CHAPTER 15
Layla ran downstairs just the same time Gary came in, he was pretty surprised to see her and more she was wearing Kai’s shirt
“Layla?”
“Gary” Layla ran to his arms
“What’s going on, why are you here?” Gary asked , Kai cane down at the same time
“Take it off now” Kai said from the last stairs but Layla ran behind Gary giving Kai the middle finger
“What the fk is happening?” Gary asked
“How can he give clothes to me and want to take then when mine aren’t dried yet?”
“How come he gave his clothes to you?”
“I don’t even know how I got into them” Layla shrugged and Gary furrowed his brows staring at Kai.
Layla eventually had breakfast at Kai’s house because of Gary and she left after that still in Kai’s wears, hers was in a bag she had carried
Gary and Kai day on the sofa staring at nothing at all
“How’d she get here?” Gary asked
“She got fired” Kai replied
“How has that got to do with you?”
“It was raining and I offered to help”
“You should know she got fired because of you, why did you suddenly want to help?”
“Why are you asking me such questions, do you like her that much or you just want to pay her like you did to others?” Kai stared coldly at Gary who was also staring back at him..

Annalise and Zane sat in the long dinning table, it was quiet and Annalise felt uncomfortable, suddenly there was a beep on Zane’s phone
Zane’s eyes darkened at this and Annalise suddenly felt scared, he abruptly stood up and stared at her
“Behave yourself while I’m out”
She furrowed her brows at this
“S…. Sure” she nodded reluctantly
Zane glanced at the butler who nodded and Zane left. He got into his car and drove out of the house, he immediately called Kai and Gary
“You both got it?” He asked
“Yes, I’m closer” Gary replied
“Kai got from the back and Gary from the front, I’m on my way”
“Got it” Gary and Kai replied before hanging up.

Annalise stared at the butler who stared back at her, he knew what was in her mind
“Mr butler what’s going on?”
“I have no idea Mrs” the butler replied
“Don’t lie to me, I saw the way he looked at you”
‘then force the words out of my mouth’ the butler screamed in his head
He sighed and got an idea, he looked at her again
“If you can guess my age I’ll tell you”
She squinted her eyes in suspicion
“You’re not messing with me right?”
“I know my boundaries” he replied
“Then that’s such a simple question to ask” she laughed
The Butler’s heart skipped when he heard this, what if she does know was he real really going to….
“Judging from your aura to your mode of dressing and to your face, you obviously are…..”
The butler felt anxious, she already knows, stupid him to such a deal without thinking….
“Sixty” Annalise blurted
“Huh?”
“You must and have to be sixty”
The butler sighed in resignation, this girl really was he hopeless
“That’s a wrong answer Mrs, go on in and have a rest” he wanted to leave but Annalise ran to his front
“Please be sixty for just today, for just now” she pleaded
He glanced at her through his boring go glasses, he shook this head before walking out.
