The air was so awkward between them that Zayne had to release the door.
“I’ll leave now” She curtsied and hurried out of the place
Zayne slowly smiled. Seeing her now, greatly reminds him of his pasts.. He surely missed them.
“Baby..” Someone called from behind.
Zayne sighed and turned to her.
“Stop calling me that Rose” He muttered.
The girl came to view and she looked so much like Zayne but younger, probably a college student.
“Who’s that girl. She’s really pretty, don’t tell you wanted to fk her too.. Gosh when will you stop that,, you’re getting old and I need a niece!!” Rose began ranting.
Zayne sighed loudly.
“Thank goodness you’re going back to France tomorrow” He thought and went to his room, leaving her there.

NEXT DAY, NICHOLAS’S MANSION**
“Best-Man, can you help me hang this thing up?” Alex asked.
“Sure champ.” Nicholas smiled and lifted him up.
Alex hung up the decorations before he was placed down. The hall was already beautifully decorated with a “HAPPY BIRTHDAY OLIVER RODRIGUEZ” boldly written.
“Check out! How does my hair look? Aunt Brittany made it for me” Angel came to them.
“Ugly” Alex smirked.
Angel frowned and began chasing him, trying to h!t him. Nicholas chuckled as he watched them.
“Love?” Brittany came to him.
He smiles and spread his arms out and hugged her before placing a kss on her forehead.
“I love you” He suddenly said.
“What was that for?” Brittany chuckled.
“I love you. Thanks for coming into my life, at first this house was so lonely..just like my life but now I can look around and just see hundred reasons to smile” Nicholas said.
Brittany smiled and hugged him more.

AN APARTMENT**
“Gross! Can’t believe we’ll be staying her. All because of that’s Brittany!!” Hailey snapped angrily as she stared disgustingly at the apartment.
Thankfully she saved a lot of money in her personal account and with Valerie’s job as a model, life won’t be too tough for them.
Valerie was just sitting on the couch as she stared at Hailey with various thoughts in her mind.
“Did you really did all those?” Valerie kept asking herself that question since yesterday.
The proofs are all in front of her but she doesn’t want to acknowledge it, she can’t just acknowledge it that her mother who have been there for her since she was born, did all these atrocities.
But on the other hand, Brittany can’t loathe them this way for no valid reason.
She knows Brittany and if she changed so much like then there must be a reason..
“Why are you staring at me?” Hailey raised a brow.
“No! Nothing!!” Valerie quickly said.
She was starting to be afraid of her.

Hailey looked out of the window and smirked. Even if she lost this one, she’ll make sure to ruin their lives and that’ll start with the party they’re having today.
“I think I have a plan..” She bite her lips and smiled.
