Chapter 52
“If I had really d!ed, am certain my spirit will never be a resting one”.
“Promise me you will never leave me again” she said, looking into those dazzling eyes.
“I made that promise long before I saw you” he replied and slammed his lips on hers, then broke it after a few seconds.
“These are the words I wanted to say that day” he spoke calmly as their breaths touched their faces.
“I love you” he completed his sentence and took her lips in again.
His hands crawled to her waist and he held her possessively.
Her fingers snaked into his hair while she reprociated the slow, hard kss.
“Dylan” She mo.aned sweetly into his mouth and he carried her up, holding her h!ps.
Her legs caged his waist as they kept kssing. He carried her to the be.d and placed her down gently.
Their sweet ksses and caresses showed how much they longed and craved for each other.

“This was the initial price last month, but the market has brought it to this.
Increasing it to ten folds of it’s initial price before”.
Everywhere and everyone was very quiet as the marketing director gave his speech.
Draco is also there, seated regally on his seat and paying close attention.
“Now we are planning on launching the new product, I think it’s best we use the estimated price to start and have the investors know of our plans” the man said, turning his view from the screen to others.
“I have already contacted four out of the six and they loved the idea,” one of the ladies replied.
“That’s very good to hear, what do you think boss?” The man asked Draco who had been observing everything quietly.
There was an instant silence in the room, that if a needle was dropped it’s sound would be heard.
Everyone was contemplating what was going through Draco’s mind. His silence was never a good sign.
“Hmm…” he hummed and the silence increased with the aura of fear and fast heartbeats in the room.
“I think it’s a nice idea” he uttered those unexpected words and everyone’s eyes popped.
“You… you like it?” The man asked, stuttering.
“Yes,” he replied plainly.
“Thank you so much sir, we promise to keep doing excellent work” he smiled cheerfully and everyone clapped soundly, smiling happily also.
“Glad you made good use of your time while I was away” Draco said sternly.
“And we would keep doing so” one of them replied and the rest nodded.
“Better! Let’s discuss about the other projects” he said and they went straight into business.

?Draco’s Mansion?
“Do you love pissing me off each time you’re in my presence?” Draco asked Pearl angrily.
“Huh!” She blinked confusingly, snapping out of whatever world she was in.
“Do that one more time, and you won’t eat for three days” he said, shooting her a glare and she took in her bottom lip.
“Sorry Master” she apologized and tried to eat the food she had been drawing lines on.
She doesn’t know why she’s being too quiet and behaving strangely, maybe it’s because he’s back.
They finished their meal and the maids tided the place.
“Follow me” Draco said to her and left for his room.
She walked to his room with her usual slow steps. There wasn’t any thought in her mind, she’s already used his weird call.
“Am here master” she said as she entered the dark room.
Draco turned the room’s light on and she saw him sitting on his couch. He’s not smoking, he’s just drinking.
She walked closer to him, without him saying anything and stood in front of him.
“Are you having nightmares?” He asked after much silence.
“Yes master” she replied calmly with her head facing downwards.
“Hmm..” he twirled his glass of wine around playfully with his fingers.
Her mind pondered on how he knew, then it struck her that he’s supernatural.
The next word he uttered shocked her to the bones.
