Prince Derrick was in the royal courtroom with Stanley when a guard came to inform him that he had a visitor.
“I plan on taking Kira to my dad’s kingdom tomorrow. I pray he accepts her” Stanley was worried
“Of course he will accept her. Kira is a very humble and nice lady. A wife any father would want for their male children” Derrick said
“She is”
“Stop worrying Stanley. He will accept her. Your mum will adore her”
“I hope so”
A guard entered
“Your majesties,there is a young man outside requesting to see you” The guard bowed
“What is his name?” Prince Derrick asked
“He said his name is Sam and he has a very important message for you”
“Okay. Let him in”
The guard bowed again and went out. He came back later with Sam
“You may go now” Derrick said to the guard
“Thank you my prince” The guard bowed and left
“Good day your majesties” Sam bowed
“Same here Sam. Any news?” Prince Derrick asked
“Yes my prince” He answered with a smile
“Please sit down and tell us everything” Stanley said
Sam sat down
“I discovered that Zaki had someone working for him but the lady was in disguise. She is holding a grudge against him and plans on taking him down thus pretending to work for him. She is the reason why some of his plans backfired and he couldn’t hurt the princess”
“Wow that’s good” Derrick said
“Yes my prince. That’s not all. This lady has someone in the palace she feeds information. She tells the lady what was going to happen and the lady stylishly warn the princess”
“That means Rita is the one the lady is giving information cause she warned the princess not to go to the middle of the battlefield” Derrick said
“Yes that’s the lady’s name”
“So there are people secretly protecting the princess?” Stanley asked
“Seems so” Sam said
“This is a huge stepping stone for us. Which means,we have a lot of evidence and witnesses” Derrick was happy
“Yes. I’ve also recorded some conversations which I will leave in your possession for now” Sam said and handed them to prince Derrick
He collected it and smiled. That fox was going to be exposed soon
“Thanks for your help Sam” He said
“It’s my greatest pleasure my prince” Sam said and stood up
“You’re leaving so soon?” Stanley asked
“Yes my prince. I still need to gather more evidence”
“Okay. See you soon” Stanley said
Sam bowed and left
Derrick swung the recorder he held.
“This is awesome” Stanley exclaimed
“Yes. I can’t wait till all these shenanigans are over so I can marry her”
“How about the proposal? You were planning on proposing to her” Stanley said
“Yes. I haven’t forgotten that”
“You better forget about it” Prince Marcus said coming into the throne room
Derrick sighed
He was tired of his brother’s attitude
“What are you doing here?” He asked
“This is my throne room so you don’t have the right to ask what I’m doing here. After all,you’re going to leave this palace to another kingdom” Prince Marcus replied mockingly
“It would be nice too because when I leave this palace and probably become the King of Gatrish,you will be under my jurisdiction so you better behave yourself and I may reconsider my decision of turning you into a slave” Derrick smirked and Marcus gasped
“You wouldn’t do that”
“Dare me brother” Derrick said
“Stanley say something” Marcus was frightened
“Don’t drag me into this. You got issues” Stanley said
“I’ll tell Father what you just said Derrick”
“You’re free to do so Marcus. Come on Stanley,let’s get out of here” Derrick said
Stanley stuck his tongue out for Marcus before leaving. Marcus just stood there in shock.
He didn’t quite comprehend why Derrick would think of turning him to a slave. He shuddered at the thought of serving his junior brother.

THE NEXT DAY
KINGDOM OF PUMIA
King Jethro,Stanley’s father is the king of this magnificent kingdom. Yes, Stanley is half Zulu,half Pumia.
His father was the younger brother to Derrick’s Father but got married to a princess from another kingdom making him king after her father’s death.
Stanley was their only son and heir to the throne of his father. But he preferred staying with Derrick since both were close and his father was okay with that.
Now he has carried Kira and wants to show her to his father as the lady he wants to marry.
They got to the palace and he helped her down. She was wearing a blue satin gown complemented by black heels and black handbag. Princess Helen dressed her up and made her up too. Kira looked more stunning than ever.
She admired the huge palace. Gatrish palace was bigger but this one was more beautiful
“Nervous?” He asked
“Yes. I’m really nervous” She replied
“Don’t worry. They’re going to love you” Stanley said and she nodded
They entered the palace and were welcomed by the maids and guards. Getting to his father’s throne room,he saw his father sitted on the throne with his mother beside him. Queen Zeeva’s face lit up immediately she saw her son. To top it all,he was with a beautiful lady
“Good afternoon Father,Mother” He bowed
“Good afternoon your majesties” Kira curtsied
“How are you doing?” The King asked…his eyes were on Kira the whole time
“I am fine father” Stanley said and they sat down
“My son finally remembered to come visit today. Who is this beautiful lady with you?” Queen Zeeva asked flashing a sweet smile at Kira
Kira saw that she was very beautiful
“Let him settle down before bombarding him with questions” The King scolded his wife playfully
“No” She retorted
Stanley laughed
He really missed them and their childish behaviors at times
“Mother,Father,meet Kira. She is the girl I want to marry” Stanley said
“This is awesome” The queen was elated
“Finally. Where is she from?”
“She is from Gatrish. She was working as Princess Helen’s personal maid before I met her”
“Wow that’s lovely. Thanks for bringing a lady from that prestigious kingdom. For the Princess to have allowed her come with you means she is really close to the royal family” The King said
“Yes she is father”
“Wow. Welcome my dear. Make yourself at home” The King smiled
“Thank you my king” Kira was happy this went well
The queen stood up and came to her
“Come daughter in law,let me show you around” She said
“Mother,I wanted to show her around” Stanley complained
“Shut up. You’ve spent enough time with her already. Now is my turn”
Kira laughed and the queen took her away while Stanley pouted
“Father”
“I don’t want to hear it. She is right” The King said
Stanley facepalmed. His parents were something else.

ROYAL WOODS RESTAURANT
Prince Derrick held Princess Helen’s hand as he led her into the restaurant. Royal woods was the best restaurant in Gatrish specializing in both solid and sea foods. They were mostly visited by royals and influential people.
He had already reserved a VIP table for them. He wore a white suit while Helen wore a red sleeveless gown. They looked perfect together.
“Good evening your highnesses. May I show you to your table?” A waiter said
“Sure” Prince Derrick smiled
They were led to their table and he pulled the chair out for her. She sat down and he went to sit down too.
They faced each other
“Your Highness,I will be your waiter today. What would you like to have?” The waiter bowed and gave them the menu
“What would you like to have?” Prince Derrick asked the Princess
“Hmmmm…. I’ll take orange juice for a start” She smiled
“Okay. I’ll take Orange juice too” He smiled
The waiter wrote their orders down and left. He came back later with their orders
“Enjoy” He dropped it,smiled and left
Prince Derrick admired the beautiful lady in front of him
“You look stunning tonight” He smiled
“Thank you. You look cute too” She said biting her lower lip
“Helen?” He called
“Yes”
“I love and I care about you a lot. My love for you was at first sight even though I didn’t know you were the Princess but you stole my heart. You mean the world to me. I love you from the bottom of my heart”
“I love you more” She smiled
He stood up and balloons started falling and covered the whole place. There were also glitters falling too. He walked over to where she sat and knelt on one knee
Helen gasped
He brought out a golden box with a golden ring in it
“Princess Helen…Will you marry me?”
