“Wow! Our sales greatly increased!!” Valerie smiled, checking out the Sales.
“Yeah. All that thanks to Aidan’s company going bankrupt” Hailey chuckled.
“It’s not nice making fun of other’s misery mom” Valerie said as she worked.
“Miss you can’t enter”
“The CEO will be mad”
“Miss!!”
Hailey and Valerie looked at each other as they heard noises outside.
Before they could speak, the door opened and Brittany came in with Gaston.
Valerie quickly stood in anger.
“What are you doing here!!” She fired.
“Just came to check up on my company. It has greatly fallen since dad left us” Brittany said, looking around.
“Company? What nonsense are you spewing here?” Hailey barked.
“Security!!” Valerie called.
Brittany chuckled.
“If I was you, I’ll know my lane” She winked and turned to Gaston.
“Meet Gaston.. Dad’s personal lawyer” Brittany presented.
Hailey’s heart immediately began beating fast. Brittany noticed that and smiled.
“Why are you this nervous Hailey? Calm down” She said
“You should really be thankful to my babe, if not you’ll be decaying in a third class coffin as I speak.
Sending me to jail and also poisoning my dad, that’s a lot” Brittany said.
“What?” Valerie’s eyes widened.
“Oh she didn’t tell you? Wow!, I thought she loves you” Brittany said.
“Anyways, I’m not here for chitchats. Gaston, please show her dad’s will” Brittany said and Gaston brought out the original will.
Hailey’s eyes widened as she stared at the will, not believing her eyes.
“Shocking right? Well dad changed his will at the last minute.. Giving everything to me” Brittany smirked.
Hailey’s eyes widened more. Now she understands why Oliver wasn’t that bothered when he took his last breath, he planned everything.
“Poor you.. You could have been managing 30% of his assets but because of jealousy and greediness you lost everything” Brittany said, faking a remorseful face.
“Why’s everyone silent all of a sudden. Thought I’ve always been the silent one and you two the talkatives” Brittany chuckled and looked at Valerie who’s beyond shocked.
“Well since no one wants to talk, let me do the talking now.
I should have you two thrown out of here by now but since I’m too kind I’ll give you 24 hours…no 20 hours” She said and came closer to Hailey.
“I give you two 20 hours to leave Rodriguez Villa and also to evacuate from this company.
Mark today as the beginning of your suffering because once I’m done with you (chuckles) Use that time well….mom” Brittany smirked at her face and left.
Gaston smiled and followed her behind.
Hailey fell on the couch in shock.
