“Oh my ! I exclaimed.
“What’s wrong? Kyle inquired but I can’t tell me what’s wrong, no I cant tell the truth. Anel glimped at me before writing some in her Jolter and showed me.
? What happened? don’t you like it here?
“No honey, I’m starting to get a headache. Don’t worry, it’s nothing. I’ll be fine.” I caressed her face.
“Really? How are feeling? Kyle moved closer and cupped my face.
?. Really? Oh my g©sh! Should I call my doctor, just sit down and let me get my phone.
“Trust me, it’s nothing.” I lied.
“Are sure about that?
“Yeah.” I need to talk to kyle first, I wish I could heal her now but I don’t know how to do it.
?. You look down in the mouth Odette. Is he giving you hard time?
“That’s ridiculous Anel, not at all.” I smiled.
?. You’re beautiful, I count myself lucky to know you, Kyle is really lucky to have you. And your hair is really long, I wish to have a long hair too but I guess it isn’t gonna happen.
I chuckled at what has wrote in the Jolter.
I wish I can tell her that I’m the most luckiest lady to have Kyle, sometimes I think I don’t deserve him.
“I think I’m gonna leave you guys, where is mom? Kyle asked.
“She isn’t home.” A maid replied.
I can’t sit here and do nothing, I’m really uncomfortable about this current situation. She doesn’t deserve what I did to her but I only do it to save my secret.
“Hey Odette.” Kyle tapped on my shoulder and jolt me out of my though.
“Kyle I missed my mom, I want to talk to her before she leaves. Please.” It took the time to frame a thoughtful lie and I hope it works.
“Oh my! Anel I think we’ll be leaving now, I only came to check on you. I guess you’re fine.”

?. Maybe she doesn’t like me, she doesn’t want to stay here because I’m dumb.
I read what she has wrote down and glanced at Odette. I knew she’s lying all this while and I know she can’t hate Anel because she dumb. She must have a reason for lying to me.
“No Anel, it happened that I’m the one that forced her to come with me. She loves you.” I whispered in her ear and she nodded.
?. I wish I can talk and tell you how much I love your voice, I adore you.
I was able to read it before giving the Jolter to Odette.
“I love you more baby, I’ll be waiting for you at his mansion. Promise me you’re gonna come.” She nodded and hugged Odette briefly.
“Let’s go Odette.”
“Okay.”
We walked out to the parking lot, hop in the car and fasten the seatbelt.
“I need to talk to my mother urgently Kyle.” She said as I drove out of the mansion.
“Why did you choose to lie to me Odette? Is there something you want to tell me?
“No…yes…ah, I don’t know how to say it, you might hate me or perhaps break up with me.” She uttered sadly, I stopped the car and faced her.
“What do you mean? Hate you, like seriously? You know how much I love don’t you dare doubt my love Odette. There is nothing you do that can separate us.” I said and gave her a stern look. How could she say that?
“But what if you refuse to forgive me? Kyle I won’t be able to live again, my heart would be weak.” She said and tears steamed down her face.
Seeing her in tears broke my heart, she has something to tell me but she’s nervous. Her feeling is full of regret.
“Don’t bother to tell me anything, I’d prefer if you can keep it to yourself. Let me tell you something Odette, I can’t hate not even for an hour let alone for a second. Please stop crying ok? I love you.” I said and planted a kiss on her forehead.
“No I can’t keep it in kyle, it’s about Anel. Ah…I don’t know how to explain it to you, I swear I never intend to do it but I did it to save her.”
“What do you mean? I lifted my right brow perplexedly.
“I’m the one that cast a spell on Anel believe it wasn’t intentional kyle.” There was a strang of her hair on her face, I moved closer to help but she made a quick move and shut her eyes.
I tugged it behind her ear and chuckled.
“What makes you think I’m gonna hit you, I guess you don’t know me.”
“Kyle I’m telling the truth, when she heard my voice I thought she’s going to tell the world about me and I can take that. Back then, I’m always vulnerable, sad and lonely, no one to talk to. Whoever that hears my voice won’t Scot free. I’m sorry kyle, I’m truly sorry. Please forgive me. I promise to find a way to return her voice. It’s okay if you’re mad at me and I hope you forgive me one day.”
I still can’t believe what’s she saying, I can’t believe the lady I had fall madly in love with is my great enemy. Even if I tried to hate her I’m only lying to myself because I just can’t. I’m really lost right now, I don’t know what to do or what to think of and it’s really killing me.
“Tell me that all you’ve said is a lie…
“No kyle, I’m sorry…
“Just shut up now! I yelled before I could control myself, it’s cr.azy. How dare she do that to my sister.
“I don’t know she’s your sister Kyle believe, I’m always emotional depressed so I don’t know what is right and wrong. You are the one that light up my life without you my life would’ve been total black.” She said as she fought with her fingers.
“What are you going to do about Anel, because of you she almost committed suicide Odette. Ah! I sighed and ignited the engine.
“I don’t know how to do it but I know my mother is gonna help.”
“The only way I can forgive you is to return her voice, if you can’t then forget about me.” I said and drove in a full speed.
“But kyle…
“Don’t say anything Odette.” I said sternly.
I parked the car not far from her mansion, she looked at me and I looked away from her. She sighed with tears in her eyes.
“I’m sorry kyle.” She muttered and alighted from the car. I watched as she entered the mansion and I angrily hit in steering wheel furiously.
I don’t know what she has done to me, her voice and tears are hurting me, I feel pain whenever she spoke in tears.
“Why? Why Odette? I can’t hate her even if I try, what if she don’t find a cure to Anel sickness. Can I forget and forgive her?

I walked in my room and broke down, why am always unfortunate when it comes to love? Why me?
“Hey Odette what’s wrong? Mom asked immediately she stepped inside, I stood up and hugged her. I felt safe in her arms. I need her comfort now.
“Hey Odette what happened? Why are you crying? Tell your mother.” She asked and wiped my tears with her thumb.
“It’s kyle…
“Did he hurt you? Tell me now, did he? She asked furiously and I shook my head vigorously.
“No mother, I’m the one that hurt him.”
“What do you mean? You guys broke?
“Now mother, before I met him I cast a spell on her sister because she knows my secret and I don’t want her to expose it that the reason why I dumbed her. Mother please help me, kyle promised to forgive me if I can return her voice.”
“I’m sorry Odette, you shouldn’t have cast a curse spell on her Odette, I don’t know how to do it. You curse can’t be remove not by anyone, wtches not even wzards. Don’t you know who you are? You are the only one that can do it. I don’t know how it works.”
“Ahh.” I cried out.
“Hey don’t you cry honey, you can Odette. I believe in your power, you don’t have to use spell to heal her rather focus and know what you want to do to her.”
“Is it going to work?
“I guess, come on I prepared something for you.”
“I’m not famished mom.” I said and slumped on the bed.
“But you have to eat something.”
“I won’t forgive myself if kyle should hate me, my life would be mess without him mother. I don’t know if he ever going to forgive me. And what’s going to happen to this promise ring he gave me? What if it’s over mother?
“Think positive Odette, you guys are destiny to be together and no one can separate you not even his parent or me.”
“I just want him to forgive me and love me, mother I can’t live without him is like my soul is with him.”
“Come here baby, don’t worry everything is gonna be all right.” She patted my back gently until I fell asleep with my head on her shoulder.
