‘Xander I’m doing the best for you!! She’s not the right one for you!!’..Mother said and I scoffed loudly..
‘And you know that how?? How is she not the right one for me?? Just give me one reasonable answer mother’…

‘Talk mother!!! You just don’t like her because you’re scared I would forget about you?!! That i won’t spend on you?!! For four years mother my life was empty!! I buried myself in work time after time and no relationship worked until I discovered that I had a daughter!! Selena and Emily both made me discover the light again!! I hate the fact that you don’t even consider my feelings!! I love her mom!! She’s the only one that could make me happy!! I was planning on asking her to marry me after dinner and now she’s leaving!! Are you happy now??, She’s leaving and now I’ll never see my daughter again!!!’..I screamed..
‘Enough mother!! There is nothing you’ll say that’ll make me believe you or even look at your face!! Four years ago I was happy with the girl of my dreams and I proposed to her but you ruined everything!! Now i was given a second chance in love but you also ruined that for me!! I turned around and angrily I threw the bottle of wine across the room.
I picked the little velvet box on the floor which fell out of my pocket and opened it, sighed deeply as I examined the ring and also threw it…

Selena’s POV
‘Where are we going mommy??’..Emily asked with a frown on her face as I placed her inside the car..
‘We are going back to Virginia honey’..I replied…
‘Well what about daddy??’… She asked again and I fought myself from crying so she wouldn’t suspect anything…
‘He’s coming later he’s just got some things to take care of that’s all’..I lied and her brows perked up…

‘We never go anywhere without daddy and now you’re crying,I heard you telling Aunty Janet that you never want to see his face again’..She replied and I bit my bottom lip…
Emily is like a kid you can hardly fool…

‘I hate you!!!’..She whimpered loudly and I bursted into tears..

Now my life is ruined again and my daughter hates me all because of Xander…

‘Are you seriously gonna leave?? And tonight??’..Janet asked and I nodded…

‘Oh my what is that smell?!!’…Mac asked as he walked into my living room..
‘It’s the smell of my life already ruined’..I replied…
‘Dude get a grip of yourself it’s not the end of the world’..He said..
‘Give me one reason why i shouldn’t kill myself right now??’..I asked and his face broadened into a smile…
‘You could make things better dude!! We’re humans! We fuck things up all the time but you know what else we do?? We fix them,we fix our mistakes’..He said and I winced…
‘My mistakes are unfixable man Selena is already gone so give me another reason’….
‘Well she’s at my house right now’..He replied and I flinched..
