EPISODE TWO
Mariana ?
I already checked mom’s room but it was empty. Dad’s own was also empty. I wonder where the two of them went. I checked my poor face in the small mirror I was holding. She really damaged my face. I’ll have to be covering my face with extra layer of makeup for months until these disgusting red spots disappear.
I looked up as the door opened and my parents walked in. I ran towards them immediately complaining,“Mom, dad see what Ivy did to my face.” Dad looked at my face and didn’t say anything but mum pulled me closer.
“Why would Ivy do this to you? Charles see what loving your daughter did to my daughter,” Mom asked looking at my dad. Dad didn’t even reply. He just held my hand and took me to sit on a sofa before handing over a document to me.
“Marie, check what’s inside?,” he said. I wondered what could happened because dad rarely calls me Marie. I checked the document and skimmed through what was written on it.
“A marriage contract! Dad you have even signed it. I didn’t tell you I’m ready to get married,” I asked flabbergasted.
Dad sighed and held my hand,“Marie the company is going bankrupt. Soon all this luxury will be over. Out of all my friends that I asked for help, it’s only them that are willing to help. But in exchange they asked for that.”
I thought about it. I’m not ready to be tied down to one stupid marriage. I won’t get enough freedom to go to parties and date any guy I want. I checked the contract looking for a flaw and I smiled when I finally found one.
“Dad, the contract doesn’t specify which daughter to be married. And you have two daughters. Dad why can’t Ivy get married to this guy instead of me? I still have a bright future than Ivy that can’t even attend college,” I said smiling. I swore I’m going to get back at that bitch for doing this to my face.
Dad looked weary. He just collected the document back and I stood up smiling about to sashay away when mom came and dragged me out of the room.
“What the fk mom! That hurts,” I said as I forcefully released my hand from mom stronghold.
“You fool! How could you have handed over that pot of gold to Ivy. Was the groom’s name not written there?,” mom asked angrily.
I shook my head negatively and said,“No it wasn’t there and mom that does not matter. I’m not ready to get married and lose my sxy figure for any pregnancy. There won’t even be much freedom for me to do whatever I like.”
Mom looked like she wanted to slap sense into my head,“Even if we don’t know the groom. We know he’s wealthy enough to save your father’s company. Your position will be more secured than that dead woman’s daughter.”
“Mom don’t worry about that. I don’t care who the groom is. All I know is that dad’s company will be saved and once Ivy leaves. All dad’s properties will belong to us. We won’t have to share it with anyone,” I said successfully persuading mom. We smiled at each other before going back outside.

Ivy?
As soon as I stepped into the house, I knew something was wrong because dad, Mariana and her mom were all sitting waiting for me. I checked the expression on their faces.
Dad looked a little bit tired, Mariana was giving one kind of sick smile I was uncomfortable with and her mom was just staring at me. I walked to where they were sitting and dad finally noticed me.
He looked up and said,“Ivy I need to speak to you urgently.” He then handed over a document to me. I read it and quickly dropped it. So that’s why Marie was smiling earlier.
“So dad when is Marie getting engaged?,” I asked happily. Everyone looked at me and I wondered what’s on my face. “Bch, you are the one getting married not me,” Marie answered me.
My mother said,“Marie mind your language.” I rolled my eyes at her words and hurriedly turned to my father asking,“Dad is this true? You know am too young to get married right. I should be in college not getting married!.”
“Don’t raise your voice at me. I don’t have any other choice other than you getting married. Moreover you are of a marriageable age. Prepare to meet your in-laws tommorow,” dad said and stood up prepared to leave. I chuckled as I blink back the stupid tears threatening to fall.
Dad has always been like this to me since these two witches came into our house. He’s always partial towards Marie and I’m sure it’s this bch idea to get me married instead of her. “Dad you can’t force me to get married,” I said.
“Ivy, don’t try to disobey me this time or I’ll get you locked up until you get married.,” dad replied and left. I hate the fact that he knows I’m claustrophobic (afraid of enclosed spaces)
I turned around and saw Mariana and her mom smiling. She whispered,“My revenge” to me. I gave her the ‘fk you’ sign and left the room with my head high up. I won’t give them the satisfaction of seeing me break down…
As I left, I could hear Marie say,“The nerves of that bitch.” “She will soon be out of our lives,” her mom replied. I rushed to my room crying on the way. I’ll get them back for this.

Brian ?
“Ah…” I groaned as I held my head lightly before sitting up on the bed. I can’t believe the bitch I carried for the night drugged me. I walked to my cupboard and sure enough my bundles of money were all gone.
I was just about to call one of my bodyguards when someone knocked. I asked the person to come in and it turned out to be one of my men.
“Sir, I’ve been knocking for a while now. Your father sent a message,” he said. “Tim where’s that bitch from last night?,” I asked ignoring his statement.
“We let her go sir. We thought you were through with her,” Tim replied bowing. “Make sure you find her. And once you do that take her to the torture room. I’ll make her regret what she did,” I said and he nodded.
“Oh! What does dad want?,”I asked picking the outfit I was going to wear to work. “Sir, master wants you to come to the main mansion today,” Tim answered.
“Tell him I’m busy,” I replied curtly.
“He said he will freeze the premium account if you don’t show up today.”
I turned to look at Tim when he said that. I groaned and said,“Fine. Call my secretary and inform her I won’t be coming to work today.” He nodded and left.
