I await them to move close first as I watch the guys leave except from Hannah who stay behind properly because she knew they were never for good.
“Hi Karla”she greeted and I just stare at them plainly.
“Before I forget, Mr. Mike, our geography teacher asks me to tell you to get the materials from the janitor room after the school close and make sure there isn’t any left equipment on the field”
“Why would Mr. Mike asks me?”
“I don’t know”She shrug.
“That impossible, you are only trying to get me in trouble”I replied.
“Maybe you should asks him yourself and I hope you don’t get yourself in trouble”Kate added.
“Fine I will do it”I frown and walk away.
It isn’t an hard task anyway but why will Mr. Mike wants me to inspect when am not even the captain and in addition I doubt if he even know me because I sleep in most of his class. Just too boring!.
“Comm’n I will help if it isn’t too much”Hannah said as we walk to the cafeteria with other students approaching there too.
“No it fine I can actually do it ”
“Are you sure?”
“Sure at least it will save me from going home with those two”I replied and she smiled.
“I’m saying this you can’t avoid them forever”
“But for a while”I replied and she smiled.
“So are you planning on telling Leo?”
“Tell him what?”
“Comm’n you can’t keep it from him all the time what if he walks into your room one day and do the same again”
“I will never allow that again”I scowled and she laugh.
“Just joking but are you pregnant”She whispered to me and I push her away making her laugh.
“You should check yourself up girlfriend at least”
“I’m not pregnant”.
“I’m not saying you are but what if_”
“Shut up”I interrupted her and she laugh.
“Open up to Leo that the best advice I can give to you now”
“No he is too cold hearted and I don’t want him messing with me for that”I replied.
“Karla you need to trust yourself before someone can trust you. He walk into your room and disvrgn you and you just want to let it pass”
“What do you want me to do?”
“Just tell him”
“Fine I will”
“Karla”I heard my name and I turn to see where it coming from. What the h’ll?.
It was Zayn yelling my name and signalling me to come sit with them.
Leo was there and unfortunately the pink girls where too. How did they get here fast? where we slow walking on our way here?.
“Are you sure you want to eat there?”Hannah whispered to me.
“Sure it my only chance to tell Leo I want to see him”I replied.
“Good one”She tap my shoulder and went to order our lunch before walking to the table with our food tray.
“Come sit here”Zayn pull a chair out beside him but it was close to Emily so I just ignore that and went to sit beside Leo who didn’t even budge at all.
“You seems so close to Karla”Kate asked.
“Totally”Zayn replied and I frown.
“Do you know Karla is a total nerd and very boring”Emily added and my face hardened.
I’m sitting right here and they still have the gut to bad mouth me. They have no shame I must say.
“Yeah I know but she seems fun to be with”Zayn replied and a smile tugged on my lips.
“Karla are you still coming on Friday”She asks.
G©sh, I almost forget about the stupid party she is throwing up on Friday.
“I’m not sure I haven’t asked for a permission”I replied and they laugh.
What funny?.
“You still askeded for a permission to be out?”
“Yeah isn’t that the right way?”I asked and they bursted into another round of laughter.
“You haven’t sneak out with someone before for a party or something else?”
“No and I will never sneak out for no reason except it important and Mom doesn’t I’ve to know”I replied boldly.
“You are so boring”Kate added and I frown.
“You don’t need to asks for permission just dress up and Walk out that door and your parent will appreciate your maturity”
“Is that really necessary?”
“Karla I want you at the party on Friday and stop acting like you never attend a club or sneak out because your innocence doesn’t pay”Emily said and I wonder what she meant until I notice a smirk on Leo face and I gasped.
Sht! I sneaked out with Leo without a second thought but how does that I’ve to do with Emily?. Did someone see me? I look round the table but they were all looking innocent and I’m very sure Hannah won’t sell off her best friend for fame that she doesn’t need.
I bow my head shyly not knowing what to say again but when I raise them up I saw Zayn staring at me weirdly.
Does he know I sneak out with Leo too?. Do I even have a secret or can I actually do something sincerely.
I was lost it in thought before Hannah tapped me.
“Tell him”She whispered to me.
Geez I almost forgot again.
“Leo”I called and I notice everyone attention was on us.
“Can I talk to you for a minute”
“Sure”
“No not here”I said and I don’t know why my voice is as low as this.
“I’m available for you anytime”he replied and I smile.
“After school”
“Sure”
“What so important to talk about?”Lisa asks,
“Nothing”I replied and bow my head slowly.
“I’m interested”Emily added, Can’t this girls just let me be?.
“Stop being jealous and eat”Hannah blurted out.
“Whatever”Kate shrugged and I smiled.
I raise my head back Zyan was still staring at me but I ignore it then he look from Leo to me.
He is acting weird. That’s problems.
