(The wedding day ??)

Everybody were present and in their large numbers. My relatives were happy except my immediate brother who always wants the best for me but he didn’t know the language my heart speaks?
Eric is my brother, he is my best in our family and we always agrees on one thing till when I brought the news of marrying Julius home.
Eric was happy at the first place but immediately I mentioned that he is deaf and dumb, his mood changed.
“C’mon Jane, tell me that u are joking because you can’t stoop so low to marry such person” he yelled that very day but my dad warned him to stay out of my life decisions.
I saw his reasons but that didn’t count when love is involved, I kept pleading him to see the other side of my own reason till he started cheering up.
I looked at him where he was sitting when the wedding oath was about to start and he shook his head with tears, I broke down in tears too which I knew that many might think that it was tears of joy.
The wedding was going so well till when the priest asked Julius to say after him:
“I, Julius Ben from today take u, Jane Ben as my lovely wedded wife, in wealth and in poor, in health and in sickness till dead do us apart”
To my greatest surprise and to everyone there Julius repeated that.
What?! What just happened, I drew back in fear and my body started shaking in fear.
“What happened here now?!” I shouted at the top of my voice.
“Yes, am not dumb neither am I deaf dear, I did it to know if true love still exist and u proved it” he said plainly and clearly.
Gosh! The whole congregations were dumbfounded, some were murmuring in groups, even his parents were baffled, his driver James were not left, his eye explained how shock he was too.
I became the happiest woman in the world, I saw my dearly beloved brother jumping and praising God with tears, I also married to most handsome, intelligent, smartest, wealthiest and dream husband of everyone in my community.
I wished Sommy was present to share this joy with me.
Many gifts were presented to us including cars and many other valuable things I may asked of.
The wedding became the talk of the year in the community and beyond, I became a married woman also.

Sometimes it seems like I can’t do it but I kept trying till I found what I want. I hide it from my parents and everyone and it worked, I love James and everything he did because he always follows my instructions.
Jane never left alone, she maintained the good woman I saw in her till we finally got married.
