“Morning dad,” Romina greeted and he smiled. “Are you okay?” Mr. Zaragoza inquired
“Sorry I was lost in thought,” she apologized. “You should not think too much,” he said and she got down from the counter.
“Nanny is almost done with breakfast, you should eat and rest,” Romina told him. “What about you? Aren’t you going to have breakfast?” He asked.
“No, I have lots of things to do in the company,” she replied. “The company?” He asked.
“Yes, our company RGC,” she replied. “Can I come with you?” He asked. “I’m sorry you can’t, not yet. I have to make some preparations for your return, everyone is going to be startled when they find out,” she said and he looked sad.
“You understand, don’t you? Dad?” She asked placing her hand on his shoulder. “Of course I do, you should do everything necessary,” he replied.
“I’m gonna go get ready,” she said and left the kitchen, Zoey was about to follow her when Mr. Zaragoza held her arm.
“You should have breakfast with me, it’s going to be boring eating alone. I don’t think Neil can make it if I call him,” he said and she squeezed her face in confusion.
“You want me to eat with you?” Zoey asked and he nodded. “It’s fine, I was just joking,” he laughed at himself and Zoey smiled.
“Excuse me, Mr. Zaragoza,” she said and hurried after Romina. “I’ll wait in the living room,” Mr. Zaragoza told Nanny Gloria who was confused and nervous.
“Y… Yes,” she stammered and he smiled before walking away. “What was that?” Nanny Gloria wondered out loud after he was gone.
If he was Mr. Zaragoza he should know Zoey is a robot since he built her, why is he asking her to eat with him.
In Romina’s room, she walked out of the bathroom to meet Zoey standing in the middle of her room.
“Why are you standing there like a robot? Oh, my bad, you are actually a robot,” Romina muttered and walked into the wardrobe.
“Mr. Zaragoza…., I mean that man out there is not your dad,” Zoey blurted. “You finally believed me!” Romina exclaimed happily.
“He asked me to have breakfast with him,” Zoey informed Romina. “He did?” Romina asked with her head stuck out of the wardrobe.
“I have three theories, he either has partial amnesia, or full amnesia and Neil told him to hide it, or he is an imposter,” she stated and Romina rolled her eyes before heading back to the wardrobe.
Romina walked out of the wardrobe dressed in a black gown with a white collar, she packed her hair in a ponytail and checked her make-up in the mirror before turning to Zoey.
“I have only one theory,” she informed Zoey. “Really? What is it?” Zoey inquired excitedly.
“He is not my father,” she replied. “If your theory is right what is your plan?” Zoey asked.
“Sit and watch,” she replied. “Sit and watch?” Zoey asked.
“Yes, I’ll watch their game but I’ll make sure no one gets hurt while playing this game,” she answered. “Don’t act suspicious, act like a human and gain his trust, get him to talk about his time with Neil,” Romina ordered Zoey.
“When have I ever acted like a robot?” Zoey pouted. “That is right, you are more like a human than I am,” she replied.
“What about the sick girl?” Zoey inquired referring to Diana. “How did you know a girl was sick?” Romina asked.
“Huh? That, I saw her data and scanned it,” She replied playing with her hair. “You are now acting like a robot,” Romina stated and she smiled.
“Sorry, her surgery will be tonight but Elias will be on the hospital premises by noon, make sure neither nanny Gloria nor my so-called dad sees him and doesn’t get caught,” she instructed and Zoey nodded.
“What is expected of you when you are on a secret mission?” Romina asked. “I am expected to avoid police and CCTV, I should not get involved with a stranger no matter the circumstances,” Zoey answered.
“Good, I believe you will do a perfect job,” Romina said and pat her hair, she smiled in response.
“I should get going,” Romina said and grab her bag, Zoey walked her to the sitting room, Mr. Zaragoza was having breakfast when they got downstairs.
Romina pecked him and her nanny before leaving, Zoey followed Nanny Gloria into the kitchen after Romina left.
“Mrs. Gloria,” she called and nanny Gloria turned to face her. “Can I have a plate of food with water?” She requested.
“What will you do with it?” Nanny Gloria asked. “Romina’s theory might be right so I need to get rid of all suspicious, I’ll keep it for Romina,” she answered and Nanny Gloria knew she was talking about Mr.
Zaragoza.
“Fine,” she replied and served her food, Mr. Zaragoza was still eating when Zoey walked past him. She went to the private room and met Elias studying a medical chat.
“Is that the girl’s or Mrs. Zaragoza?” She asked dropping the food on the space beside him on the table.
“What girl?” Elias asked. “The twelve-year-old girl Romina gave you her chat,” Zoey answered.
“Oh, she is my sister,” he replied. “Is that her chat?” Zoey inquired.
“Yes, her surgery is tonight,” he replied. “Can I see?” She requested and he nodded, he gave her the chat and drew the food closer.
“She has a fever, it should be fine by night but if not it will complicate the surgery,” Zoey informed him. “I know which is why I will be in the hospital two hours earlier to study her,” He said.
“She looks good, it should be successful. I’m happy for her,” Zoey said. “Why?” He asked.
“Because she has a caring brother, you will return to them soon,” she said and he smiled.
Zoey sat on the bed and Elias are I kept quiet as they both stared at nothing.

“My head!” Iris groaned as she sat up on the bed, she rested her back on the bedboard and held her head.
“I drank a lot, again!” She scolded herself and opened her eyes. ‘This is not my room, where am I? Was I kidnapped?’ Those were the thought that ran through her head.
She noticed the clothes lying on the floor. “That is mine!” She exclaimed and pointed at her blouse. “I had sx with a stranger?” She asked herself.
“Why do I have to keep making mistakes?” She wondered and got out of bed nkedly, she picked up her clothes and opened a random door, it was dark but she didn’t care.
She got dressed and trailed her hand on the wall, it landed on the switch and the light came on.
“What is this?” She gasps and fell on the floor.

“Are you sure you got everything?” Romans asked her secret Nina as she dropped some files on the table. Romina ordered her to get all important files in the company for her.
“Yes,” she answered still curious as to why she is suddenly getting the important files. “Romina if I may ask, why are you gathering all these files? We are not going bankrupt are we?” Nina asked.
“No, that is never going to happen,” she retorted. “Why are you getting the files then?” She inquired.
“Someone will be visiting this company tomorrow, I don’t want him to see these files. I have to protect this company with all I have,” she said.
“Why will you let the person visit if he is only going to ruin it?” Nina asked. “I wish I could stop it too but there are some things in our lives that have to happen,” Romina replied.
“I trust you arranged then orderly, and there is no document that holds an information that the public is not aware of?” Romina asked.
“Yes, I think I got them all,” she replied. “You think?” Romina asked and shot her glare. “I got everything, I am sure I got everything,” she muttered.
“Nina?!” Romina growled. “I am 90 percent sure but I will go and make it a hundred,” Nina said and rushed out of the office.
“I can’t believe she is careless,” Romina mumbled checking the document, her eyes caught something it was her mom’s signature and picture.
“What is this?” She asks no one to take it out. It was a proposal to build a micro-bot that will detect people’s emotions and give them a possible solution.
She knew her mother once suffered from depression and it took a while before she recovered. She told her she was going to help others but she (Romina) had no idea how she planned on doing it.
“This was what she meant,” she mumbled with a sad smile. “I am going to keep this safe until the day you can stand on your feet,” she said rubbing the document.
“That was all,” Nina announced. “Good, I’ll take care of the rest you can leave,” she dismissed Nina and she left to resume her work.
