I walked into the room and i found him there sleeping soundly
He had been sleeping when i needed him the most
If only he had woken up to answer all my calls,i wouldnt have agreed to the king proposal
Its all his fault that this is happening ,i walked towards his phone which was beside him and i picked it up to see all my missed calls,he hadnt even bothered to pick one
I took one of the pillows and threw it at him before running out of the room in tears
I was heading to my room when suddenly the king and his guards obstruct my way
“The deal is between the both of us,under no circumstance should alex find out the real reason you left him and you can continue with your life,you go to school with him,we will find another personal maid for him and last but not the least,keep your distance,if you fail to do all this your mother will pay the price”he said and walked past me
I stood alone crying hard,why is he so just mean,i thought as i went back to my room
Just then i got the call from the doctor “theyve payed the bill Melanie,the operation will start very soon”the doctor said
“Okay i would be on my way”i said
“Its quite late Melanie and there is a possibility that we might not start tje operation tonight,we would be having some test carried out on her “he said
“So i shouldnt come tonight “i said
“Yes dont come tonight,just come tomorrow”he said and switched off the phone
I stood in the room feeling so sad,i need my mom and i also need alex but i had to choose and my mother is very important,i will just have to forget about alex,i just have to forget about him

I woke up feeling very weak,what had happened lastnight
I was wide awake lastnight but when martha had brought that drink everything changed
I took my phone and saw a lot of missed calls from melanie
When had she call me lastnight,i thought as i dialled her number but nothing
Just then a girl walked in bowing at me
“Who are you?”
“Your new personal maid “she said
“What rubbish are you saying,where is melanie”i said
“She is no longer your personal maid,i am your new personal maid”
“Get out,get out of here”i said angrily
“Its the truth your highness,she is your new personal maid”martha said
“Where is melanie”
“She quit,didnt she tell you that”martha said
“No Melanie wouldnt leave without talking to me,where is she”i said
“I think she has left for school”she said
“Am going to talk to her”i said as i went out in the car
Not bothering to put on my uniform or anything
I was driving through the estate when i saw her getting on rex bike
I tried calling her but she didnt hear,i drove after them like some crazy man
I had to know why she left,why did she quit ,i thought as i kept on driving after them
When i got to the hospital,i searched for them and when i did find them
I saw her hugging rex tightly,feeling so very angry,i walked towards them
“Mind telling me whats going on here”i said and they released each other
“Alex”she said starring at me
“Whats going on?”i said
“Its nothi…….”
“Its what you are thinking “she said interrupting rex
“and what am i thinking”i said
“That rex is my lover,isnt it”she said starring at me
“your just lying right?”i said
“Its not a lie alex,i find that i want rex and i love him too”she said holding rex hand
