Joe pov?
In the supermarket parking lot
“Don’t worry Mr Adams, we are going to find her” the police assured me.
“Please do” I said.
“But does she have a fight with anyone or is anyone against the fact that you are together?” He asked.
“None, I could think of” I said.
“Ok, just let us know if you have any ideas” he said.
“Ok” I said and entered my car.
“Sharon, what happened to you?”
This is all my fault, I never treated you right. But please come back to me safe.
I buried my head in my hands .
My phone rings, I looked at the screen. Unknown number?
“Hello” I said as I picked the call.
“If you want your wife back, come to this address and make sure not to call the police” the caller threatened.
“Who are you?” I asked and clenched my fist.
“Don’t ask questions if you don’t want your wife dead” the caller said and hung up.
The voice sounds so familiar but that doesn’t matter, my wife is in danger.
?Sharon pov?
“My head” I said wincing.
“My eyes were all blurry, “where am I?” I asked as I regain my consciousness.
I found myself in an abandon house, on the floor.
“You are awake” Chris asked wanting to touch me but I moved away
“Am sorry for hitting, I was just angry” he said.
This guy is a real psycho, I have to act smart.
“Ok” I said.
“I wasn’t expecting you to talk” he said and smiled.
“This is my fate anyway, it better to be with someone who loves me than someone who doesn’t want me” I said while he caressed my cheeks.
“I hope you hold on to that when he comes” he said.
“Who?” I asked.
“You’ll see when he comes, am coming” he said.
He went out and some moments later, he came back with Joe who was unconscious.
“Joe!” I called while chris looked at me.
“Don’t worry dear, he is not dead” he said.
“I see” I said shivering in fear.
He poured some water on Joe and he woke up
“Sharon?!” he called surprised.
“Let me go” he snarled.
“Sharon are you okay?” he asked but I didn’t answer.
I felt like crying, seeing him like this.
“Release my woman now!” Joe yelled at him and Chris brought out a gun from his pocket and use it to hit Joe.
“Joe!” I called as he started bleeding
“You m0nster!” I spat out without thinking.
“M0nster?” he said and faced me.
He hit me again and I fell to the ground.
“You were saying it is better to be with me than him but it was all lies.”
He pointed his gun at Joe.
“I will kill him then kill the both of us” he said about to pull the trigger but I ran to Joe before he could pull the trigger and got shot instead.
“No!” they both shouted.
