Lydia explained everything to Pascal. She had to… He wouldn’t let that slide
Pascal was angry behold what words can describe. He wanted to punch something at that moment preferably Ken himself.
Lydia tried to calm him down and she was glad Ken was nowhere around
After awhile
“Pascal.. You know you have to go home or lodge into another room ”
“I.. Don’t think I can leave you on your own”
“Nothing is going to happen to me in here”
“Am not worried about that, anyone who dares to hurt you here must have multiple heads. Am worried about you disappearing overnight and not letting me know…… I wonder when I’ll ever see you again ”
“I will try and keep in touch ”
“That is your way of saying you won’t reach out ”
“I didn’t say that… But it probably for the best. I need to let you go Pascal.. Fully I can’t keep falling in and out with you. You don’t deserve that ”
“You know… I’d give anything to be with you again and for the rest of my life ”
“The case is different now…. And I can’t be selfish not to Lucy…. Maybe we were never means to be together ”
“I dont want to lose you poncho ”
“Am not Yours to lose anymore…. You have to let me go. Pls”
“ohhh Lydia.. You have no idea, how much it hurts ”
“Not as much as you can imagine mine….. Pls let me go Pascal ”
His eyes poured out tears as he pulled her in for a tight hug
“You are magical… Any man would be lucky to have you. And if he doesn’t realize that.. Then he doesn’t deserve you ”
He whispered softly into her ears

Bobby just said Pascal went to the hotel with someone that looks just like her….
Of course that is not entirely impossible because she’s a twin
But why would Pascal be out this late with lydy… She rampled through her mind trying to understand what was going on
Bobby must have been mistaken
It had to be one of those skinny girls chasing after her husband
Lucia pondered about it as she drove to the the venue
It took her hours to get there
After finding a place to park
She decided to call Bobby
Of course his phone rang endlessly for awhile before he pick up the phone
“Arghh.. Hello ”
“Hello Bobby, where did you dump your phone again ”
“Sorry I slept off… But madam it’s midnight ohhh, I think I need to lodge into a room so I can keep close tabs on him ”
“Am outside the hotel……. Right now ”
“Ehhhm….. Right now but Madam right now.. I thought I told you I would take of things on my own end”
“I dont trust you to handle this….. Am at the main entrance, where are you ”
“Am in The bar, am coming out now ”
He walked out of the building and she came out of the car
“Wow…. Madam, You are really here”
“This is my life we are talking about….. Let’s go In already… ”
They walked into the room and head to towards the receptionist
“Ermmm Bobby what’s the room number ”
“Room number ”
“Yeah… What room are they staying in”
“Ahhh me I don’t know that one oo”
“What do you mean by you don’t know…… What have you been doing here since, I thought you said you followed them to the hotel ”
“Erhhh I followed them to the hotel building but not to their room… I mean madam that’s just ridiculous ”
“Do You know what is ridiculous right now…. Is you embarrassing me in this place, like this… What exactly is your problem… Are you insane. What is your work description ”
“I don’t understand ”
“You don’t understand… You must be high on cheap drugs … Then when you told me. You were keeping close tabs on him… Does that include sitting in a bar while he is in a room with some whore ”
“But madam.. What are you trying to say ”
“If You dont have hearing problems…. You will understand what I’m trying to say ”
“But wait ohhh… What do you want me to do because you are shouting now as if I did not do my job at all….. I followed your husband all the way down here, waited outside till they finished their stupid game night and he came to this hotel.. Which he is still in… What exactly is the problem here”
“The fact that you feel that you can just talk to me anyhow is the problem……. Don’t I pay you for your services and everytime You still keep slacking up and giving me incomplete information ”
“Ahhh ah…. Madam how else do you want me to complete this, ohhh you expect me to follow your husband to the room he is probably banging his woman right now… Wait there it is not only room number you will see.. You will see toilet number and condom serial number Can you imagine…. ”
Before he could finish his sentence she gave him a hard slap to his face
A security guard approach them
“Pls take your scene outside… You are disturbing the premises.. ”
Lucia ignored him
“You are out of your mind… How dare you make mockery of my condition… You must be very stupid”.
“It is you that is stupid and useless and jobless and foolish chasing a man around like he is personal dog….. You have lost it woman… You are insane…. You are needed in the psychiatric ward….. Just because you feel like you are in charge.. You think you can control everyday.. If I were that man ehn.. I would even bring my bitches home and then you can go and hang yourself”
She launched at him but he dodged and the security guard came in between them to push them out.
“I will ruin you Bobby … I will make sure I treat your fuckup… You will regret this.. Infact you are fired ”
“Do You think I want to work with you…. Pheew crazy woman… I quit…. Just pay me my goddamn money and I never want to see your wrinkled face ever again ”
“What is going on here… Lucia ”
Pascal’s deep voice echoed in
“Ohhh there HE is… The man of the hour… Madam your husband is here… Can you settle me now so I can go”
Lucia turned slowly to see Pascal heading down from the stairs
“Ohhh…. No”
“Ohhh Yes.. ”
“Shut up… Bobby ”
“Lucia…. What’s going on….. What are you even doing here”
“I…. Uhhh…. Errmmm ”
“And this guy…. What’s going on with you and him…. Is this not the same guy from the mall”
“Mall…. ” Lucia whispered
“Good memory.. Boss” Bobby interrupted
“Bobby I swear to God… I will smash your head against that wall… Just go please ”
“Am not going anywhere until you settle me”.
“Do You guys know each other or something”
Pascal asked.
“What No.. Ohhh… I don’t know him oh”
“But You were arguing with him just now like you eachother.”
“No I don’t…. He’s just a stupid bumper… He bumped into me just now”.
“The other day… You were asking him for direction.. Today he bumped into you… What exactly is going between you two ”
“Ohhh honey.. It nothing.. Is just mere coincidence ”
“Mere coincidence….. ”
Lydia jogged down the stairs
“Pascal thank God you are still here… You forgot your phone in my room”.
She raised her head and saw her sister who was staring at her like cr@zy.
“Lucy ….what are you doing here ”
“I was wondering the same thing ” Pascal said
“Lydy…. So it’s true ”
“What….. ”
“So it true… ” she moved closer to her sister “all this while I was worried about the other women I had no idea that mmy own sister was the demon I have been looking for ”
“Demon….. What are you talking about ”
” Shut up ” She screamed “How could you do this to me ”
“Do what to you… I don’t know what you are talking about ”
“Lucia why are you creating a scene here ”
“Don’t You dare try to turn this on me…… Do you realize the gravity of what you have done especially you Lydia ”
“I still don’t understand what is going on here”
“Lucia…”
“Don’t call me ”
“Lucia If you are here.. Then who’s with the kids ”
Lucia froze from talking about her kids.
