my hands.
“This formation is for bounding greater supernaturals and that includes dieties” Lonrenzo said.
“Close your eyes concentrate and repeat after me, we are gonna pass through illusion, don’t let your heart demon take control over you, else we will be bounded instead” he explained.
“This is dangerous” l said.
“That’s why we have to concentrate” Lonrenzo said.
“Now close your eyes” he said and l did.
“Let them fight don’t let it distract you, even if you hear Skylar or Clarissa crying for help it’s not real, it’s a distraction”he explained.
“Now let’s hold hands close your eyes and repeat every word l say” he said and l nodded.
After repeating the same incantation for the third time, the windows all opened, there was a strong wind.
“Nooooooooooooooooh! Hera screamed as her body started to turn to Stone.
She stretched out her hand and lightening struck hitting Lonrenzo in his heart.
“Lonrenzo!” I yelled as he coughed out blood and slump to the floor.
Uncle Noah rushed to meet Clarissa who was coughing terribly..
“Lonrenzo!” I called as he gasped for air.
The diety turned to a piece by of stone and l picked it up.
“Dreyfus, l don’t think l can survive this” Lonrenzo said and spat out blood.
“No no please! Help us uncle Noah” l called.
“Take him to his teacher” he said.
“Give the stone to the crown prince and take him to his teacher, Hera have been bounded,she can only be released when Clarissa’s last seal is broken” uncle Noah said.

“Why isn’t that bitch in school?ls she hiding from me now?” I said and scoffed.
“You just recovered and all you to keep thinking about is how to fight Clarissa, do you want to go into comma for years?” Lindon said.
“Are you mocking me? What have come over you the other day you watched her abuse me.”
“Stop bothering her Aries, mind your business, leave her alone” Lindon said.
“You are so useless Lindon, she was the reason why the crown prince locked your mother in prison and yet you are defending her.”
“My mother did wrong that was why she was locked up, it has nothing to do with Clarissa” he said.
“Am out of here” l said and took my back pack and left the class angrily.
I walked down the hall way.
Dies Lindon really like Clarissa?
Why does he keep defending her?
I walked past miss Chloe’s office.
I miss her, l turned back and entered the office.
Her desk was messy with lots of files.
As if on impulse l started searching her things, why are they still here?
These things supposed to be burnt.
I kept searching till l found a book.
“My diary” was written on it”
I flipped through the pages and my eyes caught a something.
What really happened today was written on it and it was exactly the day she died.
I dropped my back pack.
And the first word l saw was Clarissa.
These shouldn’t be what am thinking l said and sat to read.
