I walk back into the house with Karla little bro. The guy is too smart and we get along on our way here.
“Come in”I open the door properly for him and he walk in.
“What going on here?”Zayn asks as I sit Alex down and walk to the fridge to get drink.
“He will be staying with me overnight that all”I replied.
“Why?”
“Karla was into a minor accident and my mom has to stay with her in the Hospital”the little guy explained.
“How is she?”he looks so concerned and I frown from distance.
“It non of your business and you should get some sleep instead of calling Mom anytime I go missing”I roll my eye as I took Alex hand and we walk to our room leaving him to feed on my words well.
“Wow your room is cool”Alex said as he walk into my room and I shut the door.
“Thanks but you should get some sleep now because of school”I replied and his face went down as he walk further and he went to my table.
“Isn’t this Karla?”he asks and I quickly ran to me table and retrieve the book from him.
“No”I defended but he gave me this uncertain look.
“I knew it was you that night”he said.
“Are you really five?”I asks in surprise.
“No”he replied and I chuckled.
“Why do you have Karla pictures on your sketch book and not just one numerous and they all look uncompleted, I’ve you been spying on my sister?”
“What do you know about the night?”I asked him directly.
“Oh I don’t know but I heard Karla talking to a stranger that night so I went to mom room to Inform her”he said and I look so confused.
“And?”
“I don’t know but mom forcefully enter that night but she sent me back to sleep after seeing you two so I didn’t get a picture”he shrug.
“Your mom knows?”I exclaimed.
“Knows what?”he asks curiously.
This is bullsht,that means it either her mom actually brought me back home that night or_ oh no!. She called Mom?!.
“Can I tell you a secret bro?”the little boy asks and I raise my brows.
“Sure but do five keeps secret”I said sarcastically but it earn a frown from him. “No wonder you are a perfect match for Karla. Two devil’s”he muttered really clear.
“You call your sister devil?”
“Recently mom I’ve been making secret phone call with a woman and they always say daughter in law and all other things”
“Daughter in-laws?”
“Don’t you get it?”
“Huh?”
“They are matchmaking you with Karla after that night”
“Huh?”
“Did you fk my sister?he asks.
“Don’t say fk”I warned.
“What bad in fk?”
“¢rap”
“Sht”he replied and I got frustrated. This tiny thing is more worst that Zayn.
“What sht?”
“Just go to bed”I try so hard not to yell at him.
I watch him lie down on my bed before I place the book back on my table and started opening it page by page.
It so funny I stopped thinking about Veena after Karla walk into my life.
But first thing tomorrow I need to know who the f**k try to harm her and the person must be so desperate to I’ve wished her deaths . I don’t really have anyone in my mind but I will certainly get to the root of the matter.
HANNAH POV
I woke up this morning and discover Karla called me last night. That unusual, she knows I will be completely exhausted and would I’ve gone to bed.
“Good morning”I greet my mom and Dad as I settle down to have my breakfast. After breakfast, Mom offered to drive me to school since she is off work today.
“Bye”I wave at her as I approach the school gate ready to bounce on my best friend Karla but it strange there isn’t any sign of her but I was excited when I saw Zayn drive into the school.
“Hey wassup”I walk towards them amd Leo alighted from the car.
“Where is Karla?”I ask when Zayn alighted too and not Karla.
“Aren’t you her best friend?”Zayn asks.
“She called me last night but I’ve been trying her number this morning but it isn’t going”
“Karla is hospitalized last night because someone tried to kill right in the school premises but she is awake before I left the hospital last night but I don’t think she will be resuming soon and in addition she doesn’t remember what happened last night after cleaning the sport arena”
“Oh no! is she okay?”
“I think I just answer that part”He replied and I point my finger at him ready to launch at him.
“I asked you last night and you basically shun me off and now you are telling her?”Zayn asks Leo but he choose to ignore him. Poor Karla this is going to be hard for you because this two are going over heels for you.
“Good morning guys”Those good for nothing girls approach us.
“Good morning Leo”Emily said in seductive tone as she went to stand beside him. I thought she liked Zayn?.
“Where is Karla”Kate asks and she sounded suspicious, she as never ask of her.
“We don’t know too but her number had been dead since last night”Zayn replied removing the part she is hospitalized for now.
It getting clear that this girls must I’ve something to do with after they share a suspicious eye that actually caught them doing.
“Why do you Reek of alcohol?”Leo asks as he move away from Emily and I chuckled.
“We were celebrating last night and drank so much”Lisa blurted out.
“Celebrating what?”I asks curiously.
“Ummm_mmm”Lisa stuttered and couldn’t form a word. They are just beautiful for nothing they are dumb and useless.
“Nothing”Emily help her out and I raise my brows uncertain.
“Where could Karla be?”Leo added and I understand the game they are playing.
“Why are you so concerned about her. I know Karla very well probably she went with some random guy last night and drank to stupor”
“That actually isn’t a definition of Karla”Zayn defended.
“Because it a lie”I added.
“I’m serious, Lisa once saw her at a club very close to her house a night after school resumption”Emily defended and I raise my brow at her.
“That true and she was kssing a random guy that night”Lisa added.
“If she is to be with a random guy that me and if she is kssing anyone that night too that actually me too”Leo replied and my jaws fell to the ground but I noticed Zayn face hardened and a little jealous on Emily face.
Leo remember Karla and the night they spend together?But how?! She didn’t get the chance to tell him yesterday before she was almost killed.
“Announcement student, Everyone should go to the big hall now there is an important information to be pass across to the student”The prefect announcement through the school speaker.
“That strange?”I muttered.
“What so important that everyone is involved?”Lisa added and the look on kate is suspicious. Is she feeling guilty or something?.
“We should go guys”Emily said excitedly pulling Zayn hand and same as Lisa pulling Zayn hand.
“Why are you excited?”Zayn asks Lisa.
“Oh nothing”She finally calm down.
“Let go guys”I said and we all head to the big hall which is few blocks away from us.
The excitement on the girls face is quite suspicious. Could they be the one behind this? I need to go see Karla after school.
There is no way she must I’ve forgotten or she is trying to protect them again!.
