I smiled at him as we both walked through the garden
“Finally the secret is out”he said smiling back at me
“Yes it is but i still feel doubtful”i said starring at him
“Nothing will happen,when i told my father ,he didnt seem that angry and am sure he respects my wish”he said pulling me close
“I only hope that it goes well for us “i said
“Do you trust me ?”he said
“Of course i do”i said
“Then i promise to make this last,no one would come between us i can promise you that “he said kssing me
“your highness its all ready”Martha said interrupting us,giving me a devil look
“Okay,thanks martha,come with me mel”he said
“Where are we going”i said
“To see something”he said pulling me
“See what ?”
“You will know soon”he said as he pulled me to the back of the house
I gasped when i saw that the whole place had been decorated with lights and with pictures of me and also with red roses
“Alex!!!”i called his name feeling so very flabbergast
“Beautiful right?”he said
“So very beautiful”i said
“I had prepared this to surprise you with when you returned,i acted like a real jerk at school “he said
“Can this make up for it”he said
I had forgot the fight we had at school
Everything had happened so fast that my anger towards him had diminished
“Not really”i said giving him a smile
I didnt want him to make it easy for him,his words had really hurt earlier
“Fine then,i would just have to work more on it”he said
Together we both walked into the magical garden and had a very wonderful night together
We ate,danced,talked more and i took pictures of us
I wanted to believe all this would last but i knew it wouldnt,something in me felt it
When it was getting late ,we both went back in
“Come stay with me for a while more?”he said holding unto me
“What would my mom say?i cant alex”i said
“So it is true alex”my mom said as she walked towards us
“If its what i think then yes,its the truth mom”
“But she is just a common maid”my mom yelled at me
“She is just a common maid and i love her”he said
“Does your father know about it!”
“I already told him and now that you know,its best that you just forget about it and leave us be”he said and drew me up the stairs with him
We were still walking to his room when i pulled him back
“Dont think about what she said”he said
“But its already etched up in my brain”i said?
“Then try to get it off”
“I cant get it off alex,your parents do not approve of our relationship”i said
“Let them think whatever they want Melanie ,its our relationship we should think about”he said
“But……”
“But nothing my love,dont mind them,we belong to each other”he said
“I just hope nothing pulls me from your side”i said and he pulled me into a tight hug
“Nothing will seprate us,nothing”he said
A while later i went to my room and on my way i heard some maid talking about me
“Just because she is now dating the prince ,she will act like she owns everything”?
“Have always hated that melanie and now more than ever,i hate her “?
“I just hope the king break off their relationship”?
“She is just a maid afterall,i just wish he could open his eyes and go and see that lady sarah is better for him”?
Just hearing what they say got me feeling more sad
I silently went to my room only to find my mom laying on the floor
I quickly ran to her shaking her “mommy,mommy,whats wrong with you,mommy…….”i cried helplessly
