“You didn’t answer my question.”, Daria said to Max on their way back home.
“What question?”, Max replied.
“Do you get bvIIied in school?”, She asked.
“Why do you even care?”, He asked rudely.
“Just answer the question.”, She said and max just looked put of the window.
“Why won’t you tell me?”, She asked.
“Because we are not that close.”, He replied and she just sighed.
“If you don’t trust me then I guess that there nothing I can say to convince you that I am just worried about you.”, She said and max looked at her.
“You are the only person that has asked this question apart from dad.”, He admitted and waited for Daria to say a word but she thought that it was wiser for her to just listen to him.
“I often gets bvIIied by my classmates, they blame me for my mom’s disappearance.”, He said as tears gathered around his eyes.
“They always insult mom and dad and I can’t just watch him and do nothing that’s why I always fight.”, He said.
“Do you think that my mom doesn’t want me?”, He asked.
“Of course not, I might know your mom but no mother would choose to leave her son.”, Daria said.
“I really miss her so much, I just wish that she would come back to dad and I.”, He said and she just hugged him when he couldn’t control his tears anymore.
“I’m sorry that you are a victim of bvIIying.”, She said stroking his hair.
Max took the tip of her dress and cleaned his nose and clean his tears.
“Seriously? You are doing this again.”, She said with gritted teeth.
“You asked for it by asking me questions.”, He replied happily and she scoffed.
“Children like you are the reason I lose my temper, gosh! You are so annoying.”, She said and he giggled happily.

?”Guess who I met today, I met kady in her work place. Is she there with you right now?”, Daria asked Leo.
?”She isn’t back but how come? You went to the restaurant to eat or what?”, He asked.
?”No Oliver told me there, Oliver is the guy I told you about. He is the owner of the restaurant”, She explained.
Leo thought of what she said for a while.
?”Isn’t he the same person that kady loves?”, He asked and Daria stopped to think for a while.
?”Remember that she saud that he likes someone else, maybe that person was you.”, He stated and Daria gasped.
?”How did I not remember, oh God! She must think that we are dating.”, Daria said panicking.
?”Kady just entered, I will hand the phone to her.”, Leo said and gave kady the phone and Daria explained everything to her.
?”I don’t like Oliver and he doesn’t like me also, I told you that I loved my boss remember?”, She said and kady breath a sight if relief.
?”It really looked like you two were dating, I was thinking of resigning.”, She admitted.
?”You girls should sort yourselves out, your love life is just too complicated.”, Leo complained and kady and Daria gisted for a while before they ended the call.

When the driver was supposed to pick max, Daria took permission to follow and Finn allowed her.
She wanted to see the child and teach him a lesson.
“Why are you here? Did my dad chase you out of the office?”, Max said walking towards the car.
“Show me who that boy is, I just want to know his face.”, Daria said with a suspicious smile.
“What are you planning?”, He asked looking at her suspiciously.
“I just want to know his face.”, She said and Max looked around and pointed him out.
Daria twisted her neck and fingers before walking towards the boy.
The boy was probably heading towards his parents car or parking lot.
“Hey stop here.”, Daria said gesturing for him to stop.
“Who are you and what do you want?”, He asked as he stopped.
“You bvIIy my son right?”, She asked and the boy looked at her confused.
“I don’t know who your son is.”
“Max Carter.”, She replied and the boy gulped.
“I don’t bvIIy him, he’s a liar.”, He said and Daria just laughed.
“Apologize to him and promise to stop bvIIying him.”, She ordered.
“No you can’t force me to do that.”, He said adamantly.
Daria just pulled his ears and he cried in pain and Max laughed.
“Do as I said.”, She said.
“I will report this to my parents.”, He cried and Daria started $panking him on his bvtt.
“You are too young already to be intimating others, stop making people feel bad about what they didn’t choose for themselves. So tell me are you going to stay away from Max?”, She asked and the poor boy nodded immediately.
“Hey! Who are you and why are you hurting out son?”, His parents came as they pushed Daria off him.
“You son here is a buIIy and he has been bvIIying my son here and I can’t take it anymore.”, Daria said and Max just smiled
“How dare you accuse my son of something like that? My son would never buIIy anyone, he is not like your son.”, They replied and Daria let out a dry laugh.
“You guys are ¢razy! My son gave him what he deserved, if he wasn’t a buIIy, then he wouldn’t get hurt, right son?”, Daria asked as she signaled to max to answer.
“Yes, I was only defending my family.”, He replied and Daria smirked at them.
“Let’s go settle this in the principal’s office, let’s see who is wrong and right.”, They suggested and Daria agreed.
“You are ¢razy!”, Max whispered to her.
“I know, I am very protective of my son.”, She said teasing max and he frowned.
“You are the mom of max right? Where is your husband? We need to be complete to settle this.”, The principal said.
“My husband is a very busy person and why do we need his presence? I’m more than enough to settle this.”, Daria said.
“No Mr finn has always been Max’s guardian before you came, he has to be aware of whatever decision we take.”, The principal said and Daria looked at Max panicking.
“We don’t have to call him, he’s busy. You can just inform him later.”, She said lowly the principal insisted.
Daria panicked more when they dialed Finn’s number.
? “Sorry to disturb you Mr Finn but we need your presence in your son’s school. Your wife and child are still here, we have a matter to settle.”, The principal said and Daria looked at Max.
? “Wife?”, He repeated.
? “We will be expecting you now Mr Finn.”, She said and hung up.
“I’m dead.”, Daria whispered to max.
“No … We are dead, if dad finds out the reason I fight, he will be very mad at me that I didn’t tell him and he’s going to blame himself.”, Max whispered back.
Daria turned to the principal and parents and smiled but when she looked away, she was panicking about the fact that Mr Finn was called.
