That was all I could say before my eyes closed, I felt tears slid down my face and everything went blank.

ALEX’S POV
“Do something” I screamed at manuel as I helplessly stare at Andra, I could feel my heart tearing apart, it felt as though a part of me was burnt to ashes, I didn’t need to be told that Andra was fading away. I’ve heard stories of werewolves and lycans who lost their mates but I never knew it was this painful.
Andra is not even completely dead yet and I already can’t feel my heart beating, what will happen if she finally dies, I can’t survive.
She doesn’t deserve this, I shouldn’t have brought her here, I shouldn’t have allowed this in the first place, my sister who wanted this so badly is dead, why didn’t we end it knowing fully well it was dangerous. I shouldn’t have let this happen.
“Alex stop, you are just emotional right now, stop saying those things” I heard my dad say to me.
“I won’t survive it if she dies, she doesn’t deserve the pain she’s going through and you have the guts to stand their and ask me to stop” I barked at him. “I tried to bring my sister’s dream to reality but it’s about to kill the only part of my soul and you want me to stop” I cried out.
He walked up to me and hugged me. “I understand how you feel” he said.
“No you don’t..” I screamed and threw myself out of his arms “you understand nothing of how I feel” I barked at him.
I ran my hand through my hair in frustration, I was choking myself in tears, my whole world was spinning, I felt dizzy.
“This is all your fault” Nicky whispered from where she was standing, she was still holding Andra’s cold left hand.

I looked at her, her eyes turned to sea blue, sparkling fire like an electric. I knew she was angry with me.
“This is all your fault” she screamed and gritted her teeth in anger.
I shut my eyes knowing fully well what she was talking about.
“I warned you, h*ll Alex i warned you, but you waved me off..” She rushed to me and hit my chest “you waved me off, you blind and insensitive motherfvcker” she screamed as she hit me.
Manuel and dad tried to drag her off me but I waved my hand and manuel went airborne, he finally landed in the crowd, of course my power didn’t affect my dad, but I glared at him badly, he realized I was telling him to stay off. He backed away.
Somehow I felt like I deserved how hard Nicky was hitting my chest cause she was right, how can I be so insensitive and blind to the truth. If I had believed her, this wouldn’t have happened, we wouldn’t have used this mirror, but I turned a blind eye to her.
Her soft hands wasn’t doing me any good, I really wish she could pick a knife and stab me.
“I’m really considering that idea” she screamed out.

She finally let go off me, she bent her head on Andra’s lifeless body and cried, begging her not to die, I hopelessly sat down on the grasses and wept my eyes off.

What was I really thinking, I wished I had the strength to deal with Lenny right now but all my strength is drained.
“Deal with Lenny, for what” my mum asked.
“Yea for what” Lenny asked, I clenched my fist, she gasped and stiffened.
“You still have the guts to ask stupid question huh?…” Nicky fired at her, she rushed to her and landed a responding slap on her right cheek, Lenny gasped, she was about to talk when Nicky started strangling her with her powers.
“Stop it this instant” My mum barked.
Nicky finally let her go.
“Can someone explain what is going on here, what has Lenny got to do with the mirror being contaminated?” Dad asked.
“Because it was her blood that contaminated it” mum replied absent mindedly, everyone gasped in shock “it all makes sense now”
“That’s not true, how can my blood contaminate it?” Lenny asked.
“Why don’t you tell us huh?” Nicky fired at her.
“Your blood was the only blood that came in contact with the mirror last night when the mirror cut your hand, and the instruction states that ‘if the mirror comes in contact with a guilty blood, then the innocent using it will die’, so dear Lenny can you explain how your blood is guilty” mum asked her in a very serious and angry tone.
“What are you talking about, what if she’s the one who’s guilty huh?” Lenny asked, trying to defend herself.
“Don’t even give me that crap dumb bch, you better undo this otherwise, I’ll make sure you join her in the land of the dead” Nicky fired.
“You purposely cut yourself with that mirror last night Lenny, didn’t you?” I found myself asking.
“Excuse you? Of course not” Lenny replied, I knew she was lying cause her heart beat increased beyond normal.
I slowly stood up like a wounded wolf, well I’m wounded.
I walked up to her. “One more lie from your lips, I’ll tear you apart limb by limb, piece by piece, I will feast on your heart, and I’ll use your intestines as belts” I threatened, she flinched in fear, but that did nothing to my heart, I don’t feel pity for anyone right now, my heart and soul is completely blank, so if she knows what’s best for her, she better start talking.

I saw my dad, my mum and every other lycan there step backwards in fear, except Nicky.
“I’m gonna ask you one more time, did you cut yourself intentionally?” I asked.
She stared at me for a while and then chuckled.
“Y’all wanna become humans, the same people who hunts you, kill you and exhibit you in museums like stupid works of art.
You never cared about your beloved ones they killed, roasted and ate as meat, just because your princess fell in love or mated one of them, you decided to throw our pack into darkness by making them humans, aren’t you all ashamed of yourselves?” She snapped.
“How dare you..” My dad snared at her.
“My twin sister died by the guns of those people you want to change yourselves into, I watched them butcher her like she was a piece of meat, her cries and pleadings for help still hunts my dreams” she cried.
“Lenny calm down” her brother tried to calm her.
“No, I won’t. You kept quiet and allowed them do this, Jenny was your sister as well, she was my everything, she never looked for anyone’s trouble, I bet none of you apart from my brother knew I had a sister, that’s because she was always on her own, the only friend she had was me, but a hundred years ago, those heartless species called humans took her away from me, nobody, not even one of you comforted me, only Caspian, he was there for me day in and out, he protected me and shaped me into this strong girl I am today.” She barked and turned to face me “when your sister mated a human, no one said anything, but she went too far by showing who she was to that brute human boy, your father went to far by wanting to change us into something we are not, you went to far by accepting it.
You are the bravest, the strongest in this pack, our demigod, our protector, we had so much confidence in you, I thought you will not accept it, but little did I know beneath all this demigod sht, lies a coward, you wouldn’t lead this pack as well as Caspian will” she spat out.
FINDING REMEDY: Chapter 21 – 30
I tightened my fist and tried so hard not to hurt her. “You betrayed your own pack” I asked her in disappointment.
“My pack betrayed me first, sorry if my actions killed your mate, but I’m not sorry I killed a human”.
I was about to grab her but Nicky beat me to it, she rushed to Lenny and punched her really hard “sneaky snake” she fired at her.
“I don’t regret it, at all” Lenny laughed out.
“Guards” I called out, about ten guards rushed down to the field “bundle her to the dungeon and chain her” I instructed.
They grabbed her.
“He’s coming, Caspian is coming and trust me you won’t be able to fight him” she laughed out as the guards dragged her away.

I walked to Andra, she was still lying on the bed, cold and white, I really wish this was a dream. Why can’t it just be a dream.
“Perhaps she can be brought back if she wants” I heard a deep shaky voice of my dad’s wizard, I turned around immediately.
He was dressed in his always expensive suits and shoes, his dark sunglasses and his expensive ice watch.
He had his familiar smile on, he only smiled like that when he finds a solution to something, his wavy gray hair flows rhythmically in the air, and his pale old skin is struggling to continue shining in the sun.
He was standing by the end of the field, he walked steadily to us.
“You sent for me again?” He asked dad as they shook hands.
“Yes I had something bordering me before but now, this is more important, that one can wait” dad stated as he pointed at Andra, I sighed deeply and gave him an appreciative smile.
“You said something before, what was that?” Nicky asked.
