(In the prison yard)

I was left with nobody, I don’t know if I have lost my only sister because of my evil plans.
We were two in that room where they kept me, I and one beautiful young lady of my age.
“Sommy D.P.O want to talk to you” a warder said and I stood up immediately thinking that help might have come.
“Good evening sir” I greeted and he nodded without looking at my face.
“I have gone through ur case file and am here to ask u to call your lawyer if you don’t want to spend the rest of your life here in the prison” he threatened me.
“To be frank sir, I don’t have anybody, I don’t have any lawyer to call” I answered with tears.
“That is good news to the accuser and a bad news to you because we are going to provide a lawyer for you” he said and I smiled optimistically.
“Thank you sir, God will…..” I was trying to appreciate him when he rudely interrupted me.
“Wait young lady, am advising you to call anyone that can provide a lawyer for you because the lawyer we are going to give you will not going to be serious and it might land you into more trouble” he advised and dismissed me from his office.
Gosh! This is serious
“You didn’t look happy, they didn’t grant u bail?” The young lady I was with in the cell asked me.
“Bail? Who is talking about bail here dear?
Am finished” I lamented bitterly.
“What happened and why are you here?” She asked me and I shook my head in tears of regret.
I explained everything to her and she was dumbfounded.
“I swear you didn’t try, how can you do such to someone that helped and took you like her own sister?
That’s ungodly nah babe but I will help you when the time comes” she said and I smiled thankfully.
“Why are you here?” I asked her and she smiled bitterly.
“I am here because of love, my dad is the deputy Senate president and am his only daughter.
I was dating a guy I loved so much but my dad never approved our relationship from the first time he met the guy but I couldn’t listen to his(my dad’s) advise.
It was last month that the guy called me to come, I went to his house and it happened that he raped a teenager to coma, he asked me to help him get rid of the girl which I declined but unfortunately for me as I was about leaving his house police arrived in the compound and arrested Jude and I” she explained and I shocked.
“Wait, how did police got information that something was happening there?” I asked and she wiped her tears and continued.
“It happened that Jude’s neighbor was eavesdropping on our discussion on how to get rid of the lifelessly body or how to leave the house.
The neighbor who was living at the next door was the one that called police” she explained further.
“Nawaooo, love is no more what we think, how could he dreamt of sleeping with another girl while he have someone like you?
Since your father is such a high ranked person in the government what are you still doing here?” I asked her.
“U won’t understand dear, my father is also a judge and he is the one that passed judgement on me and landed me into here for being stubborn” she explained further with tears.
“That’s not fair nah, whose dad can do that to his own child?” I blamed the man.
“No no no, my father is the best daddy in the world, he put me here but I have learnt my lesson just as he said to me before he sent me here.
He never tolerate injustice and that was what he proved” she said in defense to show how much she love her dad.
“That’s nice but how about Jude?” I asked.
“That name Jude is the last thing I want to hear in my life, I don’t know and I don’t want to know his way about.
It’s like they have transferred his case to federal because the young girl later kicked the bucket” she said in agony.
So sad? and heartbroken ?
I was told that Court will be set in hearing of my case the next day.
