How am I supposed to tell Mum all what has happened with the pass months??
He’ll not take it lightly if she hears about everything…
And about how I’ve been rude to her daughter in-law.
I know for a fact that she kinda like Kathy.
“Okay…why are you mute? Huh! I asked a question Tee and it’s taking you like forever to reply…..where is Katelyn?” She asked again and for a second I thought of what to say…

She’ll definitely freak out if u tell her the truth.
“Talk to me boy!..” She snapped.
“Uh…. she travelled out of the country” I lied and shut my eyes hoping she’d believe it.
I heard her scoff
“Out of the country?? Since when??”
“A weak ago….she just wanted to chill out for a while”
“Really?? Or did you two get into a fight?? Is that why she travelled? Because the Katelyn I know doesn’t like travelling without you”
She said and I just brushed my hair backwards.

“No this time she just….Uhm…wanted to change environment for a while she’ll be back soon” I said and sat back on the couch.
I blew out air.
I think she’s buying this.
“And where’s my little Sisi?” She asked and my heart skipped again

“Uhm…she…she went with Kathy”

“Mum please…you just got here and all you could do is ask me questions??
You didn’t even give me a hug…or didn’t you miss me?? You haven’t even seen me for like a year now” I said with a sigh and she pouted
“Awwn I’m sorry Tee love of course i missed you Son…..” She said and came over to hug me…
I sighed and hugged her back…

Oh my God!
It’s Leo??
It’s him!
It’s been like forever since I last saw him…
He’s changed alot…
Like he’s more manly and more handsome than I remembered.
What’s he doing here??
He kept staring at Dylan and I know he was so confused right now…
Many thoughts might be running through his head.
I looked around and Oh…
He was alone??
“Leo…” I called and went close to him..
“Hi” I said and he smiled a little.
I pulled him into a quick hug.
“Hi Katelyn…it’s been a while…how have you been?” He asked and took his eyes to Dylan again…
Don’t tell me he’s already having funny doubts
“I’m fine thank you…uhm what are you doing over here Leo?? Did you come to the cilema with your girlfriend?” I teasted and he laughed lightly
“Always fund of teasing me Katelyn… ofcourse not…I just had a problem with my car but don’t worry….I’m handling the situation”
He replied and I just nodded…
“Uhm…. Where’s our little princess?? isn’t she with you?” He asked and I shook my head
“She is back at home”
“Uhmm…Home?” He asked and I just nodded
I don’t think I should be giving him informations about me…
What If he tell Tyler about it ….
And thinking of it…
They are always together…
Why isn’t he with him this time…..
Or was my instincts true that Tyler is out of the country??
I was tempted to asked but I just stopped myself..
“Uhm okay…I don’t want to keep you and the gentleman waiting Katelyn….. So just give me your contact… let’s talk better over the phone” He said and I hesitated for a while before giving him….
“Alright thank you…it’s nice meeting you again…” He said and I waved at him.
He exchanged handshakes with Dylan before leaving….

For a minute I stood still…
Thinking about some silly things and I don’t know why…
“Uhm… Should we go now??” Dylan asked and I snapped out of my thought.
“Huh?…oh yeah..let’s go”
I said and started walking towards the place his car was parked…

There was silent in the car as we hit the road and I was just staring out the window the whole time.
I don’t know why but seeing Leo earlier
Made me remember so many things that I’ve been meaning to forget.
It reminded me so much about Tyler…
Why do I have to meet Leo in the first place?
I mean if I didn’t… I wouldn’t have been thinking so much about this…
The thought alone hurts so much…
It hurts alot…
How could Tyler forgot all about me and his daughter…
I’m fine If he never accept me but what about his child?

Which father will forget all about his child in just a couple of months??

I sighed and blow out air to avoid bursting into tears…
“Katelyn? Are you listening??..” Dylan asked and I snapped out if my thoughts.
“Huh?”
“I was asking if you might wanna move into your new apartment tomorrow??” He asked while staring at the road..

“Uhm yes… I’ll just get my things from Becky’s and moved them in” i cleared my throat and replied.
“Okay…when you’re ready tomorrow you let me know…I wanna help hmm?” He said and I nodded….
I stare out the window again.
