CHAPTER 64

I thought it wasn’t legit but I continued to ignore it until the person on the right -hand side came and told me if I was Nyx lothario but I corrected him that I was Nyx Williams.

He told me that someone was sponsoring me in finishing my highschool in a private school.

I was so happy but when I asked who the person was he told me that the person wanted to remain anonymous.

I Just nodded my head moving into my new house and it was the best . I was provided everything I needed and on my first day at school I was nervous.

People always asked me who my parents were considering I’m not on scholarship but I just brushed it off telling them It was my little secret.

To my surprise they didn’t push further which was weird . I also got a new car and a driver from my sponsor.

Considering it was my last year in highschool. But thinking of my sponsor the only person that came to my mind was Eric.

I haven’t met anybody who’s from the elite except from Eric, Seth and that girl named Stella but I’m sure that girl will never do something like this for me and considering Seth is already dead.

Immediately after I finished my exam, I planned on visiting Eric to show my gratitude but at the same time I was scared if he’ll push me away.

I missed him so much.

I applied for the university I wanted to go to and it was the University of Washington.

Right now I’m packing my clothes to visit Eric and I know he’ll be coming back from work very late .

My graduation party is in a week but I really don’t care if I attend it or not.

Getting on the airplane, I decided to take a nap before I reached england.

After hours on the plane I finally reached my Destination.

Hiring a taxi , I gave him Eric’s house address. The taxi driver gave me a weird look considering the way I was dressed but I didn’t care.

Standing in front of Eric’s house, the bodyguard that was guarding Eric’s room when I was chain-sighted me.

He rushed to me and pulled me into a hug.

“I’m glad you’re back”. I just nodded my head and everyone that saw me gave me a heart warming smile and relief as if they’ve been having a hard time .

Entering the mansion, nothing really changed.

“Where’s Eric?” I asked

“He’s at work, and he’ll be back in the next two hours” I just nodded my head.

He looked at me as if there’s something else he wanted to say.

“What’s wrong?”

“Ever since you left, Eric has become colder, angrier and his nightmares even became worse” . Hearing that made me feel more guilty

“Now that you’re here we can finally breathe because it wasn’t easy for the past six months ” with which he walked away.

The feeling of nervousness became worse . If Eric has become more cold and angrier than he might throw me out.

Calm down Nyx.

I said as I sat on the couch waiting for Eric.
